Visited Fusion this afternoon for their afternoon tea with fizz. Lovely tea, lots of food and the pizzas were amazing. The mini pizzas were freshly made and all had different toppings in them. We also had scones and cakes and of course prosecco. I don't know what the price was as I was take there as a surprise by my daughter. There is always a friendly welcome at Fusion. Would highly recommend either for the food or the gin or both!

Six of us visited to celebrate a birthday on a Friday evening. We were the only customers in the restaurant. Ordered our pizzas, first one arrived, then over five minutes later the next pizza arrived, then over five minutes later the next one arrived.... you get my drift. By the time the last pizza arrived the first one was nearly finished. Round pizzas served on square plates overhanging the edges! Weird. No choice of red wine. Extremely confusing gin list. Music far too loud. Personally I won't be going back. I wish i had read the previous reviews about them only being able to cook one pizza at a time.

I have been with friends before and the gins are fab as are the pizza. The goats cheese and caramelised onion is to die for!! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable .

Nice restaurant, good food, but sorry to say they can only cook one pizza at a time, so if there's four of you someone will be eating on their own as the rest would have had their pizza and finished them.

Taken by friends as we were visiting the area, and had a lovely time! Gin range is great, although the menu is a little confusing with regards to the garnishes, but we got there in the end!Pizzas are very tasty, although they don't all turn up together as the oven isn't big enough but it wasn't an issue as they did follow very quickly.Would visit again if we are in the area.

Excellent service - great attention to detail. Cooked just as I wanted. Very good. You "get what it says on the tin" sort of place. Good honest pizzas. Will be back! Gin selection excellent - strange combo but it seems to work!

Came with the wife few weeks back! Great pizza & gin ( rhubarb gin ) only problem we had was drinks menu was confusing! Brilliant otherwise

Absolutely love Fusion. The owners have created something really special with this place! Reminds me of being back in London. Amazing choice of gins and pizza. This is a bar that does pizza though rather than a restaurant that does gin! So expect a laid back dining experience.

First visiting this little hideaway place when walking dogs one afternoon April 2018. Newly opened and still finding its feet, although closed when we were passing. We peered in, and Ben, the owner, jumped out and said come in and have a Prosecco. Of course we did at 3 in the afternoon!! Why not we were on foot?.. He is a fresh of breath for Bognor Regis. Learnt they specialised in every type of Gin he could get hold of and splendid cocktails incorporating these varieties. He and his wife Kerry have brought in a pizza oven and so one can have a freshly made pizza with the gin.... I chose Peking Duck ... so a bit different.The ambience is warm, friendly and different. Love the place.

We have seen the reviews and now we have sampled ourselves! Great little venue With character and charm! We shall visit again.

I would just like to say what an absolutely charming little restaurant/bar this is. Excellent food and friendly service. Best pizza I’ve had in this country. Well done

We went on a Tuesday night, we ordered two pizzas and garlic bread. There were only two other people in the restaurant so we figured there wouldn't be a huge wait. We waited 35 minutes for our garlic bread, fifteen minutes later I got my pizza, I started on mine after a couple of slices we asked where the other one was and was told it's still cooking but won't be long, we questioned why they weren't cooked together and was told there's not enough room in the pizza oven!! We said it would have been nice if they had told us at the beginning that the pizzas would come separately as it was 10 minutes after mine came that my husband got his. My pizza base wasn't cooked properly too it was still gooey and doughy and wasn't hot just warm. The 'chef'came.over and asked how it was I said mine wasn't cooked properly he said he would of made another one if I'd mentioned it, I said I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes, he mentioned something about the drop in weather temp having an effect on the pizza oven????!! my husbands wasn't any better either. We asked for the bill and said we wouldn't be paying for one of the pizzas as they weren't cooked properly which they did take off. Such a disappointing evening after reading such great reviews, definitely wouldn't return.

Having heard good reports on Fusion and having visitors for the weekend we thought we would take a look. Google said it was open, but it doesn't seem to have a website so couldn't check. This was August bank holiday weekend (Sunday) just after 17:00 and the town was packed. Fusion must have been the only bar in Bognor to be closed - not even a sign on the door to say when they are open. We went to Weatherspoons across the road instead who were having a gin weekend.

Tucked away, just off the seafront, Fusion is an absolute gem of a find. Excellent wine and gin cocktails are served in this delightful characteristic bar. My husband enjoyed the selection of draught beers, something for everyone! What really won us over was the friendliness of the staff. Thank you. We will certainly be returning.

We booked to go to Fusion in Bognor for 7.45 on a Friday evening. To start the evening we had a G&T; at the Fusion beach bar at 7.15 which was fantastic. The lady who served us let us smell the most popular Gins before making two that she thought we would like. She was bloody right! IT was lovely to sit on the beach enjoying a classy aperitif.

