Ordered a take away. Two items of the order were missing, probably for the best as the rest of the food was non-edible.

Food was amazing. Best chinese we have had as a family in a long time. Curry sauce was quality. Staff great. Service quick. Highly recommend. Will return next visit to Caernarfon.

My food was inedible and it was really loud. When we went to pay the card machine was broken so had to walk ages to get cash

Came here to celebrate my mum's birthday. Can't thank the staff enough. So nice to see such a hardworking team of mostly young people. Food was fab too, fresh and plentiful. The only negative is that the restaurant is really noisy, but won't put me off returning. Diolch Fu's

A very disappointing experience. Mostly friendly waiting staff but there seems to be communication problems with the kitchen. Ordered vegetarian spring rolls but meat ones arrived. Ordered boiled rice and fried rice arrived. The restaurant is not cheap and we expected a better quality of food.

Great food great staff and atmosphere very lively...not for the quiet meal for 2 on a Saturday eve..Took us 30 mins to find..better directions and map would be very helpful..Couldn't see no outside signposts..had to keep adking people...great food and service when we did find it .

What can I say for starters I will not be going back. Started off great drinks and food ordered then the starters came out then told the platter would be a few minutes 20 minutes ltr still no platter others had finished their starters so I told the order taker to cancel the platter “Oh it’s ready “. What annoyed us is everyone else was getting their starters even after ordering after us not only that it seems that the take away gets priority over restaurant food. The main meal was mediocre at best so called chicken in black pepper was absolute rubbish they use a lot of leg and thigh meat not breast. I really had high hopes for this restaurant but I will stick to China Garden in Colwyn bay. I can’t warn you enough about Fu’s don’t waste your money !!!

Fantastic Chinese food, lots of flavour and good portion sizes, good wine list and the service was faultless, friendly polite. It’s is a little noisy but that is because there was a loud party in and in no way was that any fault of the restaurant or the staff. Definitely worth a visit for Chinese food lovers

First time tonight. Almost couldn't find it as so understated from front. Inside it's colourful and cool decor. We went as a couple with a 5 year old. We ordered way too much food. The portion sizes are enormous. We had starters and mains. The peking ribs, 4 per portion were biggest ribs we had ever seen and we all enjoyed them. It's one of the more expensive Cantonese restaurants we have eaten at but the food quality, and portions were worth it. Will go again but order less!

The food is really bland. Great if you want rice and meat or egg without seasoning. Salt and pepper tofu tasted great, but rice and noodles were a flop.

Very nice modern Chinese decoration in keeping with traditional feel for an Asian theme. Food was of a very high standard and average portion sizes. Had a slightly long wait for the 1st of 2 courses to arrive, but this was understandable as the restaurant was very busy and we were a group of 9 people.

Ohhh man , everything was more than perfect, a lot of food and Good every bite was like the first bite love it, 😍 So excited to go again, totally worth it

Very nice food, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. That good I went two nights in row, I spend a lot of time away from home and after time you start to get a bit bored with hotel food, so I was delighted to find this gem on the Caernarfon coast line.

A real gem of a place to eat, food quality was phenomenal (so good we ate here two nights in a row). Decor and ambience was really nice and all the people working here were friendly and courteous. We were able to walk in both nights, though I’d recommend booking in advance for busier periods. Heartily recommended 👍🏻

Visited over last weekend with friends, combined starters were excellent although a couple of the main meals were very salty which tainted the experience a little

Went here tonight as a treat to ourselves whilst on holiday. No need to book. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant is beautiful .. the food .... OUT OF THIS WORLD.!!!!!! hands down have to say the best Chinese food we have ever tasted. Fresh tasty and big portions. If in group would recommend sharing as portions are big. I'm gutted we are visiting and not living here as we would make this a regular. Take away as well as restaurant two different menus. But highly highly recommended. If we are ever in this neck of woods again we will definitely be visiting again

Went there for a birthday meal and the food was way overpriced for the small portions you get. The chicken was rubbery and slimy not sure if it was really chicken. Also Food was cold

It is very much a place to go if you are celebrating something. It was a loud and vibrant atmosphere, not the place for a quiet and romantic dinner. The food was good, hot, and tasty and be prepared to spend at least £30.00 per head without alcoholic drinks.

Lovely location some subtle music maybe an interesting addition staff we're attentive.

