G Brothers Pizza in Bristol, City of

After hearing lots about Geppeto’s, me and my girlfriend made a special journey to try their pizzas today. We were not disappointed! Especially having counted that we have tried around twelve pizzerias in Bristol, in the last year. We had the double pepperoni, Nuts and Beets and Red, White and Goo, all of them fantastic! Great thin and crispy crust, and amazing flavours. The marscapone and blue cheese dip was also so creamy and delicious!

Got a takeaway pizza from here for the first time and was really impressed with everything, the restaurant is small but quaint and I will be returning to eat in some time. Service was with a smile as well! Pizza was tasty, had to wait a while for my partner to arrive so it had cooled down, that's why I want to return so I can get full experience!! Good value as well!

Had a takeaway nduja pizza from here tonight and was very much impressed. The nduja itself had so much flavour and a really nice kick to it. We had the garlic aioli and homemade hot sauce which was very yummy. I love that you can get a side of burrata to take away 😍

Absolutely love the food, the staff is kind and friendly and the little place tucked away in Easton takes less than 2 minutes to reach by foot from my house. Feeling blessed!!

Thats right people, what youve heard is true. Best vegan pizza spot in bs5 and pushes for all of bristol. Fresh dough, charred and dusted kn the crust with a delightful seasoning perfectly compliments the rich and arromatic marinara and smooth vegan cheese. Genuinely not one to miss. Will return regularly.

SO happy Geppetto's is open!! Fantastic friendly service, the most delicious pizza (as always!) with inventive toppings and fantastic dough, and a nice range of drinks and desserts. So lovely to have a sunny evening meal al fresco courtesy of these wizards. We will be back again! (and again and again and again...)

Got pizzas to take away last week and they were divine!! The staff were so friendly and the garlic bread with vegan cheese was incredible! So lucky to live so close to this absolute gem!!

the hygiene rating might have been a clue as to what can be expected. pizza was tasty but I didn’t feel good afterwards (i am not allergic to anything before you ask)

Was really disappointed by the communication around this order. Ordered them for collection at 7.45 and was called to be told they'd be ready at 8.05, which is fine. Then turned up at 8.05 and told they were next to be prepared. When pushed a bit I was told they'd be another 20 minutes so I said we'd go back home and wait until called to say they were ready. Called again after 20 minutes and was told they be ready in 10. Arrived at the shop about 15 minutes later to be told the last one was just going in, only to be waiting there another 25 minutes. I wouldn't really mind the delays but after going home to just be able to come back without waiting, all I wanted was an honest assessment of when they'd be ready. Pizzas were still delicious and we received a discount and some freebies which was appreciated.

we had a party of twelve in yesterday for my birthday and i, being a bit of a foolish sod lacking in foresight, hadn’t booked it in advance. the team working there had no issues making a reservation for us all at the drop of a hat; the service was impeccable, the staff are all very laid back and pleasant to talk to and the food was phenomenal. as far as i’m aware they’re a small family owned and operated business serving possibly the best pizza i have ever had in the UK. the drinks are very reasonably priced and for all 12 of us to eat we paid a very modest amount. i will absolutely be back and could not recommend this place more. go here, have a pint, have a pizza, bring some mates, wipe the grease off your orange stained lips while you bellow with thunderous laughter - all the while remarking just how incredibly delicious the food was. most importantly, remember to thank the amazing staff for all their hard work and hospitality. cheers, i hope to see you all again soon!

Great little place to eat in, I've only ever had takeaways through foodstuff before but it's a nice vibe being inside and seeing the food being made. And when you're in you get the specials options as well! Very chill and friendly place.

May be great food but be aware of the fact it has a 1 start food hygiene rating...

Brilliant little place, perfect for what we needed. Food was great, all the ingredients clearly really good quality and top selection of drinks, loved it!

Just an awesome pizza place tucked away in Easton. Vegan pizzas were some of the best we ever had - can’t recommend enough. Staff were incredibly lovely, too! Shouted us out for our anniversary which was very sweet.

INSANE. went here the day before my birthday and when the clock struck 12 I was in a deeply satisfying flavour comatose. Really cool and chill dining alongside pizza done well. SO incredibly well. It’s nice that I could also see my pizza getting made. I’m salivating just thinking back on the experience.

super nice! really good location for hopping off the train and grabbing food or just picking up if you live local. i've had their pizza a few times now and it's consistently amazing with a really nice sourdough base and great base sauce, and they have so many interesting toppings. also very cool for vegan companions as there is a reasonable number of options and they taste equally as good :) staff are always friendly and overall really neat. cool oven, best pizza.

Someone recommended their truck stand at the back of the Crafty Egg and it was one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a while.

I placed the order and soon the attendant left, she didn't pass it on to the kitchen staff, I waited over an hour, terrible service, I won't be back.

Seriously good takeaway pizza. I had the greens, eggs and artichoke. 10/10. A little cold on arrival but I reheated in the oven and it was excellent. The aioli was also delicious. Will pop in for a sit down soon.

One of the best Pizza places in Bristol and great value!

I was pretty disappointed to get our delivery and discover no mozzarella on our goats cheese pizzas. None of the pizzas on the menu say mozzarella so I figured it's safe to assume it's a given that the pizza will come with cheese. I think it should be clearly stated if a pizza has no cheese and definitely not what I would have ordered of I'd known. A lot of tomato and bread with a few small dots of goats cheese.. Not what I had in mind when I ordered takeaway pizza. Shame because the goats cheese pizza in the old menu was one of my favourites. Giving 4 stars because pizza is of a good standard despite not enjoying this particular one, dough is amazing, staff have always been friendly, and I don't like to leave bad reviews for small businesses

Best dough for your hard earned dough

I loved it. The young blonde guy in front of house was so nice and helpful.

