Very good and friendly service and delicious icecream. Good seating indoor and plenty of pay and display parking available around.

We’ve just visited Gallone’s for the first time and are already looking forward to the next! It was our grandson’s 8th birthday and as a treat we took him and his little brother for “special” ice-creams after school. The setting is stylish and spotless, the ice-cream delicious and both of the ladies who served us were so kind and helpful. Thank you for making a simple treat so special, and at a very reasonable price too.

why force customers to pay extra for a plastic sundae container, rather than serve in a cheaper, more "planet friendly" paper tub? 3 flavours were ok, but the 4th was tasteless. not even a hint of a smile or a welcome from the proprietor! wouldn't visit again!!

Family visit today and the complete lack of flexibility to accommodate a toddler size portion was really disappointing. However, we were there and decided to just get ice creams rather than trying somewhere else. We had 5 different flavours between us and only one of those had an intense flavour. We won’t be going back.

Amazing service as always. Friendly staff. It takes myself and my son ages to decide what we'd like as there's so much choice. Lyn & Viv are amazing so patient and always helpful with giving us ideas. We've been coming here for years and I love the new menu and the special edition flavours. Today's visit, my husband had mince pie ice cream with his waffle. I had a hazelnut ice cream with my crepe/pancake and my son had cookie dough with malteser ice cream. Highly recommend if you're in Leamington Spa and looking for somewhere to eat or just relax with a cuppa or hot chocolate.

This is my regular place to come for a lovely coffee and a strawberry and Nutella crepe with ice cream. I can’t fault the service and it’s the BEST crepe I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many in my time). It’s consistently great every time I visit! Thank you and I’ll be back again next week!

The staff professionalism is terrible, they don’t know who to talk to the customers. I went to make my order and I was accused if pushing in by the person who was serving me, I think his name was Matthew, I made him aware I wasn’t and he did not even apologise.. When it was my turn to be served I made the lady who served me aware I didn’t push it but still no apology. It took 25 minutes for two milkshakes and the shop wasn’t busy, the service is slow and the staff ere rude. The milkshake was ok but nothing special.

Stopped by to have one of their sundaes and it, along with their tea was amazing. Also the service was great!

Not since I stayed in Florence have I tasted such quality ice cream. Truly authentic creamy ice cream. Such flavours. My favourite? Cherry

Very poor ice cream, no flavour in several we tried, also scoop wasn’t rinsed between customers, will not return, very disappointing.

WOW... where do I start?? From the friendly, knowledgable staff to the delicious, tantalising diverse array of Italian ice creams - what a spread!!! Vegan and gluten free are catered for (absolutely GORGEOUS!). We got the vegan brownie with vegan ice cream (also soy and gluten free) and it was the best brownie I have ever tasted in my life. One member of our party ordered the cookie dough with ice cream, sauce, toppings and cream. She was salivating as it arrived. Gallones is a family run business with a few shops. We have tried out a few chain dessert places and this trumps them all. We have not stopped talking about this pudding parlour since we left and we now fangirl over Gallone on the regular...Aldo Gallone we love you and thank you for the night of our lives!!!

Over priced! Asked for 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup which was almost £6! It was okay ice-cream definitely not worth that amount. They then tried to justify that it was for a sundae which isnt what was asked nor explained that it would be that amount and that the packaging was fancy! Definitely not worth the hype.

Fantastic range of flavours, probably ne of the best I've seen for a long time anywhere. Great friendly service from the lads on the counter. Dined in and had the three scoop sundae with all the trimmings which was very reasonably priced. Will have to make a return trip to try some more of the flavours. One nice touch was that when we left, all the staff, without exception, said goodbye and thank you to us, something you don't get very often these days!

Much better than creams better service friendly staff will be coming again. Atleast here you are getting what your paying for

I got a two scoop ice cream cone, lovely selections of Ice creams and sauces/toppings, the staff were really friendly.

