Veg Samosa is delicious Fried chicken is good & donner is nice too along with burgers but pizzas I haven't tried but price compared to others is more

Very fresh and delicious food. The service was very fast and the staff are very nice and kind. The atmosphere is beautiful and there is a lot of seating area. Amazing food.

I’ve been ordering from this take away for years.. the staff always seemed quite polite, but I had the worst experience yday with a man called Hamzah, very rude, kept sighing, only asked what my total would be as I would like to have the right amount for the deliver driver. When I asked if you can please repeat the order he was very rude!!! G n A you have been a long family running business for years do not let someone like HAMZAH let you down! and yday I felt the chilli sauce had a smell to it.. didn’t think too much of it untill the next morning! And my god!!! The vomitting and diorreah had started! I do really believe HAMZAH had deliberately given me old sauce which shouldn’t have even been served. 30 + customer they have lost! Better service and better food and service else where. Save yourself guys! Do not order from here!!

Been visiting this fast-food place for a about 10 years regular customer from Birmingham. More recently the service from the staff has been absolutely appalling and very poor, food standards has also dropped. Won't be visiting this place anymore

Amazing service and communication

Nice and clean seating area. Open kitchen which I like because I could see food being done, staff were also polite and helpful.

Horrible taste and one pizza' dough was raw. Meat on the pizza tasted awful and was sprinkled with dried turmeric everywhere. Can't even remember if I ever had worst pizza!

Food quality is hit and miss so badly. Ordered mini platter was soooooo dry, no sauce at all on it. Mini strips were over cooked, chilli sauce used to be banging but lately it's been watery

Went 10 minutes before closing and they’d had already cleaned the grill. They still were happy to make a spicy doner for me meaning they’d had to clean the grill again. Doner was good and we liked it although we originally wanted the naga doner from spice hut. This was better than spice hut.

I love the red chutney here, I have moved away from Luton and still crave it. I need the recipe please! 😩

Tried fried chicken, it was dry and pretty tasteless. Their pizzas are reasonable. Also, one of those weird places that still pretend if in 80s with big cash only sign!

Best pizza and donner I've ever had, very nice interior too and the service was on point.

The Chicken Special Pizza was freshly made with halal ingredients and very tasty 🍕 Just outside of the very busy Bury Park area, with some limited parking available outside.

I love this takeaway shop so much because they always give me just an delicious and nice fresh food mashallah keeps up such amazing work from Uncle Abbas.

Rubbish customer service the guy at the front with glasses doesn’t know how to speak to customers very rude and stuck up.

Service was slow and person on counter did not have much customer service skills. Possible that original owners have sold or taken a step back and letting others run. Service has suffered

Disgusted with the service ordered 12 pc chicken and chips and got all legs and thighs I asked for a certain amount of chilli’s I didn’t receive the amount I asked for they had shoved them all in small boxes barely any chips in the boxes and the chips that were in the boxes were cold and stale. The best part about the order was the sachet of mayo that they didn’t touch or intervene with.I’ve been a long time customer with GandA but they have no customer loyalty I called up they initial guy who answered the phone was okay I asked to speak to the manager and apparently he was almost finished praying I was on the phone for 15 mins and still didn’t speak to him the other guy I spoke to was rude u could tell he didn’t care giving me lousy excuses about the delivery even though the delivery wasn’t the problem I won’t b stopping here again and I advise others go further up the road and go Krispy lemon at least they get ur order right and give u quality food unlike this shop totally dissatisfied and won’t b ordering from them again.

Any place that does Original Southern Fried Chicken Lip licking flavour with the Boat, Sun and river branded logo and breading is bound to be great this one is no exception, coupled with the amazing chilli sauce. Just can't beat it.

We ordered the medium grilled peri peri chicken burger. Unfortunately, it was very overcooked, appeared like it was old, the texture was dry, flaky, chewy and flavourless. This is my go-to order at alternative fast food restaurant so I know what to expect but this has to be the worst grilled chicken burger I have tried in Luton. It’s a shame since we have been going to G&A for decades.

Always good value for money, quality chicken and chilli sauce. Been a while since I've been here as I'm no longer local so it's nice to see a new refurbished G&A with better seating and layout.

It's like a building site for ages. Shop is incomplete. Good is standard which I think is the goal for the owners.

Lovely chicken and chips. And the mint sauce I have never tasted it anywhere else and its delcious. Back in the day this place was much better but now its just going.

They missed my delivery and ask me for pay again for same order

what nonsense they took my money and after that they canceled my order they called me to give me a landmark where to meet the driver because the driver does not know how to get to my address which is very simple and easy to find, what is delivery for? the driver has to know how to deliver to the address, that's why I pay the delivery fee.

Good food, good service and nice interior since the refurb.

Just got 1 buger meal 1 afterburner and some fried wings and 1 extra drink came to a whopping eye watering £17 that's expensive.. This is the go to takeaway for many years but please try to come down in prices yes everything has gone up but am sure more people will come when the price is right. Just my humble opinion 😌

There service is elite , I ordered 4 minutes before closing and they still got my order 20 minutes early , not only that they also sent me extra chick and a large portion of chips as one item that I ordered wasn’t available

I ordered food from this place. Used to be best in town but seems the new management have changed few stuff and the quality isn't how it was . Food was hot and fresh but the fillet burger want was slightly under cooked. Was a bit pricey than normal local takeaways.

