Fusion Cuisine in Plymouth

Went at a usual lunch time and was greeted with a very friendly personality and service was fast. I ordered the curry goat and it was fantastic, rich flavourful goat with rice and tasty, wonderful coleslaw and generous helping of all of them. 10/10 would recommend again, will be visiting again.

Run in to euten on the harbour, fantastic guy,, I had to try his jerk and goat curry, as I love cooking dishes from around the world,, the food was fantastic, but most of all euten was an amazing guy great with people wanting to give the best,, really enjoyed meeting him, I hope all works out well for you (man) if not Southampton is calling lol 🇯🇲

Was walking past and smelt the most amazing food so had to try , I had the jerk chicken and my husband had the goat curry both dishes made with such care and flavour it’s a long time since I have eaten something so gorgeous please try it you won’t be disappointed the guy is great very friendly made me remember when I was in Barbados will be back to try the patties x

This man has never done me wrong. The best food in the whole wide world for a drunk cold night. For real, this food is on another level and you’re only missing out if you don’t go. Even if the food wasn’t AMAZING I’d still go for the people. Genuinely the best part of some nights out have been getting a jerk chicken kebab and having a sing song.

The food was greasy, the rice was overcooked. When the man eventually stopped chatting and served us, we were about to leave, as he didn't really seem interested in serving us. The little cabin wasn't the cleanest, and we couldn't sit outside due to the drunk people who had taken residence in the seating area and we had to take our food and find a bench to sit on aroud the corner to eat.

Freshly cooked so not everything on the menu was available however the Jerk chicken wings appetiser served with chunky homemade coleslaw and corn chips was gorgeous!! Jerk chicken came with rice and peas - we had more chunky coleslaw and sweet fried plantain-generous portions-exceptional taste and reasonable price. The chef clearly knows what he’s doing - both in the kitchen and out with the customers where his warm yet laid back Jamaican charm and humour are very evident.

We found this place this evening and after speaking to owner he had decided to open on a Tuesday. Limited menu but that was to be expected as he wasn't due to be open. Loved the owner and his vibe and attitude and the food was amazing.. we can not wait to visit again.

Lovely little place that captures the Caribbean Street food experience. We had the jerk chicken which was plentiful and well flavoured. Looking forward to returning for the goat curry (sold out from night before and still cooking) and the rum punch. Deserves to do well.

Euten is a badboi chef and a lovely human. Generous portions, epic vegan dishes that absolutely blue our minds. Best West Indian food I've ever tasted and I've eaten A LOT OF YARD FOOD. We had fried PLANTAIN (ridiculous), sautéed sweet Potatos (dreamy creamy), coconut corn on the cob and rice and peas, he kindly made us some ital veg with callilou as a gift too, freaking delicious. GEM OF A PLACE RIGHT ON THE HARBOUR FRONT, SO NOT MISS THIS!!! Hot pepper sauce is to die for, secret recipe mmmm, thank you Euten you legend nuff respect!!

Definitely would recommend giving this place a visit. Asked about food hygiene and got shown all the certifications was brilliant! Everything was clean and food tasted delicious with just the right amount of spice. The customer service itself was excellent and such a happy and inviting experience. Definitely recommend!!!

Our group had marinated goat kebab, catch of the day (red mullet) and jerk wings to share between us. It was all amazing! The marinated goat fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. The jerk wings were flavoursome, well cooked, not sloppy like some wings can be, and juicy in the middle. And the red mullet was a whole fish cooked perfectly with rice and peas and lots of Caribbean sauce smothered over the fish. Easily the best Caribbean in Plymouth, and up there with my personal favourite eating spots. Do your tatsebuds a favour and get down there for some amazing eats at amazing prices. And as the owner says "peace and love"

We visited here for the first time on a busy, sunny Sunday and really enjoyed it! The food is awesome, service great a nice little atmosphere with good music playing. So nice to have something different in Plymouth! Will definitely be back!

Every order from Fusion is incredible and it's now my only go-to when I don't want to cook. The goat curry is to die for!

Great music great food lovely guy and best music! A must! My stop every weekend! Catch me there! I do some of the music most weekends! Jerk chicken and curry goat my favorite dishes! Deffo recommend this place to anyone!!

We stopped here today and loved it. We had jerk chicken wrap and spicy beef. Also rice and peas which the chef put some yummy goat curry on top wow. I wish people would eat more freshly made food like this , we will be back.

Incredibly tasty jerk chicken with coconut spicy rice. Excellent customer service. Lovely friendly chef. Cooked fresh in front of you. Spice adjusted to your preference. Great value for money. Definitely recommend.

Popped by for a spot of lunch with my little girl, I had a very generous portion of Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas. Boy was I not disappointed, good level of heat in the marinade not too much chilli for the average punter...although I could go a few extra scotch bonnets in mine! The rice and peas were perfect and a side of slaw as good as any I've tasted.

Came down today to try out the latest incarnation of Chef Euten Lindsay’s business which over the last decade or so has popped up in various premises, pubs, cafes and a night club. This time it is very much the chef in his own set up, cooking and serving from a well equipped green trailer or moveable catering unit which is beside the one way cobbled road that runs down Sutton Wharf and round the corner between the foot entrance to the marina and the marina club or bar. Parking can be found but is a bit hit and miss.