Came here this evening after a visit to the cinema, we got greeted by a young chap on the counter (very friendly and had a vast knowledge of the menu) I'm a coeliac myself and the guy who served me pointed me in the direction of an allergen chart displayed on the wall, I went with two scoops of cherry ice cream in a gluten free cone (never get offered these when getting ice cream) so was a very happy person indeed! And my partner went for a takeout sundea! Very professional and friendly service! What I liked most was being told to have a lovely rest of my evening! 100% recommended and will 100% be returning in the future!

I have been travelling the country recently and always try to pop into a local gelato shop to try sorbet. I had 2 flavour sorbet in a dairy free cone. Really not good at all. Very icey and with little flavour beyond the ice and sugar. I implore the owners to visit Gelapo in Soho to remind them how it should be done. Very nice staff however.

My family (wife and two young daughters) love this place and we have visited several times during 2019, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Staff (lead by Viv) and really friendly, ice is tasty, coffee is good and restaurant is always clean.

Visited on a Saturday and I must say I was disappointed and have had better deserts at harvester which is saying something . I had a Oreo sundae which was small and underwhelming. Ice cream was not the creamiest I’ve ever had. My wife’s lemon sundae looked nice enough and she described it as okay , not a glowing endorsement. Positives were cleanliness and look.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a wheelchair user with me so they kindly took our order to the table and provided a ramp to get us up the two steps to the rear of the parlour. The ice cream and drinks were delicious, though as one who likes stronger coffee flavour in most things, I would agree with another reviewer it would suit me better to have that in the coffee and choc chip ice cream. However this isn't a complaint, just a reflection of my personal preference though I enjoyed it anyway, would choose it again and my friend enjoyed it exactly as it was too. I offer it as positive feedback and would recommend Gallone's for a visit and would happily go there again.

We visited here last month and was brilliant. We had 2 waffles with loads of toppings and choices. Staff members were so kind and smiley, made us feel so welcome.

We had our daughters birthday party here as she generally likes gallones. Great party, friendly staff, good price for what you get. We had 10 children at the party and found the space really good.

The choc chip ice cream failed the kids' taste test. Took it back to explain about the peculiar flavour. Offered no refund, alternative. The vanilla was ok. Also surprised the takeaway plastic container they use for pots. Why not paper/cardboard, anything recyclable?

We visited this ice cream parlour with our two young grandchildren having had it recommended by friends but we were rather disappointed. The decor is very attractive (especially for children) but the ice cream itself was a bit under whelming. I had Ginger and Honey flavour which was quite difficult to taste- the problem seemed to be that, unless you chose a popular flavour, the ice cream seems to be a little 'icy' without too much of the claimed flavour- oh and we thought it was a bit pricey for what you got and that it was odd that it didn't open until 1pm.

Definitely worth waiting for. Good selection and would revisit when in leamington. Great staff. Thank you.

Two adults and two children. Ordered two sundaes, a waffle, and a black coffee. £18.66. Not cheap, but we’ve always enjoyed the ice cream and the service..... until now. The coffee was very weak so I asked if they’d pour some out and add a shot. NO! Apparently it had 2 shots in and if I wanted another I’d have to pay! You could see the bottom of the cup through the weak brown liquid!

The two ladies that were working when we went in couldn't have been lovlier and were very helpful.

Hubby and I decided to treat ourselves after a meal out. Hubby’s waffle which was ok. Ice cream, marshmallows and cream. Cheaper than Creams, nicer staff but still have a very lob game way to go to be anywhere near as good as America’s ice ream shops!!

Popped in here for dessert after reading TripAdvisor reviews for ice cream parlours in the area and this seemed like the best option. I can confirm that it was! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, didn't rush us into making decisions (the choices and combos are extensive!) and were very patient with the children. On that basis alone, we will return time and time again!

Went here the other night staff were so friendly didn't worry it was near closing time didn't feel rushed and ice cream was gorgeous

I have visited Gallone’s a few times with friends and it has always been amazing. The tables are always clean and the service is great👍🏻 the waffles here are yummy!

