KFC in Kingston upon Thames

Such exceptional staff really go the extra mile. My daughter was upset and the kind lady gave her a cookie. So lovely happy smiling 😊

I bought a wrap the chicken inside one like a cardboard I couldn't bite it. it's very dry not not enough salad or sauce and the chicken wings I think they cooked around 3 hours before,,,terrible. Staff not friendly, they don't want to serve the customer they were busy talking and laughing at the back. I don't want to go back again.

Wouldn’t swap corn for chips in a family feast. The manager won’t do it! Said don’t worry and drive to Epsom kfc and did it no problem!! This branch needs to close!

Ordered at 17.49. Order delivered at 18.00 11 mins to cook fresh! No this is likely yesterdays! Not KFC recipe. Tasted bad, has an after taste. Ordered a year ago and it came from Surbiton. That was lovely. Today has a smooth oily texture with no spices in it. Think oil might need changing, horrible after taste. DEFINITELY not the original recipe of 11 herbs and spices. Horrible, will not be using there again 🤬

So firstly I want to say how amazing Jamiee was, I can understand that this store was understaffed however the way one of your staff members was screaming abuse towards kitchen staff and Jaimee was absolutely disgusting. She threw my food on the counter and shouted my number.. this staff member was wearing a black and white checked shirt (annoyed at myself for not getting her name) when I asked her if she was management she said ”no” I encouraged her to look at the way she was treating her staff and verbally abusing them and she replied saying “ f**k this I don’t get paid enough“.. once again.. I want you to realise how hard Jamie was working yet she was being screamed at and abused even though there was a sign saying aggression towards staff is not acceptable.. If your management was like this in front of at least seven members of the public ordering at the same time I would hate to feel like what she’s like on a one-to-one basis out the back. I suggest you look at the store immediately i’ve never been so disgusted at watching management treat their staff like this in my life!