Great place for Chinese food….. only one slight issue for me and that’s them not supplying a kids menu … would of been a lot easier to order for the kids including potion sizes as they are way to big for kids …. Other than that food is quality! Service is excellent and the restaurant is really nice!!! Forgot to take pictures as we tucked straight into our food 😂

We thought we would give Fu’s a try as it’s next to the Travelodge and we are glad we did, food and service were amazing the decor with Terracotta warriors gave a great setting for our evening! Highly recommend Fu’s 👍🏻

Banquet for 2 set B absolutely delicious and very plentiful. Spare ribs the best we've ever had! Went in January and the place could have been a bit warmer but the staff service and food were second to none. We will be going back soon!

I had a beef curry take away. In all my 60 years on this earth it was the most disgusting version I have ever had. Floury thick stodgy sauce with beef like a rhino hide! Never again. Steer clear!!

It's OK. Service was good Food pretty good, but some odd flavours from the curry (creamy like a korma, rather than Chinese curry). Overall was a nice meal.

Went for a banquet and it was brilliant, v good value and food was lovely.

We booked to have dinner at this restaurant as we were staying in Wales. The atmosphere/ambience of the restaurant was great. Music and lights. Not to mention the statues, it really was a nice touch. The restaurant was busy. We were served in good time. The food was well presented and was delicious. However, one of the people who were a part of our group ordered chips, and on throwing the chips out of the bowl, a fly that was still alive was at the bottom of the bowl. We were all shocked. I got the attention of one of the servers and he came over and I explained to him what happened and showed him the fly (that by this time was dead), he apologised and that was the end of the story. I don’t know what to make of it all. I really enjoyed my food. It was scrumptious and delicious. But the incident with the fly did put a damper on the overall experience.

I ordered beef curry n chips and 1/4 crispy duck to takeaway, food was excellent and was just right amount without feeling stuffed. Restaurant looked clean and tidy, and the lady who brought out the food was friendly All come to £23 just missing a free bag of prawn crackers, but i might be use to my takeaway giving a small bag with a order

Food was delicious, we came as a party of 7. The price is good for the portions that you get. The food arrived quickly. The staff were friendly and the decor was beautiful. The only dish that I would say did not have much flavour was the fried rice.

The staff are absolutely fantastic I couldn’t say anything less, so attentive and helpful when ordering. My issue was the price, we got a takeaway and for one vegetable udon noodles, one salt and pepper tofu, one salt and pepper chips, two sauces and 6 vegetable spring rolls it was over £40 and we collected so not even a delivery fee within that price. We thought maybe the portions would be huge for the price but unfortunately it really really wasn’t and barely fed two people. Maybe the portions are different when you eat in? Unfortunately for us the food just wasn’t worth the money and if we knew the portion sizes were this small we wouldn’t have ordered from here.

What a lovely restaurant Absolutely amazing

A large-ish party but probably nothing they've not catered to before. 4 dishes weren't served until someone mentioned (by that time most had finished theirs) and then 2 of said dishes were incorrect. Suggest using different pages per order, can then also break down bills seperately per person for quicker payments and less hassle.

We eat here quite regularly either dine in or a take away. Lovely atmosphere and nice staff And the food is excellent if you love Chinese food like we do. I really like the crispy chilli beef and lemon chicken but so far everything i have tried has been excellent

Visited a few months ago & couldn’t eat in as my Daughter had chicken pox. Staff were so helpful & prepared our food to eat outside with everything we needed. Food was fresh and delicious. Best Chinese I’ve had!

This has to be the best chinese in North Wales. We took a takeaway but when I saw the place to pick up the food I felt I missed out by not eating in, the atmosphere was to die for, nice music, specialist locally produced liquor, excellent smiling waiters/waitresses, nice music..a really buzzing environment, very different to a normal eatery. Enough of the restaurant the food was to die for and the portion sizes was not disappointing 1 main and a side can really feed two, a must try if you are in the area

While we were on holiday we came into here for a dinner I am vegan so didn't think I would get much choice however how wrong was I, the staff were really friendly and nothing was to much bother and we had a lovely evening and I was fed very well and was delicious 😋 Pictures are as we walked to the Chinese very pretty Quay to look at too 👍 I had vegan sweet and sour vegetables with vegan vegetable rice my hubby had vegan noodle, vegetables in a Thai sauce 😋

Very modern purpose built restaurant with good food. It was a recommendation and we were not disappointed.

Great location, decent food but poor service and overpriced at nearly £100 for 4 meals with 2 sides with 1 round of drinks. Waiting staff asked twice about initial drinks, come the prompt to buy a second round, those drinks never came, and after that we never got the bill so had to go to the till. Overall a good advert for Chinese takeaway elsewhere unfortunately.