Whenever I try to go to fusion ... it’s never open ... I am getting confused a bit too ....one day hopefully....they will be there ....and open ....

Freshly made pizza is lovely and I highly recommend the duck with hoisin. I wasn't sure at first but once i tasted it Wow! Fantastic selection of gin cocktails available served in bowl glasses over ice with unusual selection of tonics that improve the flavours on offer. The owners work very hard to make each customer welcome. Staff are all helpful and friendly. If you are looking for somerhing familiar with a real twist i highly recommend Fusion. Great addition to Bognor Regis

Lovely fresh pizzas and an extensive Gin bible - the perfect combination to be enjoyed in this small and intimate restaurant. Service is always friendly and helpful creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout. Delighted to have this little gem in Bognor!

Tried Fusions later than many locals and so wasn't let down - Atmosphere was fantastic very relaxed but attentive service with a reasonably priced bill !

We recently went to Fusion, our second time since opening and have to say that we were really impressed with how they have developed. Due to its popularity, we had to go back 3 times as just couldn't get in but worth it when we did. The Pizzas look great, the drinks perfect. They were short staffed but we were informed as soon as we got it, which I thought was fair. We will certainly be going back, next time for food too. Well done Fusion.

Recently visited for drinks and olives with a friend, super friendly staff, (hats off to Kerry the owner, amazing), incredible selection of gin (and beautiful complimentary tonics too), just wish I’d gone without having eaten so we could’ve tried the pizza, as they looked amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Me and my step sister came here for the evening last week as a farewell meal before she goes off on her travels! We had an amazing service, we had two pizzas to share! Which was good as pizzas are cooked one at a time. We had the fusion favourite which was incredible! Definitely worth having and the bbq chicken pizza! Both delicious and we had two regular pizzas and they were huge! Very delicious they have also started doing gluten free which means that I will be back down with some family members very soon! Drinks are lovely and service was just perfect!

What’s not to like about pizza and gin? Amazing pizzas, knowledgeable and friendly staff make this place a must for Bognor. Will be going back ASAP.

The owners of this place have a hidden gem here! We came here for the weekend and stumbled across fusion. We immediately were welcomed in even though we arrived fairly late for food order a in the area (past 9pm!) Had an amazing stonebaked pizza accompanied by multiple gins- all amazing, the knowledge and recommendations of the staff were greatly received! Will definitely recommend this place, what a novel idea...fantastic! Ps. Thanks for the empty gin bottles they will look amazing in our garden bar back home!

What's not to love! Pizza, Prosecco and Gin! A wonderful meal and drinks with lovely friends. Excellent pizzas and great service. Would definitely recommend.

Fusion is a Pizza, Gin and Prosecco bar is a MUST is visiting Bognor Regis. Lovely stones baked pizza's as well as well stocked GIN bar with extras that them memorable. The staff are knowledgeable and amazing - so be sure to pay them a visit.

My husband and I visited with another couple, pizzas were delicious and the gins we tried were also delicious! Great friendly staff with a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Prompt service and really good value too, we will definitely be returning. We went to The Worst Kept Secret afterwards which is a tiki cocktail bar just round the corner, they aren't on Trip Advisor but that is also worth a visit, more friendly staff and lush cocktails. You wouldn't know you were in Bognor in either of these places!

Came here with my wife on a busy Saturday night. Had the spicy gin pizza was fantastic, best I’ve had in a long time. Very good service and helpful in deciding on what gin to drink. Looking forward to going again very soon. 5 star all round.

Great night at Fusion last night with my husband trying out a variety of gins and mixers whilst enjoying a truly delicious pizza! Staff where friendly and helpful and service was fab will definitely be going back again!

Went out with friends for a few drinks and started here. The atmosphere was brilliant and the couple that run it friendly, accommodating and hysterical!!! Had a couple of gins and move on to somewhere else but came back! Pizzas looked lovely so will definitely be back. What a little hidden gem

Really great place, pizza full of taste and flavour. Brilliant gin mixed drinks. Amazed by the flavour of the drinks they serve. The staff are all very friendly and give a fab servce.

Had an amazing time! Food was great, selection of gins was impeccable. Great atmosphere, homely feel and Kerry’s service was second to none, she made us feel really welcome. Will be back with all our friends!

After hearing good things about Fusion my hubby and I decided to give it a go. And we’re so pleased we did. Firstly if you’re a gin lover then this is the place for you. So many different types that Kerry the owner happily goes through with you. I had the copperhead which was delicious. The pizza was also incredible, my husband made his own up and I had the Fusion Favourite. I actually didn’t manage to finish my pizza due to the very generous portion which is very unlike me! I would totally recommend a visit here, but definitely come hungry and you won’t leave disappointed. Wishing Fusion every success as Bognor is definitely in need of a decent restaurant!