My wife had read that Gallone's in Leamington Spa had a pedigree based on De Di's famous ice cream which she remembered from her childhood in the Nuneaton area. Gallone's founder is the grandson of the De Di dynasty.

We booked our sons birthday party here , it was a party of 11 excited 7 year olds. The same night after the party my son said Mummy that was the best party ever ! They made ice-cream,they ate pizza ,they danced . The whole team at Gallones are so lovely and friendly ,I cannot fault them. I would suggest booking your kiddies birthday party here and they will also say they had the best party ever :)

Following a horrible visit to creams cafe earlier in week me and my girl friend popped into Gallones after some Saturday shopping

Visited Gallones on 6th November and ordered a variety of waffles, ice creams and hot drinks.

Ive had many waffles from many dessert parlours but it was my first time having a Bubble Waffle at Gallones. IT WAS SO YUMMY!!

Next time you visit, ask for the warm chocolate brownie... you won't regret it. We love this place! By far the best dessert place in Leamington.

1950s american dinner feel. Great selection of icecream. I'd recommend the Cherry Burgundy. They also have ice cream tubs you can take home.

Well, I have a peanut allergy but the young woman who is blonde stopped me from eating peanut butter ice cream - who would have thought peanut butter ice cream has peanuts. This young woman had amazing, excellent service and cheered me up as I was very sad that day, she is a credit to all young people. Defo will be coming back next time as she recommends the lime sauce. :)

Popped in for a quick cone before the sun runs out for this summer. Decent flavour choice and very happy with my hazlenut chocolate and peanut butter scoops. Reasonable price, and friendly staff, what's not to like?

A lovely little find!! Stayed in the Premier inn a few doors down and this place was a real treat!! Lots of different ice cream flavours, lots of different sundaes! Lovely and clean and staff that are so friendly and helpful! The whole family loved it here!

I visited Gallone's simply to get an ice cream after having a meal with some friends. We were amazed with the amount of ice cream choices there was and you can even have other deserts like waffles. Such a great place and the prices aren't exactly insane either. You can even buy tubs of some of the ice cream to take home.

Beautiful sweet treats galore and more. Took the family out for day and found this lil treasure. Thestaff are ssooo friendly, welxoming and accommadating, so nice.

When I go to an ice cream shop I do not like to see the ice cream piled up high because I immediately think about synthetic ice cream. I could not be more wrong here! The waffle cones were crispy and tasty and the ice cream was truly amazing! Coconut and mango- delicious!

The ladies that run this place are great, stayed open late to I could watch the penalties (which obviously didn’t end quite how we wanted it to), very friendly and the ice cream was excellent!!! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Came across this lovely dessert place after dinner and loved it. All the staff were very helpful and let us try some flavours. The owner recommended a cherry flavour for our sundae which was a good choice. Would definitely come here again as the parlour had a nice homely feel to it.

Tried to order one scoop in a tub was told this was not possible. I was able to eat it in a cone but my 3 yo would not have been able to do this. The only possibility was to order a more expensive sundae with extras I did not want. I don’t see how it is any different eating it in a tub or a cone. In fact it is cheaper for you to do this as I wasn’t having the cone and the dish could have been reused. I was told something about VAT and something about buying 5L of petrol.

Been only once. Staff were so friendly and helpful with lour choices. The gelato were good, though not like the best that I have tasted.

We were just walking past and it caught our eye as my partner is a massive fan of waffles. Reasonably priced and the customer service is amazing. We have since been back and everytime the staff are genuinely lovely. They also do gift cards so I have purchased one for my partner for Christmas! The ice cream is delicious and I believe they make it themselves. They do kids parties so wishing I had a child as an exscuse! We share a waffle between us as they are generous portions. This will become a regular place we visit.

Delighted to find this ice cream shop near to the Premier Inn where I was staying in Leamington Spa. Looked clean, has a good choice of flavours plus waffles, pancakes, toppings etc. I was particularly happy with Viv who went the extra mile to suggest flavours I might like, even though she was cleaning up close to closing time.

