Worst customer service. Staffs and manager always present with disgusted face. Tasteless food. I wish I could review them 0.000.

This use to be my favourite takeaway with great service and speedy delivery, this however has changed. Ordered last Friday for my birthday at around half 10. Had a notification at around 11:20 that my takeaway was out for delivery. By half 12 still not recieved my order and had rang the takeaway 9 times before they answered saying they were in the back. They then told me a load of bull saying the driver had been stopped by police and someone was going to collect our takeaway that had been sitting in the car for an hour. I had no phone call explaining this. When I asked for my my money back I was told no and when asked for the managed was told he had gone to the delivery driver. After agreeing to give me back my refund at that time I had to go and collect it, just leaving and my takeaway turned up at 12:45 am. My niece and nephew were already asleep by that point and the food would of been freezing having been cooked at 11:20. Obviously food was sent back but when I tried to talk to the driver and what I thought was the manager because the manager went to the driver I was told they werent anything to do with the takeaway only picking and dropping food off. When I went to collect my money there was no apology, they just looked at us like we were in the wrong. Really sad about this because I love the takeaway but the service is extremely poor, they dont care about their customers, they didnt call to say this was going to be late and thought it was ok to just give us £40 worth of food that had been cooked nearly two hours before arriving. Ruined my birthday night and now lost 5 customers. Really need to sort the service out. And whowver I spoke to on the phone needs to know how to speak to customers or people for that matter. NEVER ODERING AGAIN.

Really dissatisfied with my meal. I had the zinger tower. The chicken was hard, chewy and brown. I couldn’t eat it. Chips were nice though.

We used to enjoy eating from Funky chicken until I saw the hygiene rating of 1. Now we avoid it. Hopefully they will clean up their act so that we can enjoy the food again without having to worry if we’re gonna get ill.

The food here 12 months ago used to be great and value for money.. unfortunately now its absolutely terrible pizzas are bland and disgusting.. even the piri piri wraps are disgusting now no chicken hardley where as used to be loaded . Avoid this place must if has new owner who is a tight money grabbing arse sorry used to be good now terrible

If you love chicken then this is the place to order from. Knocks spots off Nando’s and it’s even cheaper! We always order the chicken platter which easily does 2 of you and it’s great tasting, no fat on or grease. Love this place for a take away.

this place used to be fantastic food really nice pizza lovely and fresh , chicken used to be lovely , now bad news , i dont know if they have changed ownership or chef or what ever but the food has dropped in standard hell of alot , the pizza used to be full of flavour fresh doe lovely and fluffy , best pizza in stoke , not they are bland , dry , old doe or bases , hardley any topping on them and very bland , ive now started to use elsewhere as the food is that bad

registered for the site giving my bank details did not receive the correct order (missing item) and when I went back on the request it the email and password did not work. going to go to bank and remove my details tomorrow it was only £2 but worried what this place is doing with my bank and get a new card, are they running a scam, or have they just got a terrible web site p.s. part of the order I got was good but not worth the aggravation I now have to go through to ensure my card security.

I love the chicken here. It’s barbecued so there’s no grease but the meat is still tender and not dry. Half a chicken does me twice so it’s really good value too.

Me and my partner use to go hear once or twice a week but the food has gone downhill slightly chicken is more try and tastes more of burn than peri peri they never put mayo on the chips no matter how many times you ask so I always end up throwing away the chips which is quiet annoying but the pizzas are really nice wouldn't say there the cheapest either

Used to order from funky chicken regularly as food was bloody tasty,however last couple of times we have ordered.curly fries tasted like cardboard(like they had been reheated in a microwave)pizza was overcooked and delivery time well over the 45 mins stated

On the main road in meir, tried it based on good reviews I had heard. The menu has good options, the chicken ranch burger I had was hot and succulent. Chips are good but are your average takeaway standard. They deliver and have a 5 star hygiene rating. Great chicken fast food takeaway that is much better quality than your typical takeaway. Will use again!

ordered pizza and when it came then cheese had all slid off and was in the box, this was due to not being carried with care. when ring up they apologised and sent out a new pizza straight away.

Wrong pizzas, wrong ice cream, no drinks. Pretty much didn't take a single thing right that we ordered, rectified it after another 45 minutes wait. Then to finally get to sit down and enjoy my pizza I chew on a massive chicken bone! Not good considering I spent almost £30 on a meal for two people

Viene en una variedad de sabores, desde limón hierbas de origen volcánico. nd Tengo una cada viernes por la noche. Pollo entero con patatas fritas y ensalada entregado a mi puerta por £8. 15 ganga. Bastante la esposa y yo disfrutamos de nuevo al día siguiente. Recomiendo este cada vez.
