The ice cream cart has to be one of the best things we booked for our wedding! We thought 9 flavours was loads and would be easy to pick but we really struggled to narrow it down, they all sounded so incredible. On the day we certainly weren’t disappointed; the ice cream cart was so pretty and the gelato and sorbet were unreal! It went down a storm with all our guests (especially the kids) and was the perfect addition to our sunny wedding day. A little added bonus that we weren’t expecting was that we got to take home all the leftover gelato. We had weeks of different ice cream every night after dinner, it was amazing! Family-run Gelateria with some of the best tasting gelato I’ve had anywhere. Their fruit flavours are especially fresh and made with real fruit, not syrup. Their banana gelato is the food of the gods.

I can only say that this is my favourite shop in Girvan... the Ice Cream is home made and made to a traditional Italian recipie by the lively Hannah. It's a treat, and a lovely one at that.

I seriously think that pur cars are programmed to stop at Hannahs as they go there so regularly... if you love ice cream then you seriously need to try this place!

Always enjoy a trip to Hannahs for a post chippy ice cream... wide selection of gelato and sorbet and, as yet, so far none have sounded a bum note.

Been here a number of times. Best ice cream for miles. Gorgeous flavours. Today I bought a litre takeaway box to bring home. Excellent value for money. Much prefer it to any of the major brands you can buy in supermarkets. Served by lovely staff.

A small shop but plenty of choice... so you are sure to find a flavour to suit you. Friendly staff and all at the same price as a walls lolly... what is there not to enjoy?

We have used this ice cream parlour several times and it's always been great but today it wasn't upto the usual standard. The raspberry ripple tastied just like vanilla, the white chocolate and ferrero wasn't great either, they were all a bit tasteless. It has put us off going back if this is the norm now!

Great ice cream shop that makes it's own ice cream. Tucked away at the bottom of the high street it's easy to overlook but it's well worth the small diversion off the sea front.

Hannah has been closed since Christmas... Three months without the taste of gelato... Glad to be able to taste the currently limited range.

Been coming to Girvan for years and never really noticed this shop. Only recently tried and and would definitely recommend great menu, wide range of flavours they even do milkshakes, Belgian waffles and brownies. The staff are so friendly and they are even open during the winter months. One of Girvan’s hidden gems!

Lovely range of flavours in this ice cream parlour near the harbour. Good quality ice cream that was also well priced. Large servings too. Well recommended after a walk around the harbour and unto the beach

We were lucky to have a few hours of sunshine & of course decided to have some ice cream! Had driven past when passing Girvan and decided to return to try the ice cream. There was a queue outside- always a good sign! We didn't have to wait long and when we got in most of the tubs looked pretty empty so we had limited choice. We ordered some amaretto in a cone and honey comb in a tub. Both were really tasty & worth the wait! The place to go for ice cream in Girvan!

this was a visit long overdue. the gelataria has been open for many years now and i must admit i have never visited. and now at the end of lockdown i have finally visited and how i wish i had taken the chance much much earlier. fantastic authentic gelato in a multitude of tasty flavors. we had ferrero rocher, amaretto and after 8 mint and all were delicious and fairly priced. i will be back a lot sooner than i ever thought!!

Hannah has looked after us during lockdown by delivering her delicious ice cream and sorbet to our doorsteps in the local area. Now she is back open with a passion and we can enjoy a tub, a cone, a slider or an oyster of her delicious flavours.

It's been almost a year since we visited last time but it's been redecorated and has a new selection of flavours. It was very busy today and is alot cheaper than other ice cream shops I've been too. Only wish they had a seating area. Highly recommend if passing through girvan!

Passed by this many times and never paid much notice of it before, as it is not very eye catching outside. But they sell delicious ice cream, we asked for small tubs but were given quite large tubs which cost £2.10 each but it was well worth it.We tried the toffee fudge, ferreo and cinnamon flavours but plenty of choice. We will definitely be foinf back!

A wonderful choice of sorbets and iced... all made by Hannah's fair hands. You get a great choice and the specials are frequent... it's a treat to come here but at a price that will not break the bank!

The polite and exceptionally well mannered staff are an added bonus to an establishment which is a credit to this lovely wee coastal town. The range of flavours is tremendous and great value for money. I'm lucky in that I live a ten minute walk away, I really should visit far more frequently

Arrived at 11.45am and it was closed - Girvan was like Ghosttown! Was our favourite Ice Cream eaterie closed? Checked the door - NO - it opened at 12!

Yes its not the biggest ice cream parlour out there and they only have a limited range at the go at any one time however the ice cream is gorgeous and served in all manner of cones, sliders and oysters. It is certainly, in my humble opinion, well worth a visit!

Have to say that it doesn't look a great deal from the outside however when you get inside they have two fridges full of proper italian ice cream and it is absolutely delicious plus they have a wide selection of cones and also tubs, sliders and oysters so everybody should be happy here!
