German Doner Kebab - London - Catford in Lewisham

Really tasty food. Can be a healthy choice, and portion size is good for the price. Service was fast, friendly and professional when I went there. Plenty of seating available and it was nice and clean and quiet. I've eaten at this branch of GDK and one other. Food tasted same at both and was equally nice at both branches

I ordered meals for home delivery and when they arrived the doner was cold and fries were soggy this has happened on two occasions and when putting a complaint into German doner they made it out like I was lying and didn’t not care about what I said even after sending my proof of payment very disappointed

East Ham branch. Went with 2 adults and 4 children. Nice clean place. Fantastic customer service at till and service to table. A restaurant where the staff actually smiled at you whilst they served you. Would recommend this twist on doner kebabs. Loved the spicy chips.

Ordered the first time via delivery and they got our whole order wrong. First time ordering and they done this. So no I would not recommend. Spoke to someone on the phone and she didn’t seem like she cared and told us to get a refund via just eat, but they take a while to accomplish a refund on time. For me it put me off from ordering from them. Especially as it’s our first time ordering. Absolute disgrace and disappointed!

I’m so confused! The food is really tasty. But every time I go to get my food the order is wrong! I like it well done, they clearly have a different understanding of what well done is, because it has come back twice as “normal”. Both times I have asked and paid for a large, yet they come back with basically a small, hardly any meat and more chips. Today, I asked for a large, well done doner box with chips. I get a small, not well done with jalapeños and cheese sauce. I ask to get my actual order they come back with not well done, small box, chips and salad!!! In the end I walked out and couldn’t be bothered. Lack of communication between the team and luck of listening to what the customer has actually ordered. I won’t be going back. Can’t beat a proper kebab shop. Plenty in the Bromley Road. At least you are full at the end of it and your order is correct.

Me and husband when we ordered we always ask for no filling but extra tomato few times our order came with no filling even tomato. I don’t understand why they always get our order wrong. We are both have allergy with onion and today my order came with extra onion instead of extra tomato. Today I even went to the shop at catford to order it and I asked them 3 times if there is not other filling only tomato but guess what they got it wrong and they put extra onion!

Best kabab I’ve ever had. So clean and the staff are friendly. Will always be coming here from now on.

I cannot recommend german doner kebab enough, the staff are friendly and professional and also listen to my orders correctly which might sound simple but not many places do it. The food always tastes freshly made and always tastes on point, and the portion is a good size so money is well spent.I recommend this place to whoever hasn't tried it yet. 10/10
