Gaisby Balti & Pizza in Bradford

Lovely food, thanks very much again!

Food is normally lovely but tonight the chips had way too much salt on them so we couldn’t eat them. Normally they’re really nice so it was disappointing today

There are not many takeaways that read the notes when ordering, but Gaisby always put my chilli sauce separate as requested. Food is great, as always. Thank you!

We ordered a 10” half and half pizza which was tasty. We ordered half ham & pineapple and half tuna delight. We also ordered a portion of chicken and fries which tasted great. We ordered a cookie dough with chocolate, the chocolate version comes with a coating of chocolate on the cookie dough. Overall the food was hot, great value and quality which was surprisingly a little cheaper than more premium takeaways. We will definitely be ordering a takeaway from here again and look forward to trying a curry, milkshakes and other pizza flavours.

1 hour and a half late even when we preordered

said it was delivered when it wasn't rang shop said it was on way so why did they put it was delivered when they had apparently just left the shop usally I order from gaisbys all the time and there so good but won't be in a hurry to order again

Been here a few times now and it’s lovely Even when orders are missing an item (only happened the once) they were very quick to rectify the issue and even wrote a sorry message on the box

Honestly this is the best food place. The food is always amazing and the staff are the loveliest people. Me and my partner moved into our new home (which is quite far out compared to where we were) and instantly we missed our old local takeout - luckily, got in touch with the staff and they were willing to bring it to us! Much love to the staff. I’ll always love Gaisby Balti👏🏻

Staff are polite and a good laugh food is always on point never had a problem delivered or being collected can’t go wrong at all one of the best takeaways around!

Unfortunately really disappointed. Delivery was delayed(fine), then marked as on way, didn't arrive, queried to be told half hour, nothing, had to call to be told even later and hadn't left the shop. 2 hours after ordering we got food. It was warm and well presented but the false info on delivery really let's it down. If it's going to be 2 hours just be truthful we could decide to collect or cancel. I understand it can be busy but inform the customer correctly.

Nice and hot pizza very nice not so keen on the Donna meat as it was like shredded Donna meat not strips but would go again for the pizzas and garlic bread and did get a free Donna in pita bread so that was a bonus that my younger ones will eat as like anything for free and give 40% of order to so can’t really complain….would I go back again ..yes as was nice and hot and fresh just the Donna meat isn’t for me but each to us own 😊

nearly an hour late (2hrs from ordering) BUT the food redeemed it, really nice and generous portions

Delivery driver was rude and arrogant. Please don't let him deliver to my address again.

The delivery driver slid down my drive on all the ice without being able to take a single step, carrying pizza with milkshakes balancing on top, and didn't spill a single thing, bless him, 5star rating for braving the ice and delivering my order promptly and all in place!

Amazing food and great quick friendly service

the food was gorgeus as usual. but it was all cold. nowt worse than waiting for ur food for it to then come cold and then having to warm it all up.

Really good value for money and very tasty food, came hot and arrived quickly. This is our 2nd order and we will be back again..

I pre ordered before the restaurant started taking orders. It was slightly late but that's to be expected when it's Saturday and they had only just opened. But it was well worth the wait. Pizzas were spot on and still hot. I would highly advise the Super grill pizza.. BANG ON !

Can't fault the food but the delivery is shocking waiting over an hour just for 4 cheese burger an chips and noticed delivery is getting crap on multiple occasions I've always got to ring up to find out where food is then get told always on its way sort it out gaisby

Took over an hour to be delivered, but was marked as delivered early so wouldnt be marked as late. Pizzas were stuck to lid of box.

I’ve tried the rest Now try the best in Shipley I’ve done my homework but these guys do not disappoint all their food is on a different level please try you will not regret it

food was 15 min late, phoned the takeaway where it was apparent that they had forgot my 25 pound order. the guy on the phone was very apologetic and said a further 15 to 20 mins. another half hour later now a hour in total it came. pizza was luke warm but tasty and puds lovely. too late to eat anything else.

Ordered and given a time of 19:45 to 8:05 , we had 2 children’s meals so we were happy with the time given . I called the restaurant at 8:15 to be told the delivery would arrive in a couple of minutes. I called back at 8:35 and again told the food would arrive in a couple of minutes . It finally arrived at 9:05 . I appreciate the free bottle of pop but the overall quality wasn’t great and due to waiting too long and becoming frustrated I no longer want to eat .

good food however there was an obvious slice taken from my pizza, please tape the pizza box shut next time to prevent the couriers touching the food

Not happy about my order,the food was not that great the pizza came a warmish cold and the garlic bread was hard and took a while to chew same as the pizza where as before it used to come piping ho, I am really not happy about my order and unfortunately it was a waste of £14 so I will not be using this takeaway place again

Just had meal deal 1 from them.Cart fault the food but took over 2hours to get here and wasn't all there but credit to them did bring what missed off.Need to get more driver for derliveys
