Meal was terrible. Seaweed stale, black bean sauce no flavour, chicken was rank. Do not recommend. Rip off!! Rude staff as well.

Would not recommend, food was bland and rubbery. Order arrived half an hour early but this is probably because the food is not freshly cooked.

I could have sworn I ordered vegetarian spring rolls, which i love, but apparently I ordered tofu ones, which aren't really rolls, just flat fishy tasting slabs of tofu. Really not too nice. Rest passable. Pretty old dry chips. All a bit over priced stodge. Delivery time good. Delivery guy friendly and nice. Just don't think I'll be back.

Delicious king prawns and mushroom sauce

Your typical Chinese takeaway taste-wise. Food was hot + generous portions, drink was cold and some nice extras (e.g. they gave sweet chili sauce for the prawn toast). Would definitely order again.

prompt delivery food was hot and tasty I struggle to find a decent Chinese but this one has done the job.

Sadly the food was covered in glutenous syrup almost like it was straight out of a jar!

The food is normally nice but after waiting over an hour for delivery tonight everything was dry, over cooked and unappetising we paid £55 to have what seemed like re heated food. Not sure if we will be ordering from here again which is a shame.

Food was delicious and arrived early. Very polite delivery driver.

They called after I had ordered saying they would charge me extra for living further away even though I’ve ordered previous times before from them and have never been charged extra. They also said it would be twenty minutes late after twenty minutes i heard nothing and so called again and they said it would be another twenty minutes. They were very rude on the phone and weren’t helpful at all.

Some of the hors d'oeuvres were very nice but the prawn wontons were cold and did not resemble any wontons I had had before. I duck tasted nice but was very greasy and not remotely crispy

HORRIBLE FOOD! Literally the worst chinese i have ever attempted to eat! The noodles was so dry and tasteless.The house special rice was plain white rice and veggie sauce which had no pork! Dont waste your money!!

The chicken balls were under cooked as the batter was more like a dough and gave me tummy ache. I'm wondering if that's why my food was delivered super quick.

Always disappointing recently - this place was great some years ago - pieces of tofu too large, salt and pepper mix tasteless, tofu overcooked, hard and rubbery, satay skewers in a lumpy sauce not the satay dressing hoped for

Not great at all. The crispy beef was chewy and gloopy - horrible. I threw it away. The duck was fine. But the worst part was the delivery man - he phoned me to get in & immediately began having a rant - he'd been pressing the bell for hours etc. I'd left a note specifically saying the bell wasn't working so please call me if no answer, but he was really aggressive. I came down six flights of stairs to save him coming up - he was still angry when I got down there. Really unpleasant.

Dishonest people, terrible customer service. Ordered a fully vegetarian meal. Upon delivery some dishes correctly contained Quorn but one dish was packed full of meat! I'm a strict vegetarian and this is the first time I have eaten meat. Called the restaurant to file a complaint, they checked the order and apologised. We were told to go through JustEat as we ordered through them. After talking to JustEat customer service we were told that the restaurant had changed their story and told them that the food they delivered contained no meat. We were shocked at the dishonesty and how the restaurant changed their story! Thankfully the customer service from JustEat was brilliant but we will never eat from this restaurant again. All vegetarians steer clear!!!!

Really not the best Chinese I've ever had, but not the worst either. Didn't risk ordering anything 'out there' and went for some simple staples, but even my humble dinner wasn't that good. Batter on the lemon chicken had some horrible, rubbery aftertaste to it, while the lemon sauce itself was clearly made with orange squash and was thick as treacle. Ribs not too tasty either, but loads and loads of them. I'll try somewhere else next time. Didn't hit the spot sadly. Delivered swiftly and hot though.

Noodles were bland and watery, Everything was just tasteless. Usually the spring rolls are fresh and crisp, this one was soggy. Left request for driver to ring mobile. He didn't. Not sure how he got in the building but he was wandering around and my neighbour knocked on my door as no one knew who ordered food... Won't be ordering from here again.

La actitud por teléfono siempre ha sido espinosa, pero ignoré eso ya que la comida es razonable. Lamentablemente, hoy, cuando hice algunos comentarios al hacer el pedido, me devolvieron un bombardeo. Traté de explicar que no me quejaba y quería hacer un pedido, pero aun así continuaron gritando que era mi culpa no haberme quejado antes. Traté de reiterar que no me quejaba, pero desafortunadamente la señora de Fung's escucharía a alguien que simplemente quería hacer un pedido y solicitó que no incluyera chiles como lo hizo en el pasado. No es una queja simplemente comentarios al hacer un pedido. Desafortunadamente, cuando colgó el teléfono más de una vez, no pudimos llegar a un acuerdo. Esencialmente, ya que fue todo mi culpa a pesar de que no estaba haciendo una queja tan estupefacto no puedo ver cómo puedo usar Fung de nuevo. ¡Una experiencia tan extraña!

Great fresh food, piping hot and delicious

The food was delivered quickly but the quality was lacking. The Duck in Orange sauce was very basic and the beef with ginger and spring onions was very oily.

Very disappointing. The crab and sweercorn soup had no crab in sight. No the spicy crispy fried beef was exceptionally sweet. Prompt delivery though.

Most of the dishes were good especially the aromatic duck and Singapore noodles, but the sweet and sour prawns were a little stogy.

Amazing dinner I had. Every single dish was so nice!!

Beef ho fan was nice although maybe a bit on the bland side but at least it wasn’t greasy. everything seemed well cooked with lots of fresh vegetables added in and excellent value for money, would order again. Roast duck and rice very nice too.

The food was still hot and delicious, the driver even came earlier than I thought. Im also a customer that passes by and it's a really clean place. Customer service was very nice and quick I would highly recommend to all my friends thanks guys.
