I spent a lot of money here for my delivery to be over and hour late. when I called they told me that when they accepted my order and gave me a delivery time there driver wasn't even there. Will not be back.

This is a joke I waited for and order and after 1h late they cancelled what a waste of time

If you can't afford it, don't play it. The amount will be halved. It's still a good deal if you don't discount it.

While virtually every other business is migrating towards contactless and card payments only, Fusion Gourmet still only accepts cash. And AliPay - a payment software I hadn’t even heard about and is apparently used mainly in East Asia. We were served water after we had already finished our starters, even though we requested them at the beginning. The lamb main course tasted stale and had a gamey texture. Would not recommend this restaurant to others.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. The staff is incredibly rude and they will cancel your order at any time and also the food preparation is different from what it is in the restaraunt. Nobody will pick the landline and you will feel helpless. Do yourself a favour and go to a supermarket for readymade meals or make it yourself rather than spoiling your evening.

Why it shows opening if it’s actually not?

Food was delicious but be warned the portions are huge (never a negative) we got a large soup and it was delicious and could have fed 5 people so we weren't able to finish a lot of the food but got take away dishes. Really recommend

Before I start, *THE PLACE IS CASH ONLY*. When we arrived just before reserved time slot, the waiter asked us to get cash from the ATM down the street, as they do not accept any cards. Which is weird, because people were able to use AliPay at checkout (But I had to pay cash?) The place was fully booked, and upon arrival we had to wait for a table for about 15 minutes. Their menu is quite large. The chicken we ordered felt slightly overcooked, but the potato dish made up for it. Prices seem fair, portions were filled well. If they would accept card from any customer I'd rate it one more star.

Duck spring rolls had no duck and were mostly pastry. Yung chow fried rice had very little meat bits. Overall it was very expensive

Walking from the Grassmarket in Edinburgh looking for lunch place on Fri Nov 3, we spotted this place on a side street and decided to try it. We were welcomed in by the staff and quickly explained that one of us needed a meal without gluten, dairy or egg. The lady there was very quick to say they could accommodate us so that was great! The food we received was tasty, fresh and delicious. We could hear the chef making our food and it was quick to arrive. The staff were friendly and we would recommend and visit again on our next holiday in Edinburgh. Thank you for a great lunch!

Great Szechuan food, recommend the "spicy beef flank noodle soup"

Got the spicy braised beef flank in noodle soup and it was delicious! The beef is super tender, noodles nice and chewy, and the broth was rich. Personally wished it was spicer, but I've accepted that UK spice just doesn't go as hard lol

Had high hopes after reading reviews from recent customers . Sadly , left feeling let down and having paid well over the odds . Friendly welcome and moved us to a table in the room at the side after saying it was really chilly by the main door . Still really draughty though due to a small door . Decor basic but that didn’t matter , often the more basic places have the best cuisine . Starters came , ended up with duck spring rolls as no sesame prawn toast and ribs - all fine although not exceptional . For the main we chose a sharing dish ( dry pot with pork belly , cauliflower and broccoli ) as it looked interesting . It arrived and we hunted for pork belly - literally about 3/5 tiny pieces of fatty and squidgy pork … I do not exaggerate when I say there were slivers of meat - plenty of broccoli and cauliflower and sauce nice enough but just such a disappointment . We mentioned it , and they put a bit more in the dish ( at no charge (!)) as if that should ever have been in contention ! Anyway , still barely anything there and still mostly fat . We left most of it . Cans of beer served with glasses but left to pour it ourselves . Just lacklustre and totally unexpected . Not fussy and quite broad minded when it comes to dining but I’m afraid this has to be highlighted - it’s not a low priced restaurant . No apology either .

Very good authentic Chinese restaurant! Definitely recommended, bad reviews mainly due to Uber eats or service but ours was fine, they were also very accommodating when we changed seats. 很好吃😋 正宗的中国菜！

My wife and I had a meal before the tattoo. The service was friendly and quick. The food simply was scrumptious. It is difficult to find an authentic Chinese restaurant. This is certainly authentic with some dishes challenging for the non Chinese diner. However they also have more common favourites. We had cumin and spring onion lamb and Mali tofu. Very good. Highly recommended and receives my “angels copulating on your tongue” rating.

I ordered Chicken Chow Mein. Far too much onion and too many bean sprouts, with a very limited amount of chicken. In my opinion there should have been more noodles. It was ok but I wouldn’t order it again.

Salt and pepper much box was okay for taste but much smaller portion than other restaurants at similar price. Order took 2 hours to arrive and driver falsely marked as delivered half hour before actual delivery.

The most superb food, such authentic tastes! Travelled from Wales and took recommendations from the internet, we found not like tourist restaurants. The restaurant and the food was absolutely insane and great service with reasonable prices! Fantastic service.

Really nice food, didn't get exactly what I ordered (meant to be 10 spring rolls but only received 8), and received 5 gyozas rather than 8 dumplings - but the food we did receive was lovely.