I had the 5 cheese and the Red White and Goo, the flavours were great and more complex than your usual pizza! The place itself is very cute, I will probably try to eat in next time.

I prefer their recent menu and enjoy sourdough but I find it hit and miss with how well the dough is cooked... But maybe its a preferential thing. They've got great customer service though, generally bang on with their time estimations.

Pretty sound stone baked pizza. Not entirely authentic Neapolitan style but not a million miles off either. 2022 update: increased to 5 stars, really upped their game, quote possibly the best pizza in Bristol

I had great pizza before, but this one was hand down the best pizza I’ve ever had - and it was plant based! Lovely atmosphere too, you can really feel the pizza chefs love for their product.

Best pizza in Bristol. Hands down. The best pizza I've ever had was in Brooklyn, and this comes close - the way the dough is perfectly cooked - this is how it should taste! Highly recommended.

Nice pizza, great base and really tasty garlic bread. And all cooked exactly how I like it.

All of the waiters were jumping up and down in the air which was disconcerting att first but all of the food arrived intact and in the same box which we ate and even though we could taste the jumping it all tasted like food I don’t know if jumping up and down makes it taste good but I recomend it if you like

Firstly, the pizzas were incredible - everyone at the party thought so too! Secondly, the staff (Geoff & Fran) were amazing, super lovely but also so helpful - we were running late and they were completely fine to wait; I had forgotten to tell them someone was lactose intolerant and that was not a problem for them, they gave her a delicious goat’s cheese pizza. They completely catered to our needs, couldn’t have asked for better! Will definitely be using again.

Absolutely incredible! 100% recommend the Nduja and Buratta pizza and also the Gran Cerdo red wine! Sooooo good!

Delightful chewy and charred crust and good quality toppings

Ordered 2 large pizzas this evening. Both were cooked expertly, plenty of toppings and served with a friendly smile. Definitely got yourself a new customer.

Really friendly, good prices and amazing pizza

It was ok, base was slightly burnt and topping was a bit tasteless. The olives and the base sauce was very nice. Wasn't too impressed to see a woman working there picking up a load of cold meat or ham to put on a pizza and then not changing her gloves after. It looked very wet when she was pulling it out of the container and then proceeded to touch everything in the kitchen and then help make more pizzas. Not very hygiene, and not nice to see for someone who doesn't eat meat.

Probably the best pizza I've ever tried in Bristol!! The dough is absolutely perfect, the tomato sauce tastes like heaven and they are cheesy and full of flavour. The staff is also amazing! We called yesterday to check if we could place an order, they told us that they were about to close the kitchen (we didn't know that) but they had our pizzas in 10 min! This is our new fav pizza :)

Cannot get enough of G Bros! The staff are lovely and friendly, with a real spirit and we often spotted friends and neighbours inside before lock-down. A great place to make conversation with strangers or just pew up on the bar and get fed on your own. I think they've been truely missed over the pandemic-affected months and it's wonderful to get behind the business again! Smaller takeaway menu, 'The Hortelana' is incredible (charred leaks with marscapone dots and olives) and 'The Onion' is so rich and tasty. Outside of restricted menus, the bar has 1 or 2 ales and a cider on tap that go down well with the light sourdough pizza. The hot sauce on the tables is addictive and hottly fought over amongst punters easting inside!

Banging pizza! We’ve been craving good pizza since the start of lockdown and all the other pizza joints are just too far away. G Brothers smashed it! 2x Medium sized pizza and a garlic bread to share was just enough, and the blue cheese sauce was to die for 😍

Me di cuenta de que he vivido en bristol durante un año y medio y solo he estado en otros 3 restaurantes porque la comida aquí es tan irresistible. Así que sí, coma aquí bajo su propio riesgo porque todos los demás alimentos sabrán mal después. ¡También definitivamente opta por la pizza vegana con champiñones al ajillo y alcachofas veganas o mozzarella!

Went in this evening for a pi Day PIzza date with my fiancé, I'm gluten intolerant (not coeliac) and it's safe to say I am impressed. Lovely cosy place, lovely staff and gorgeous food. The smell as soon as we walked through the door made me excited (impatient) for my food and it did not disappoint!!

I had a G Bros pizza 3 days ago, I've been wearing all black ever since, damn I miss that pizza. Proper base, not too crisp, not too doughy, toppings on the N'Duja spiced perfectly, Garlic bread w cheese had crispy Naan quality (in the best way). Man, my nipples are hard thinking about it. Seriously top notch (nipple thing was a joke, but man, the pizza is not).

Excellent pizza. Every time I eat at G Brothers I wonder why I haven't eaten there more recently. First time I have eaten burrata on a pizza and it was amazing!

Lucky enough to have this place as my local Pizza place. Very good quality pizza with top ingredients. It's a small place and can get busy and slow, but the food is wonderful!

Been here a few times and the pizza and service are always great. Plus the vegan options with cashew cheese are beaut!

Este peculiar restaurante hace deliciosas pizzas de masa fermentada. Si bien es bastante pequeño, esto se suma al encanto de G Bros, con un estilo de decoración único. Una gran selección de pizzas, que incluye una gran variedad de opciones vegetarianas, con deliciosos ingredientes. Si bien podría haber usado más cantidad de los ingredientes, lo que tenían era muy sabroso y las combinaciones funcionaron muy bien juntas. ¡A un precio muy razonable también! Personal amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
