German Doner Kebab - Weston Super Mare in North Somerset

Thought we would try, but what a waste of money - don’t bother. Meat is scraps of meat vs chunks or strips….& tasteless - you can get better at a normal kebab shop! For £23 for 2 with canned drinks it’s punchy for a kebab. Sauces are OK. Perhaps it was time of the day we went (2pm) but really no excuse for the poor quality of the food, which doesn’t live up to the interior of the shop which is quite nice. I won’t be going back ! Try elsewhere…..

Very disappointing, we’ve wanted to try here for a long time, 3 kebab meals came to £35, which I feel is steep but wouldn’t have minded the price if the food was lovely, but it was very basic, didn’t like that you didn’t have the option to select no salad, and although my daughter selected no sauce it still came covered in a sauce, so she tried to pick the tiny bit of meat out with no sauce on but wasted the lot. Then half way through we discovered our bread was full of salad at the bottom, no meat at all, when it came out it made it looked full and over flowing with meat but it was just all salad with some meat at the top. Would have had more food going to a local takeaway and ordering a large kebab and large chips between the 3 of us, it would have been a fraction of the price, and nicer food.

The Restaurant is very clean tidy, the service was outstanding, with a very warm welcome. I was also amazed by how fresh the food is, also to say that there was a little wait due to my order they wanted to cook fresh. I was extremely happy the Staff were so friendly and I feel they should be Recognised for the work these guys do.

Mediocre No lamb, only beef( beef !) and chicken Kebab burger underwhelming 2nd GDK site I’ve been to and surprised that no women are employed In Weston no ‘locals’ seem to be employed either Staff polite Place largely empty

A good little stop off for lunch. I had never been to a GDK before, and really enjoyed it. A tasty spring roll too! Kartik was an incredibly friendly member of staff who added to the visit through great attention to detail.

Take away delivery. It definitely had been sat around all day! Greasy rock hard "bread" the salad had cooked into a fizzy goo! Salty meat! Inedible...amazed the bit I did eat didn't make me ill! Nasty salty greasy spring rolls.NEVER AGAIN!!

Awful, nothing positive that can be said - cold, bland, greasy. It went in the bin and the rice cakes came out. It’s okay to blame Deliveroo, but you should set standards.

Delivered a Boss Box Kebab without any salad whatsoever, even though we paid for 2 extra salad items. Clearly no quality control. They don't answer the phone either. Wouldn’t order from this shower again.

I’ve tried the og kebab from here which is one of the best kebab i had in my life, must recommend and I’ve been served very polite by owaiz who works there all in all must visit!

Bold statement to say the kebab was invented in Berlin no way near a kebab you get in Turkish restaurants the flavour when you bite into a kofta kebab they only sell two meats at GDK chicken and beef 🙄 nice relaxing restaurant but not a patch on a Turkish restaurant very expensive at GDK £2 for cold drinks and then your sides it's expensive to many staff standing around doing nothing.