Waited 90 min for food. Told me it had left already when I rang an hour after ordering, it clearly hadn't left the building yet as I waited a further 30 mins with no can of juice thrown in as an apology, no apology at all in fact. They gave me meat soup instead of miso. Just-Eat refunded that part of order immediately but the veggie Singapore noodles were pretty boring and bare and the spicy aubergine dish was just aubergine and huge chunks of chilli in a bath of oil. Was expecting more of a sauce, quite a disappointing meal altogether but the tofu with black bean sauce was alright.

We stopped by to savor the food, and ordered Chicken Chop Suey, as only the Chicken was Halal, we were reassured by the owner-manager. Chop Suey was simply great tasting, served piping hot, and service was friendly and quick. All in all - a great experience.

Really poorly cooked food! Spring rolls looked burnt and the rice was watery and looks uncooked. Also didn’t deliver my coke.

Had a really nice meal here. First time visited as passed before and was always busy. Very authentic Chinese cooking so more adventurous dishes for us. Our soup was excellent and hot and tasty. As was our roast peppered beef. Varied menu and Sonny helped us explaining about some dishes etc Friendly staff Sonny made us a special dessert as was my husbands birthday! We will be back again!

I came with my partner and two friends. The food came out in a quick and timely manner, with all all ordering a stater fist and then a main. The Salt and Chilli Tofu I had was so tasty, I’m a lover of garlic, and I could smell the aroma as soon as the waiter brought us our food!. The staff were really friendly and made our experience to a high standard. My only issue is with no clear vegetarian/vegan signs on the menu, however they do have vegan options, so this is a plus.

I got a message saying enjoy your food before it arrived. I ordered an hour before I wanted delivery and it was still late by 45 minutes.The food was good just a pity it came in a soggy pizza box.

First time trying here & it was okay the crispy beef was lovely but wasn't to keen on the capital sauce with it but still enjoyed it would probably order again sometime to try something else - delivery driver got lost so food wasn't very hot & a can of juice was missing from my order but overall I'd give 7/10 👍

The food was damaged and driver was more than an hour late . I’ve never seen worse service. When I phoned restaurant, the music was so loud that I couldn’t hear what they were saying. Very unprofessional. I hope I can get my money back . I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I did not order this food!! My account was hacked. I tried to call the restaurant to cancel the order but they wouldn't. I tried to get details of the delivery but they would not provide any details. Just eat contact numbers are inactive and the email response was dismissive of my request to claim a refund and they would not provide me any information on the data the hackers had access to. They have a duty of care to customers and just avoided the complaint when requesting for help !!!

Missing prawn crackers food cold and very bland. The duck was greasy and the pancakes smothered in grease. This has to be the worse Chinese takeaway I have ever had. When calling restaurant told they are to busy. I will not be ordering here ever again.

At about 17:30, I ordered: chicken satay, capital ribs, 1/4 duck, beef and black bean with noodles, chicken sweetcorn soup and vegetable spring rolls. The food finally arrived at 19:10 despite JustEat saying it would be there by 18:35 latest. The vegetable spring rolls were soggy, spongy and cold; the soup was tasteless apart from overpowering black pepper thrown in; the ribs didn’t arrive; the beef and black bean was so spicy that my partner was coughing over it and he said that it was pretty tasteless aside from the spice; the chicken was okay and the duck was the saving grace. This is incredibly disappointing as I order from here quite frequently and they’re usually very good! Have really been put off ordering from here again.

The food took an hour and a half to arrive and when it did, it was cold and soggy. The food was not good quality and gyozas were greasy, hard and inedible so I threw them.

Over an hour late and food was lukewarm. I ordered frogs legs at £13 but was told they were not available, substituted that for chicken curry (gf's choice) for £5.50. no refund no extras just food very very late and the driver asking me to open the bag at the door as he's unsure if he's got the correct delivery. Soggy spring rolls, ribs were good but cold. Szechuan f**King awful! Rice was OK. 😕 Excuses were aplenty. Too busy and traffic was bad for a Thursday night at 9pm! WILL AVOID IN FUTURE!

I had the good fortune to stumble across this place and went back again three days later. Tasty Szechuan food at a fraction of the prices in London. I had wonderfully spicy chilli and salt tofu, and steamed belly pork with preserved vegetables which melted in the mouth. I loved their food. Service not speedy, but it was so worth the wait!

Order didn’t arrive on time. Called restaurant to be told order would be longer because it was busy. Arrived 20 minutes late. Soup was lukewarm and the rest of the food was cold. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service, placed an order on Deliveroo and waited 30 minutes just to be informed that they’ve cancelled my order. My partner tried shortly after and we waited the same amount of time just to be told they’ve rejected our order once again. Terrible service, if you’re not going accept an order then don’t leave your customers hanging for 30 minutes. Unacceptable and terrible service.

I believe the food would of been incredible if the driver actually delivered the food to me instead of saying it was delivered and just not turning up
