Went here for breakfast . Busy little cafe Staff singing away to himself while cooking , that made me giggle Service a little slow but then it was busy Food was really nice and well presented Maybe better quality sausages but that’s only my opinion as my partner enjoyed his All told lovely place to visit

Food generally good with the exception of a hair in the coleslaw. No cutlery or napkins were offered which required my wife to hunt for some. This was a minor inconvenience exacerbated by the fact that I am currently on crutches. Lots of uncleared tables and some food on the floor from previous guests. Has potential but needs attention to warrant a higher rating.

Visited the Bromsgrove Garden Centre and decided to have lunch. Restaurant was busy, but found a table. Table had previous customers crockery on, and the table top was sticky. The floor, skirting board and wall was dirty. No hand sanatiser on the table, and the staff were using the same cloth to clean tables, which is highly unhygenic. You had to order at the counter, which was fine, and a good menu was on offer. Although the menu warned that as meals were cooked as ordered, there may be a delay, I do believe 45 minutes was far too long. When our meal finally arrived, our side order of chips was not included, and we had to queue again at the counter to report this. The chips were received soon after, with an apology. Surprisingly the meals were very good, just a shame about the poor service and lack of engagement from the staff. Not a good experience!

Went in for a coffee on our way back home, ordered a Frappe and was asked if we wanted a small or a medium. Asked for medium and the girl behind the counter let out a massive sigh as if it was an issue. Would have ordered something for myself but it just put me off ordering. She seemed to be on her own so I can understand her not being very happy when you're left on your own serving customers, making food and doing coffees so it can be very frustrating when it's busy. Frappe she made was very much enjoyed however.

159 Worcester Rdfood was great quality and fresh. however portions have taken a hit with each dish being 50-60% container full. yuk sum had only enough filling to stuff a 1/4 of the supplied lettuces leaves. Also even though less than a mile away from them, everything needed reheating. will order again in the hope this under sized was a one off.
