German Doner Kebab in Richmond upon Thames

The chips were cold. I think there are two issues, one is the cold drinks were put in with the hot food and secondly, the driver does multi stops. IT’s a shame because the kebab was very nice.. just cold

Do not order the vegan kebab, it’s actually inedible.

The food was again very good and this time it was delivered exactly at the time I wanted it delivered.

The food was amazing. The place could've been cleaner as the tables were dirty. Other than that great food and highly recommended.

i had called them up to put sauce in the kebab wrap and they didnt do it? it NEVER comes with any sauce it's as dry as ur grandmas v

chicken was very dry...chips were almost cold. delivery was late too. (driver did apologise for delay but still it was late).

driver spent 20+ minutes in richmond before coming to me and food was then lukewarm - really made the cheesy garlic waffle bread inedible and the chips sad and soggy the rest of the order was lukewarm but ok

Pathetic food quality and quantity. Ordered 3 boxes and hardly have any meat any of the box. Cold and hard chicken and even more harder. I wanted and come return the food if I was not working. The boxes are not even half filled. Such a shame. Spent £23 for salad which is useless. Guys please avoid this place. Don't waste your money

23/06 at 9:30 at that time GDK staff argue with Delivery Driver went with iron tool to beat him it was a scary moment , I didn’t expect this type of customer service.

I had shaorma with chicken, it was quite good, good size portion and I also had chips with it, not the best but not the worst.... I would give 7 out of 10 for the food. Friendly staff and good atmosphere inside

Delivery was meant to be here at 20.48 and did not get to ours till 21.10. We were tracking the map and it looked like they kept making multiple stops.

Im currently having a new kitchen installed so have no cooking or heating facilities. I ordered kfc in the morning which was cold. Then complained and then ordered GDK. Now ONCE AGAIN THE FREEZING COLD CANS WERE PUT IN THE BOTTOM NEXT TO TO THE OPEN CHIPS AND FOOD. I have pictures. THE FOLD WAS FREEZING COLD AMD INCOULDNT EVEN WARM IN UP. I understand delivery is hard but this is ridiculous not only that I had to leave that food and order a pizza just to eat. I WANT MORE THAN JUST MY MONEY BACK!

Food was awful meat was stale and crispy and inedible. Gym box was mostly soggy salad hardly any horrible stale meat anyway. For the price the 'large' chips numbered 27 chips!

I usually don't review unless I have something good to say for a place, but this place was so bad that I had to. Extremely bad service. Ordered online to try their new vegan option. App was poorly made with lots of bugs and hard to navigate. Managed to complete my order with lots of hassle. After the order gets out for delivery I get a call from the staff and they tell me they didn't have any of the vegan meats and if I'll be fine with the vegetarian option. I declined and they informed me the order it's already on its way. Why would you send someone a dietary wrong order if they say they don't want it. The person was extremely confused about how their system works and instructed me to send them an email, plus the general enquires team for a refund and they will initiate the refund. To no one's surprise no refund was initiated..

Kebab was very salty and not fresh It used to be nice before not any more shame but this is it.service needs improvement food needs to be better .not going back anymore.

Three of us went in 2 girl one guy and one of the girls I was with got the same thing as me just without cheese on top which was cheaper by around 60p and I got my order and there was barely any chicken and lamb in the meal with little to no cheese sauce whereas the girls got their meals packed with the meats a lot of cheese and free sauces on the side just because their girls and their wearing summer dresses kinda sexist if you ask me.

I ordered extra meat but it seems that I got extra lettuce.

Shame that the last 2x occassions no sauces were on the bag..delivery wasnt the best either..

please will you let the third party delivery agent to read the delivery requests......i said NOT to ring the bell. he did, made my client have to be woken up from sleep whilst i another country..........

He clearly delivered another order before mine but that is fine, I decided not to tip in cash (as I usually do) as a result

I Visited GDK on Yesterday. The staff are awful. Even they don’t know how to treat Customers.They were very rude with me and my partner.I ordered doner Kebab. They gave in very cold condition.and smell is not as it should be. Literally we wasted our time and money. Kingston GDK some what better than this one. Please prefer other local kebabs. They are doing some what good kebabs

Just keeps getting worse! Portion size and packaging changes on a weekly basis, tiniest sprinkle of salad, made with very little care. I won’t be going back.

