Fusion in Belfast

Delivery service diabolical- waited 1 hour 20- phoned to ask what the position was and were told our order had been out for delivery for 15 minutes- 20 minutes later it still hasn’t arrived- I do want to eat something that has been sitting ina car for 30 plus minutes- we phoned and cancelled- won’t ever use fusion again

Each and every time I order from Fussion I have a great experience. The food is so fresh. I honestly have never had a nicer take away.

Im surprised at the negative reviews here, Fusion is by far the the best Asian food takeaway in south Belfast.

Lovely food, however, ridiculous waiting time, staff unaccountable and bad mannered, no ownership and poor behaviour. Can’t believe I had to wait and extra 30 mins on my order that I pre ordered and arrived on time to collect. Several walk-ins leave with their order, millions of deliveries go out, staff get their meal and a policeman’s and taxi drivers mans order is rushed though.....yet I stand outside to 9:50 waiting on my order! Staff talk about customers in a negative way and on occasion response with “but we don’t cook the food” so it’s not our fault!! No real apology and no acknowledgement of delay! I Initially placed my phone order at 8:31pm received food at 9:46PM collection time 9:10 pm

Eat here quite regularly their Phad Thai and Singapore noodles are unbelievable. Staff even recommended their smoked chicken with a satay dip to drizzle over. It was life changing 😋😋

Such a good chinese, salted chilli prawns, salted chilli ribs and chicken curry particularly good! Thoroughly recommend

Ordered a takeaway in person on Saturday evening and being recommended this establishment... after waiting 40+ minutes still no food. Phones orders take priority over physical customers. Lady in front waited 60mins and still hadn’t got her order. Ended up getting a refund and left. Will not be back nor would I recommend :(

Food alright but they refused to give even 5p discount when we placed £70+ order. Far better customer service in every other Chinese restaurant in the area.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken in batter and the batter was so thick and soggy the fork wouldn't go into it, the chips were pure white and greasy . Went straight into the bin.Wont be ordering from them again.

Always rated fusion, and I've regularly ordered from there. Ordered last night with mixed outcome. Salt and chilli Ribs - very bland, no salt, definitely no chilli, actually very poor. Chicken satay boiled rice - decent, nice satay, but no spice or kick to it. Chimchi vegetables boiled rice - utter rubbish, not Chimchi in my opinion, was mixed veg, mostly bamboo shoots and "water chestnuts", in a dull, bland sauce of some description, but not an iota of fermented cabbage anywhere, really poor. Chinese mixed veg - same as above with different sauce - could have screamed!!!! Overall almost £30 worth of disappointment. I'll nit bother next time!

Just had takeaway from Fusion and was absolutely fantastic. My wife had few Chinese dishes and I had Pad Thai. Salt and Chilli chicken as well as Salt and Chilli chips a must!!! Food was all freshly cooked and amazing. Food was in huge take away cartoons and great value Will definitely be ordering again next visit to Belfast

Again and again when working I end up ordering from the Fusion, and as per usual they really don’t disappoint. To be honest I’m not a big Chinese fan and usually stick to the same food, yip it’s not the Restaurant fault or food choices it’s just little old picky me 🤔 but what I do get boy it’s perfect, lite and full of flavour.. not the kinda place you eat from then an hour later need a Chicken burger!! Ooops there closed 😳. You really won’t be disappointed even the most awkward or fussy eater👍

Hands down the best salted chilli chicken and honey chilli chicken in Belfast. The chow mein is delicious too. We live too far away for delivery but the food is always ready when we phone ahead. The only negative is that you don't always get prawn crackers (we always order as a group and the orders are always large), but otherwise Fusion is faultless.

My favourite Chinese take away in Belfast. The curry sauce is by far the best. My only complaint is that they close most of July every year!

Fusion puts all other Asian takeaways to shame on their quality of food, presentation and packaging. The staff are also so lovely and helpful.

Duck curry fantastic really enjoyed it wife had Singapore noodles extra hot she loved them can't fault the place

Durante un tiempo me dejé de comer para llevar chino porque no podía encontrar uno decente en Belfast. Me recomendaron fusión así que traté de hacerlo. Es simplemente el mejor llevar chino en Belfast en mi opinión. Las raciones son grandes y la comida es buena. La gente decir que la espera puede ser larga, pero simplemente llamar antes de ir a recoger y poner orden.

Muy buena comida china ... He utilizado durante años y nunca he tenido una mala comida ... Una gran relación calidad-precio y también no demasiado tiempo en un tiempo de espera para la comida.

Fuimos con la familia por una pequeña excursión de comida. La comida era buena, el personal estaba dispuesto a ayudar y todos nos parecía disfrutar de la experiencia.

I've been ordering from fusion for years now, everything I've tried has been top notch. Would recommend it to anyone. Bit of a wait at peek times but it is most certainly worth it. #weebuns

The spring rolls and honey chilli chicken are very tasty. This is one of very few chinese takeaway's that isn't greasy. I suggest ordering 20 minutes in advance as this is the normal collection time. The takeaway is also closed on tuesdays.
