Fantastic place! Daniel was very friendly and provided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place. We did not have food, but everything that came out of the kitchen looked good.

Went for lunch with a friend a lovely young man called Daniel was working, very considerate and friendly he gave us outstanding service delievred our foid with a smile ...which doesn't happen often enough in pubs...will definitely return such a friendly and really genuinely lovely young man.

Arrived shortly after 20:00 due to public transport's delay. Saddly kitchen closes already at 20:00. (Which seems really early from a tourists perspective.) Pub itself is really beautiful and clean. Also functional room is quite large and looks really nice.

Amazing trip with the kids out to the George and Dragon in Bedford, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The pub itself has a charming, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. But what truly stood out was Fin. What a man. Looked after us from start to finish. He was friendly, attractive - ehem i mean attentive - and incredibly patient with the kids. I would defo go again, if not for Fin then for the pub and the great food and drink that we were served. Give this man a raise.

Just a flying visit. Barman kind and attentive. Great choice of tipples. Rounded off with coffee and a muffin. Today 2nd Sept 24 had a steak sandwich. V tasty. Highly recommended.