I like this place and it's good to come here for ice cream after having a meal elsewhere. It's not the cheapest and there are lots of complex options. But the ice cream is good. What they could do with, but this maybe a strategic decision not to, is having a ice cream machine and having simple options. Maybe that's me! Anyway, if you go you will like it, and the customer service is brilliant.

I love ice-cream so, having heard about Gallones and it's links to the famous D Di's ice cream of Coventry, I was pleased to finally have an opportunity to call in today and try it for myself. What a disappointment. A simple crepe with 2 scoops of ice-cream took over half an hour to make and the ice-cream itself I can only describe as mediocre. It was around 2pm so granted it was busy but there seemed to be no organisation in the prep area, no staff working on waffles and crepes, and the staff that were on hand, whilst very willing and working hard, seemed insufficiently trained or experienced to deal with the situation. I should have cancelled my order and asked for a refund but I slowly drank my coffee and waited. In the face of so many other places to eat and drink in Leamington, including other ice cream parlours, I really can't recommend Gallone's. What a shame.

Went in today for some dessert. The staff on the till were amazing and selection on ice cream was distinct. The flavours taste exact like the actual item and they offer an amazing variety of desserts. Definitely coming back.

Visited today and tried to order 2 scoops of ice cream no cone. I was told the only way I could have two scoops was in a cone or in a sundae with sauces and wafers. Yet it would cost me extra for the sundae When I asked whether I could just have the two scoops in a bowl for the same money I was told no. So I had to have the ice cream in a Cone and use a spoon to scoop it out leaving the cone on s plate!!!! Rules gone mad or just absolutely abysmal customer service???? ☹️

Make sure you keep on the Parade (just along from HSBC Bank) to get to this gem of an Ice Cream Treat. Lovely Ice Cream parlour layout - bright and cheery and booths, friendly staff and a super range of ice cream. There are drinks available as well to enjoy. Sound track playing was really good. Really lovely experience and we found for what we got the prices were very reasonable - Waffles are to die for and to have the choice of toppings and sauces on offer is brilliant. We found them filling and left there feeling satisfied and looking forward a return trip.

The Ice-cream here is probably my second favourite in leamington, but the thing that really makes this place stand out (apart from the selection) is the ever so patient and friendly staff....also opens late several nights a week which is a really nice addition to the town and well worth and even stroll and sit down (or take away). Clean and bright. Good value

Wow what a find. Came across by accident - saw it family went straight in there. Open hours are fantastic - staff very friendly and helpful.

Called in here early evening for an ice cream treat. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The ice creams are delicious if a tad overpriced, but I do understand that they are in a nice town with high rates etc and have staff to pay. Overall a very nice experience.

También dispone de café y una buena variedad de ellos incluye affogato. El personal servicial. En la calle principal (el desfile) así que el estacionamiento fuera prácticamente imposible. El aparcamiento en la calle o en el parque de coche no muy lejos. Buena calidad de helado.

El año pasado, queríamos llevar un grupo de 12 años para un cumpleaños sin hacerlo una verdadera fiesta "fiesta". El personal no podría haber sido más servicial. El helado es preciosa y a un precio razonable. El mini refresco es una fantástica oferta con una bola, salsa y abastecerse de su elección. El lugar es moderno y cómodo y no pretensious como algunos de los otros "establecimientos gelato". Regresamos - y este año llevó a un grupo de 13 años atrás para el último cumpleaños!

Fuimos allí en un día muy caluroso para refrescarse. La selección de helados es grande, y los dos sabores que tenía era muy sabroso. El tamaño de las porciones eran correctas. 4 estrellas ya que creo que es un poco caro. De lo contrario, recomiendo encarecidamente.

Really good range of flavours. You can eat in also or you can buy a full caserole of your fave flavour to enjoy at home.