Order was an hour late food cold missing item delivery driver called me out to his car because he said his car is running he couldn't come to my door very bad service will not be ordering again and this was my second time I ordered both times I got bad service

The newly refurbished Restaurant under the new Management under Mr Abbas has quality food prepared all the time. It jas friendly Staff, a clean restaurant with awesome and yummy Chutney Sauce to tuck your food into. It has recently been awarded a 5 Star Hygiene Ratings my the Luton Borough Council.

Tried their chilli donner meal! Wowza this thing is huge! It comes on a huge tray! I like my food and can devour a lot but I couldn’t finish it! A lot of food for your money! Shop looks great after refurb and the food is on point!

Nice clean fast food place for a quick bite.

Been going here for probably close to 12 years now. Always get their pizzas as a safe bet when I want some good, cheap food. Service is pretty mediocre, but the important thing is the food, and it's good.

I have been going here for years and now it’s just got even better because it has been refurbished and I was worrying that the taste may have been lost after refurbishment by reading some of the other reviews but the taste was absolutely still there.

It was restaurant with amazing fast food especially bugers but after refurbishment all taste is completly gone. Very sad

I tried the G&A food after 5 years today the food was cooked perfectly the service was amazing. They were very friendly the food taste was out class. The pizza was out class 😋 thank you so much for keeping the 100% standards definitely recommend this place 👌

I’ve ordered from here a few times, sadly I got food poisoning from here, I’m still very ill at the moment. I can guess there isn’t any hand washing going on, I ordered chicken nuggets.. I think that’s what done it Will not be ordering again. 🤢

After refurbishment of G&A fast food, I walked in to get four portions of spicy donner meat and chips, ordered at the till. The brother was very kind, he'd told the chef to cook it, but the chef cooked it quite dry. I requested a little more chilli sauce but instead the chef had poured a large plastic container full of sauce on to my food, conveying his anger, not realising that I was watching over him. I came home and all the containers were full of excessive runny sauce, and it had tasted extremely unpleasant and bitter. This unprofessional chef instantly reacted to his anger over my food, if he doesn't like his job he can be a builder, not a dodgy cowboy chef who plays with people's food. Beware of this chef, he can potentially food poison people! Reply: Brother i did not express my feelings, i basically SAW the reaction of my request by your short tempered chef who was with in sight. My picture explains the abnormality of the food item, the person who served me was made aware. The chef should be ashamed where his manager has so much confidence and reliance in him. How would a customer come back to a place where such incident takes place.

Placed an order for collection. We were told it would take 20 minutes. However it took an hour. I was waiting in the car for 40 minutes with my toddler. Once we finally collected the food and left, we got a phone call saying they forgot to pack part of our order.

Chicken tandoori pizza bangs The best after burner around. Everything is decent enough. There chicken if you get it fresh. Bangs. Always ask for when the next batch is out. You won't be disappointed

Our chicken was raw on the inside and the grilled chicken was cold. We have ordered from here for 3 years and it was never this bad I listed a picture below of the meat. I couldn’t get a refund as I payed by cash but this is disappointing.

The place generally looks ok but there is a lot of room to eat and they give a lot of sauce but the chicken is not as nice as others I had, the doner is dry and thin but the hoops are nice.

For what is essentially a takeaway shop, this place produces a good standard of tasty fast food. Pizzas are delicious as are both their chicken tower burger and grilled burger. They were relatively quick given how busy they are with both in store and takeaway orders over the phone which seemed to be a constant flow. Very good if your in the area and fancy some fast food.

Been going to them for years and never once have I had a bad experience. Their quarter pounder burgers are 🤤🤤 . Prices are very reasonable and food is excellent. Pizzas - value for money can't be beaten.

Quality food, with a good price and a standard service. Pizza, chicken and chips and also kebabs, a very good range of deals but in store deals are a lot better. Pizza dough is not the best and but for the money you pay it’s worth what it is, as it’s cheap.

A big guy making burger and his sweat was dipping on to burger, very poor hygienic, they prices are much higher than even London but the food quality is extremely poor.

One of the best take away in Luton, chili sauce is amazing and the afterburner burger is the best 😍 and the pizzas never disappoints. Highly recommend this place!

I had to give one star to leave a review of how bad this place is... After they delivered, found out they hadn't added the chicken nuggets we ordered for our 3 year old, rang them to be told they'll be sent ASAP... Half an hour later they arrived... Cold. That's not including a semi warm jacket potato & same for their chicken strips. Guess on the bright side, at least there wasn't a 2 hour wait after ordering this time (at least that food showed up reasonably heated through) Last chance given & they just take the p*ss... Will not be spending money with them again & strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to pick elsewhere... Will be sending samples of this joke they call food to the food & hygiene standards agency.