By the time my meal came it was cold. Very disappointed.

Only based on one things which I found unacceptable, ordered to eat in , asked for some tap water ( to take meds) ‘sorry we don’t have any tap water’ LOL … I’ve never been gobsmacked in my life tbh

Food quality was good. Nice kebab meat, which was not too salty or oily. Portion size was adequate there was no hunger remaining and no leftovers. Chips were slightly soggy as to be expected with delivery, but a quick blast in the air fryer sorted this.

Doner box is good, garlic dip is great

The portions are not as big as advertised. To be honest, it differs every time. Mostly small portions with an overpriced tag. They used to be good but in time their quality and portions degraded. What a shame.

Love this place. Very clean and modern inside. Went with the donner box with chips and salad with chilli sauce. I would eat this for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Absolutely disgusting. The wrap itself was so stale it was brittle and crumbled as I picked it up and it was so cold I thought it had come out of the freezer. Used to be one of my favourite snacks, but I’ll never order again after yet another disgraceful product

Asked for the sauces to be put in the wrap instead of in little pods on the side. Didn’t get any sauces at all. Asked for mixed meat, only got beef.

It didn't turn up, nobody answered the phone when I tried to call restaurant, just eat advertised number didn't exist. Still haven't heard back from just eat email. The app said I had been delivered but nobody showed up or called me as per the number in the comments

First time ordering/eating from GDK It had the potential to be really good but unfortunately the order was delivered later than originally advised (although updated through the app) and the major problem was it had been delivered cold. Shame as the food looked good but spoilt by late/cold delivery.

We ordered delivery and we waited for 1 hour and in the end the food never came so we then called them. The calling system is also made in a way so that you can not call the actual shop so it is very horrendous. Despite the order being confirmed and not delivered , they still took £20 from my bank account. After emailing them a few times, they responded at first but then completely started ignoring us which is extremely disgusting. Anyone that is planning to order from here, please just do not waste your money.

Hi I've had gdk in Birmingham,a chili cheese box with beef and chips,,was fantastic 👍got one delivered from you ,,, hardly any cheese or pepper in it so disappointed,,,,think you need to up your game I won't get a delivery again,,,

Don't expect the taste of the Turkish or Lebanese Döner. It is a highly industrialized version of the food but at least with a good sanitation standards.

What's the point of illuding your client? In the picture shown before purchasing this box, the amount of food was getting out of the box. In reality, it's at least 20% less. I remember it wasn't like that for more than a year ago. Will choose something else next time.

I just simply love the food there. Quick and quite enough. I love the fries and the garlic sauce. Meat was well cooked and order was delivered quick. Would love to order again!

Absolutely cold. Felt like dog food. Could not be eaten

My delivery was over an hour late and stone cold. The courier dropped multiple deliveries whilst carrying my food. He drove 2 miles in the opposite direction, sat somewhere for nearly 10 minutes, and then drove back past the restaurant to drive to me. The food was stone cold and was not eaten. When I challenged the driver he was arrogant and nonchalant. I will not be using Justeat again.

Yesterday I bought 2 same deals but 1 of them don't have meat inside only salad.

Having ordered from various German Doner Kebab branches all over London, overall experience is usually okay. However, this branch despite the kind requests while making orders, keep not putting enough garlic sauce or chilli sauce. Its called German Doner for some reason and it must have the sauce and without it tastes very plain. Please ask to staff couple times if you want to have the sauce, otherwise you will just get couple drops.. And it’s as reasonably priced anymore.

The delivery drivers never read the delivery note. Every time I order, my food is cold. I always write a detailed description of how to get to my property, but it’s never read. I’m lucky if it’s ever lukewarm (and this is only if I walk out and look for the driver).

Items missing and replaced with items we didn’t want. Nothing labelled so no idea what was in each kebab. Avoid if you have food intolerances or allergies as too risky.

Had the mixed wrap with curry seasoning and extra pickles. Chicken had nice crunchy bits to it. The beef had a lovely chew to it and top it off with some spicy and garlic sauce. It was amazing (A*) 👌