I didn't eat any of their ice cream but the children loved it. I'm not sure if it's Ben & jerry's on taste but their is a good choice of toppings and flavours.Its all a bit confusing for newbies but becomes apparent once you ask.

They have an authentic ice cream with a reasonable number of tastes. Over all, the sundaes they do are not simply great but of an exceptional quality.

El principal problema es en realidad de elegir lo que quieren de la enorme selección de helados y combinaciones. El helado en sí es delicioso y gustos. También puede elegir tener sus combinaciones estándar o personalizar su propio refresco. Bonito, limpio y fresco, sentarse zona restaurante también. Una visita indispensable en Leamington!

Recientemente visité con mi unidad de guía y me quedé muy impresionado con el personal. Ellos eran muy serviciales y paciente con las chicas. Tuvimos un gran tiempo y degustación de Hielo crema. Recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera, especialmente porque era tan buena relación calidad-precio!

Disfrutamos de una gran fiesta en Gallone es para mi hija de 6 años de edad, y sus amigos la semana pasada. Tenían un tiempo fabuloso y la chica de fiesta era realmente nos hicieron sentir especiales por partido Viv genial anfitriones y Carla. El grupo seda, me quedé muy impresionado con el seamlessness, que hizo una mañana completamente libre de estrés para mí. Yo había estado Gallones para (a un precio muy razonable y deliciosos helados sundaes) en un par de ocasiones antes de la fiesta y han sido siempre saludaron calurosamente con un gran servicio al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente que te pop en si en Leamington buscando un regalo.

El helado es maravilloso, francamente. Gran variedad de sabores excelente con una elección sólida accesorios. El personal era amable y acogedor. Los precios un poco elevados pero era tan buena que realmente no importa! Regresar aquí un poco más de verano debido a esta experiencia y nunca decepciona.

Gallones helado es increíble! El personal es muy amable y servicial y me defintiley recomiendo visitar si es tu helado! Hemos ido a muchas tiendas de helados en Warwickshire incluye crema Coventry, pero tengo que decir gallones es de lejos el mejor! Los batidos son los mejores!

La semana pasada he revisado un vecino heladería donde tenía una terrible tiempo. Esta semana vine aquí con mi cliente que tiene Alzheimer. El personal no podría haber hecho lo suficiente para atender sus necesidades en todas las áreas. Me ayudaron a elegir sabores y mostró empatía y previsión.

Llamamos para un helado por la tarde.

He estado aquí solos y con amigos y familiares y siempre disfrutamos. Precioso sundaes y tortitas, una increíble selección y servicio de atención al cliente genial. Los sabores incluyen volante de frambuesa (como el chocolate), Malteser, salada caramelo, Black Jack y ensalada de frutas (de nuevo como los dulces), y muchos más. Usted puede construir su propio refresco o plato de tortitas, especificando los sabores de helado, luego elegir una salsa o topping. Esto es genial si quieres algo emocionante, pero no es enorme y tienen una buena selección de salsas y aderezos. No puedo esperar a probar el maple.

I took my family here after going to eat at a restaurant nearby, i ordered 3 large sundaes and a cup with just one flavour for a member of the family who has autism and only ever has a cup with one flavour and despite the rest of us all having sundaes the woman would not let us have one scoop in a cup aswell to eat inside! Bearing in mind there was a lady sitting inside with a one scoop cone, how this is different i don't know!! I didnt want to cause a scene and after asking for the cup of ice cream twice i gave up as i didnt want to upset the family but have been left very angry !Sprinkles in Coventry and hoorays in Stratford 100 times better for service and their ice cream is better aswell!

On one of the rare hot days this summer and after some busy shopping we were ready to cool off with an ice cream. I was delighted to find my favourite flavour - coffe, which you can't always get. It was absolutely delicious.

Me encanta esta heladería porque es super limpio, y el helado se derrite y descuidadas como no en otros lugares donde venden helados -. Tienen una amplia variedad de helados y coberturas y volveremos a probar más antes demasiado larga!
