German Doner Kebab in Hillingdon

Food was really good. Absolutely no complaints. Service was well below par. When we'd finished eating, we sat in front of our dirty plates for ages before anyone cleared them away, despite multiple staff members passing our table. Then we had to go and ask for our bill. A lack of any friendliness from staff too. We were made to feel like an inconvenience.

T4 one Closed down with no details advertised we went looking around everywhere but couldn’t find when asked at information desk they said it closed down. Very disappointed

The food was tasty and I like the sushi belt format. But we were charged a service fee for no reason. We were just seated, took food ourselves, and no service was provided. I don't think it's fair and I'm not happy with that. UPD: The team got back to me and refunded the service charge. I appreciate their quick response and help.

The fish is HUGE, fresh and very very tasty. I had cod, chips and curry sauce once I ate in and once I took it away. Both times everything was cooked fresh They have a range of deals on the boards to choose from The people who work there were very friendly and efficient

UPDATE: OK, so I went back. It'll always be a nice pub, and removing the shady 12.5% 'discretionary' service charge is done on request. The staff are all good (I gave a cash tip directly) but automatically adding Service at a rate akin to a Soho restaurant where they take your order at the table, is still despicable and ditracts for traditional no-nonsense pub grub. 12.5% service added for eating burgers in the garden on a quiet lunchtime! Talk about rip-off Britain. I'll never come again. Shame, used to be my favourite local.
