missing chicken tikka on my kebab

meal was good was late but staff were great so its ok

worst food I ever ordered.never order again from this place again every thing was old not even a topping even salad for burgers was separated and old ....so bad 😞

Tasted great, but the burger kebab we ordered came with no burger. It was just a bun with kebab.

We ordered the kebab deal which stated fries but we didn't recieve any. However the food was really good and we will order again :)

Chicken tikka kebab was good. Hot, plenty of salad. No issues. "Gourmet" burger was a cold, dry slab of leather on a bun, salad beneath the burger for some reason. Paid an extra quid for cheese on chips, no cheese. Also ordered extra cheesy chips - flat cold. Good delivery time, no issues with restaurant service. Appreciate they would probably send something I'd we called but it's getting late now.

Food was cold when we received it, chips was missing, phoned up to resolve the problem & when they dropped the chips off they took the food & never returned with fresh. Phoned them, the person I spoke to was arrogant & abusive. Never will I order from these again! Top delivery drivers though 😂

Most of my order was wrong, no pineapple on the hawaiin burger, burgers were burnt. The bread was like paste. Burgers were salty.added mayo to chicken burger.when clearly said no sauce. Looked like it wasn't cooked. I asked for one 7up and Pepsi got two Pepsi

Amazing food at fantastic prices.

By far the worst order I've had from Genis. Normally, they're spot on but last night must've been an 'off' night. Chicken was dry and had barely any Southern fried coating on it. Chips were rubbery. Still, the delivery time was excellent and at least I was actually able to place a Just Eat order with them, for once (they don't usually bother switching it on). Hope it's better next time guys.

Food was not great to be honest, pizza was way too doughy even for a deep pan pizza, garlic sauce tasted off very tangy and sour, chips was tough, don't think I'll be ordering again, but delivery time was very good

Ordered garlic sauce not sure what it was I got but it smelt and tasted awful went straight in bin. Also ordered a garlic margarita pizza but tasted just like plain margarita pizza

Genis is the only takeaway restaurant that we use. Always great food, always friendly service, always on time. Can't fault them!

I always order an 11” thin margarita pizza everytime I order because they are the best but the last 3 times I’ve ordered the pizza has been so paper thin it’s ridiculous will not be ordering from here again so disappointed

Delivery time was good early but was a missing meal and drink had to ring to sort this out but brought it straight out

The kebabs were nice however the burger had such a soggy bun, also I ordered a Hawaiian burger and got something completely different I got a half 1lb cheese burger

Absolutely amazing food worth every penny

The kebab had been microwaved, the salad and mayonnaise were hot and the meat rubbery. The chips were almost cold. Had s very nice couple of meals from them the last two times, but won't use them again.

I really like Geni's, I wouldn't order pizza or SFC from anywhere else IF Geni's is online (they aren't always, unfortunately). Have a tendency to deliver a bit early but that's a minor quibble. Food is always hot, delicious and very reasonably priced, with free delivery on a £10 order (unlike nearby competing outlets).

food was lovely but i ordered a 2 litre bottle of coca cola and was sent a 1.5 litre pepsi, payed the extra money for 2 litre for nothing and also the wrong pop. other than that, brilliant would eat again

I always look to Genis first when I fancy a takeaway. Excellent food, always piping hot and fresh. Never had a late delivery. Highly recommended.

Was only late 10 mins but that was 1 hour 20 minutes we waited. When it arrived, I presume they made it as soon as the order was placed as it was freezing cold.

Good food at a very good price.

Ordered 2 kebab wraps with sauce when it arrived the wraps were falling apart with how greasy it was it was like eating slime. there was no sauce on the wraps like we asked and sent wrong pop from what we asked for. chips were greasy to! Hands were covered in grease it was that bad I might as well washed my hands in oil. came fast but seemed to have been rushed.

got a couple of stars because of its service and delivery times are good but oh my good the food is horrendous. I only got a kebab and chips and chilli. the chilli sauce was like red water. it’s meant to be thick not that rubbish liquid stuff. kebab was like it was from Iceland freezer shop too. I’m sure they are lovely people but possibly the worst kebab ever and chilli sauce.

The best chicken kebabs in the area perfect and great value for money. Impressed by the chick delivery and they don't charge a delivery!! Keep it up Geni's #fantastic
