Gandom in Brighton and Hove

Really amazing spot. Would highly recommend. We were a group of 12 people yet everything ran smoothly, food came out pretty fast, great presentation and super friendly service. Really affordable, great drinks to accompany the food aswell! 10/10 must visit

Had a bit of a bizarre dinner here. We were served by a young waitress who seemed to be working extremely hard by herself on a Friday night. My vegetarian meal option wasn't available therefore I had to change to 2 starters as the vege options are limited. The waitress brought out two portions of rice by themselves and said 1 was for one of the meals and the other was free. A minute later, she then took both away back to the kitchen without an explanation! We then waited a long time for the food therfore i asked the waitress to bring something out as we were so hungry. I then ate my food whilst my partners took an hour to arrive, by which, I'd finished my meal. His chicken dish was swimming in oil, not sizzling and not worth the money we paid. There was a man (who was not a worker but clearly related or friends with the workers) hanging around the kitchen, in his phone the whole time and then sat next to us, making me feel slightly uneasy. The waitress did say they had an take away order for 17 people which threw them but I don't think I could bring myself to ever return.

Bland. Just plain chicken with plain rice! Not sure where the seasoning and flavour went. Compared to any of the Persian places in Hove this is the worst. Sorry!

What a lovely surprise, we stumbled into Hove looking for quality Arabic food and found this beautiful restaurant serving Persian , Lebanese food cooked by the owner. The food in generous portions served by a very enthusiastic staff left us more than satisfied. Go you will not be disappointed

Delicious high quality Persian food. Highly recommend this lovely authentic family run restaurant. Huge portions, such great value for the price and quality. The food and service is fantastic. Best Persian restaurant in Hove!
