Food looked really appetizing but only had a coffee which was delicious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very busy, clearly popular.

Feeling very ripped off. 2 small rolls, a small cake and 2 coffees. Was nice, BUT £27.90 really is a joke. Never again. Wished I’d checked before!!! Utter disgrace. Gail’s Kingston upon Thames.

We popped into Gail's for a cream tea this afternoon. It was very disappointing. The scones were poor and, apparently, they are unable to heat them up. Also, no choice of jams, just very average strawberry served in a dish. We will not be going back.

Terrible, did not like it..a Very expensive waste of money, nothing labelled with price or allergen info, coffee horrid.

Visited wed 22nd around 2pm,selected the sausage roll for myself and my wife, the sausage rolls were served cold despite the fact that the server insisted that they were freshly baked. my wife found that the content of her sausage roll was pink in colour and appeared undercooked.She had only taken a few bites. I had eaten more of mine but was not inclined to finish it. I spoke to the server and the manager who assured me that this was the normal colour of the filling, Im afraid I couldn't take the risk and declined a replacement meal. For the cost in total almost £18 for the rolls and two coffees I would expect better service and I would expect to be offered a refund