Excellent food- we had the banquet C - and although it was listed for 2 people we have saved enough for 2 more meals.😊 The meal was a well balanced 3 courses with plenty of prawn crackers: a particular favourite was the lemon chicken. 🍋🐓We ordered by phone and it was ready with 2 or 3 minutes so can't complain about the service.🎎 We will certainly return!👍👍

Fu’s was nice. We visited recently the food was good. A tad salty. The cost is on the medium side. Each Main course dish is 12£ or more. But it comes with good quantity, so feel free to share. The chicken mushroom soup was good. Spring rolls and chicken wings were good too. We tried the Singapore vermicelli and it was really good. Highly recommend that , had very nice flavours. The location of the restaurant is nice, the view is beautiful from the outside. There is a paid parking close-by.

We love going to Fu's. They have fantastic vegan options and are very good at letting you know when something isn't vegan and suggesting alternatives. Service is brilliant, friendly and spot on. Clean and welcoming atmosphere.

This is a very poor Chinese restaurant. The overall reviews make it seem like a nice restaurant but if you’ve ever eaten half decent Chinese food this place will come as a shock. Bland tasting food that is probably just being reheated in the microwave.

Food has no taste other than salt, manager needs customer service training

We pre-booked a table of 20, and when we got there no table was ready for us and we were all sat separately. This was not stipulated when we booked. However, after talking to the the staff they agreed to put the tables together. Unfortunately, soon after we sat down the manager said that we were not allowed to do this, so once again we were moved on to separate table. We all got the banquet b as we thought it would be easier. It took 30 mins for the drinks to arrive, the beer was flat and so was the diet coke. Soups was brought out at around the 40 minute mark, however it was awful. The chicken and sweetcorn was salty and I found a piece of grizzly in it. The hot and sour soup taste like they had used the harbour water! Fishy taste and had no desirable flavour to the soup. The staff was not attentive at all, there was 3 staff standing washing dishes and not one of them came to check if we needed a drink. We had to go to them to get soy sauce and chilli oil. The service is the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The food was disgusting. We ended up leaving before our mains arrived. When trying to explain our issues, he tried to blame us! He definitely needs to change his attitude! They should not accept a large group if they could not cater for us. We ended up paying for what we had eaten and then left. None of us enjoyed what we had ate and felt very uncomfortable within the environment. Overall, the worst Chinese restaurant we have ever been to. We ended up eating at a lovely Indian restaurant who was keen to have use and was keen to have our money! Over all I would not recommend this overpriced Chinese to anyone. The service we explained definitely explained the prices! Awful food, in a prime location, so they must hike up the prices !!!😂😂😂

Very very poor indeed after reading the reviews we thought we would try as we were staying in llanberis , salt and pepper ribs were tough and the size of a femur bone yuk , meal was very very poor standard the meat in the special was all poor quality , extremely disappointed, to be honest and the racket that came out the kitchen was deafening . .

Yoyoyo this is the best Chinese outside China town yo!!! After a day of driving we grabbed a takeaway to eat in our hotel room and lordy that was the fanciest chav meal I've ever had yo!! Props to this restaurant cos it was banging.

Bwyd a staff gwych! Fantastic food and staff!

Worst takeaway I have ever experienced. Paid £40 for luke warm food. Hot & sour soup was like discoloured water with a few chilli flakes and couple of veg chippings. Hardly any chicken or sweetcorn in other soup. Soggy wonton and spring rolls (supposed to be crispy). 2 pieces of sui mi. Chicken in lemon sauce consisted of 1piece of battered chicken sliced in less than a tablespoon of sauce. Only thing that was hot was the rice. Also ordered skewered chicken in satay sauce. This consisted of 2 small slices of chicken on 2 skewers will little sauce. Sauce wasn't even poured over the chicken and didn't even cover the bottom of the foil tray. Will advise anyone thinking of getting a takeaway from here to look again at what other establishments in Caernarfon are serving better food at a cheaper price.

Fried Dishes are not Vegetarian friendly as is cross contaminated in the fryer, satay sauce came out like a soup, Kung Pao King Prawns was not authentic in flavour or sauce. Basically we went by the cover of the place , new glass front , looked really good from the outside, but the food is not. I may be brown but have lived in HK/SG for 17 years so I know what is Chinese and Canto food , it’s NOT what Fu’s serve, it’s made up food with no taste and all sauce… Avoid .

The chinese dishes were surprisingly delectable! The cooks were ethnic Chinese Vietnamese, local Chinese and an expatriate! Do not muss fried noodles, rice and vermicelli Staff were extremely hospitable and served in a cozy surroundings!

Had a really enjoyable meal tonight. First off was met by friendly staff who, despite being busy found us a rable and seated us even though we hadn't booked. Service was fantastic throughout. We had starters, mains and tea/coffee/drinks. All the food and drink were great. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. Looking forward to coming back.
