Gangster Burger in Broxtowe

Ordered first time last night , I have a disability so i need delivered, spoke to the manager / owner , he was so aggressive and rude and worst of all i didn’t receive the order and im also down £22 , I was looking forward for a new burger and all I received was abuse . Such horrendous service . DO NOT BUY. Disgusting person

Was not happy with the order, the food was cold and was missing fries. Disappointed as I was excited to try this restaurant

They have no number to call if they make a mistake like they do every single time now I’m down money can’t get it back or re correct my order never order from here

Looking at the reviews on here am shocked when on uber it's over 4.5 with well over 1000 reviews. I've had food delivered 2 time's now and can't believe how good the food was especially the wing's. If you are ordering directly and looking at the reviews on here please don't take notice they are very good and the food comes on time.aa you can see I review alot of places

Genuinely love this takeaway, it had become one of my favourites. I always get the Chicken supreme burger and it’s so good would highly recommend !!!

Terrible service, staff were rude and aggressive on the phone after I called to let them know the food never came. They hung up on me multiple times and did not apologise for the situation in any way. From seeing other reviews it seems this is a common issue with gangster Burger. Would definitely not recommend anyone to order from here, I’m not even convinced they serve food as all positive reviews I’ve seen seem incredibly fake and all the others share the same experience as me.

Useless on delivery, food never arrived, horrendous customer service experience. Acts like it’s my fault that they didn’t attempt to deliver, also ended the phone on me multiple times when trying to sort this, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SCAM. Don’t recommend. Don’t even bother trying other reviews say the same. Should have stuck with McDonald’s

I ordered from this place as my usual take away wasn’t doing deliveries today. I was surprised with food quality and how tasty everything were plus how much food i got for the price. Will definitely use Gangster Burgers again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Order the gourmet beef burger, but I can definitely say it wasn't gourmet , massively disa pointed nearly £9 for an average burger that's no better than mcdonalds , massively overpriced for what it was ,

Burgers are top notch. One of the best in Nottingham. I have an issue with the sauce they use with the beef messy fries. I don't think sweet chilli goes well with it, burger sauce would be much nicer.
