G & A Fast Food in Luton

all the food was cold, and wasn't even put in a food bag to keep warm. never had a problem before but this time a big disappointment

paid for mint sauce but was not delivered.

Poor Quality food missing and cold and no taste Won’t be going back

I’ve been ordering from this take away for years.. the staff always seemed quite polite, but I had the worst experience yday with a man called Hamzah, very rude, kept sighing, only asked what my total would be as I would like to have the right amount for the deliver driver. When I asked if you can please repeat the order he was very rude!!! G n A you have been a long family running business for years do not let someone like HAMZAH let you down! and yday I felt the chilli sauce had a smell to it.. didn’t think too much of it untill the next morning! And my god!!! The vomitting and diorreah had started! I do really believe HAMZAH had deliberately given me old sauce which shouldn’t have even been served. 30 + customer they have lost! Better service and better food and service else where. Save yourself guys! Do not order from here!!

Delivery man was very nice and the food is a cut above your average takeaway in my experience. Particularly the deal on pizzas is more than worth the price!

Been visiting this fast-food place for a about 10 years regular customer from Birmingham. More recently the service from the staff has been absolutely appalling and very poor, food standards has also dropped. Won't be visiting this place anymore

Horrible taste and one pizza' dough was raw. Meat on the pizza tasted awful and was sprinkled with dried turmeric everywhere. Can't even remember if I ever had worst pizza!

Food quality is hit and miss so badly. Ordered mini platter was soooooo dry, no sauce at all on it. Mini strips were over cooked, chilli sauce used to be banging but lately it's been watery

No drinks came which was included on the order

Went 10 minutes before closing and they’d had already cleaned the grill. They still were happy to make a spicy doner for me meaning they’d had to clean the grill again. Doner was good and we liked it although we originally wanted the naga doner from spice hut. This was better than spice hut.

Tried fried chicken, it was dry and pretty tasteless. Their pizzas are reasonable. Also, one of those weird places that still pretend if in 80s with big cash only sign!

Forgot the main pizzas in deal then couldn’t even prioritise sending me more. I’m a regular customer normally but they’ve made mistakes too many times now and today they took it too far with the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

The Chicken Special Pizza was freshly made with halal ingredients and very tasty 🍕 Just outside of the very busy Bury Park area, with some limited parking available outside.

Sadly the food was delivered late and it was also cold.

I love this takeaway shop so much because they always give me just an delicious and nice fresh food mashallah keeps up such amazing work from Uncle Abbas.

Rubbish customer service the guy at the front with glasses doesn’t know how to speak to customers very rude and stuck up.

Chips were cold & stale, very upset about this considering i have ordered from G&A many times before and never experienced this.

Service was slow and person on counter did not have much customer service skills. Possible that original owners have sold or taken a step back and letting others run. Service has suffered

Disgusted with the service ordered 12 pc chicken and chips and got all legs and thighs I asked for a certain amount of chilli’s I didn’t receive the amount I asked for they had shoved them all in small boxes barely any chips in the boxes and the chips that were in the boxes were cold and stale. The best part about the order was the sachet of mayo that they didn’t touch or intervene with.I’ve been a long time customer with GandA but they have no customer loyalty I called up they initial guy who answered the phone was okay I asked to speak to the manager and apparently he was almost finished praying I was on the phone for 15 mins and still didn’t speak to him the other guy I spoke to was rude u could tell he didn’t care giving me lousy excuses about the delivery even though the delivery wasn’t the problem I won’t b stopping here again and I advise others go further up the road and go Krispy lemon at least they get ur order right and give u quality food unlike this shop totally dissatisfied and won’t b ordering from them again.

I am a regular customer I always enjoy my order. My food comes hot as in I open the box and I there is steam the dough is soft and nice. The pizza is my N01 go too.

lovely chicken plenty of chips and sauces very happy

All of the food was cold. I had to heat everything up in the microwave. The chicken burger was hard and couldn’t be eaten. The kebab naan bread was cold and so fell apart when picked up. All chips tasted horrible after being in the microwave. The cheesy chips had cheese but it was not melted so the chips were obviously not hot when this was put on.

Any place that does Original Southern Fried Chicken Lip licking flavour with the Boat, Sun and river branded logo and breading is bound to be great this one is no exception, coupled with the amazing chilli sauce. Just can't beat it.

We ordered the medium grilled peri peri chicken burger. Unfortunately, it was very overcooked, appeared like it was old, the texture was dry, flaky, chewy and flavourless. This is my go-to order at alternative fast food restaurant so I know what to expect but this has to be the worst grilled chicken burger I have tried in Luton. It’s a shame since we have been going to G&A for decades.

Always good value for money, quality chicken and chilli sauce. Been a while since I've been here as I'm no longer local so it's nice to see a new refurbished G&A with better seating and layout.

I haven’t received my order and I’m waiting since 2 hours . I don’t think they will deliver my order. Just waisted my time and my money . I will never use just eat delivery again . Always disappoint me . They have done this before as well. Didn’t gave me my order and took the money as well . It’s more than 2 hours. I don’t think delivery driver will deliver it to me . Very sad

Amazing! Travelled back to Sheffield with food from this place because it was so good! The sauces were on point! Would Definitely reccomend it

I normally do not leave a comment! However, today the food was outstanding! Fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection! Ordered Mix and match. Also I accepted unknowingly collection, as it was not scheduled time for delivery. They have arranged a driver to deliver and told us to pay £2.00 to driver. It was not about the money. It was the thought, that mattered to us the most. Thank you!

Lovely chicken and chips. And the mint sauce I have never tasted it anywhere else and its delcious. Back in the day this place was much better but now its just going.

what nonsense they took my money and after that they canceled my order they called me to give me a landmark where to meet the driver because the driver does not know how to get to my address which is very simple and easy to find, what is delivery for? the driver has to know how to deliver to the address, that's why I pay the delivery fee.

Good as always, chips could have done with being hotter though
