disappointing, menu looked great but food was poor, the meat in the red chicken curry was lacking in flavour, the egg fried rice was dry and also lacking flavour, the crispy beef was stodgy

Been overcharged it says £3.90 online and on paper for salt and pepper chips but was charged £4.50 . When questioned got told the price has changed. But if I ordered online it would have been cheaper. Change your menu.

We ordered for collection yesterday, the server was very lovely and helpful in suggesting dishes. The food exceeded expectations- squid was crispy but nice soft on the inside, they were very generous with the helping of king prawns in the fried rice and even made it spicy on request, and overall would definitely come back again!

Stopped by this day last week (7/7/24) for a takeaway , ordered the ‘crispy ‘ duck , asked if they could do it with Szechwan sauce , no problem ,Got a portion of spring rolls which were pretty good thank god as I was starving and the main course looked inedible . Minuscule amount of slimy duck , grey in colour ,i new it was bad but was only reminded last night when I ordered the same last night in my local Chinese near me at home . A Truly appalling meal . Spring rolls were lovely thank fck , think I was charged about £13 for the abomination , wasn’t worth a fiver . Only catch me once .

Ordered on Monday night, food was delicious and service was great. Delivery driver was on time. Very happy would definitely reccomend.

Ordered over the weekend, thanked the driver for delivering & told him that I’ve paid some tip towards the order for him. I was shocked to find out, the restaurant do not give delivery tip to the drivers and keep it to themselves!! How can someone be so unethical, selfish & unfair? The driver told me that the chef is the owner, that’s why he perhaps keep the tips? Delivery tips always belong to delivery drivers, this is greed beyond comprehension!

First takeaway from Fullhouse and it wll be the last. Chicken curry was tasteless, sweet and sour chicken the same. Free prawn crackers poor compensation for bad sub standard food.

Ordered via just eat and food arrived earlier than stated and hot too! Great value and lovely sized portions, will definitely be ordering again!

Had a takeaway for the first time on Sat night April 2nd on recommendations o FB , well never again most of it ended in the bin , tasteless , the meat was undercooked and slimy , the supposedly "fried rice" was craggy and lumpy , had two mains that were tasteless and undercooked meat in both beef and chicken , will never order from here again .

Ordered a mixed curry with boiled rice and a crispy noodle dish. Curry was tasteless and rice was definitely not fresh. Noodle was also pretty bland. 😳😳😳

Ordered from here as it’s local and close to home. The food tasted spot on. However, it wasn’t hot at all. The duck curry was cold in fact. I’ve ordered in the restaurant and waited to take it away. Therefore no excuse to serve cold food. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. Won’t be returning.

I don't know why more people don't know about this restaurant. Some of its competitors in the town seem to be more popular but the quality of the food, the price and the service are excellent at the Full House. I believe its an undiscovered gem and highly recommend it to my fellow Kenilworthians and any visitors who fancy a very tasty Chinese meal - suitable for English palates!

Cannot rely on delivery estimates. Today we have waited over sn hour and it has taken us 10 minutes to even get through on the phone,only to be told it will be at least another 15 minutes. We have used this take away since 2013 but have had enough of orders not arriving, will be going elsewhere in future.

We are local and always use the Full House for our Chinese. We love their duck and pancakes, and Hong Kong sweet and sour chicken. We’ve ordered online and picked up, barely any waiting time but even if we’ve waited a few minutes, it’s nice to have a chat with the friendly staff. Would definitely recommend, great food and definitely great value for money,

I mistakenly ordered from here thinking they were our local Chinese in Dorset. Instead I ordered from here over 200 miles away. My order was over £65 and I rang them to tell them my mistake. They told me it was tough basically and they could keep it for us if we wanted to collect! 200 miles. I get that it was my mistake but there is no way their cost was £65 and I feel that as a good will gesture they could have offered a partial refund for a genuine mistake. Avoid - money grabbers!

Ordered the chicken noodle soup with a side of veggies in a bid to make me feel better and it worked! Delicious food, came promptly and hot. My partner had the duck fried rice which went down a treat. Thoroughly recommend for a cosy night in.

Ordered £35 worth of food online for my birthday, newborn baby to consider so ordered in plenty of time for 18:30 collection - my husband was still waiting inside at 19:20 with me and newborn baby crying in the car! Every time he asked what was happening the lady out the front just said she would go and find out and would come out with someone else’s order. What a mess!

Waiting 85 minutes to collect an order we were told would be 20 mins on the phone. Avoid.

Terrible customer service, would not refund a mistaken order 5 mins after placing the order, they lied and told us the collection time was 4pm and that the food was ready when we had a confirmation email stating the order was ready at 5:20pm for collection, they didn’t want to hear our problem and blocked my phone number after I complained.

had to wait more than 20 mins to collect pre-ordered food. the order they gave us was wrong initially, which only prolonged the delay. The pork yuk sung was good but the fried squid with black bean sauce was terrible, boiled instead of fried and not fresh. The chicken with bamboo shoots was plain bland and tasteless.

A regular customer and they simply refuse to deliver when you have a 'low value' order of £20 on Just Eat. Rang them to ask why the order was rejected and they said it's not worth delivering as we live 4 miles away. Poor customer service.

if i could give no stars i would after ordering through just eat website over the stated price and paid the delivery to get a phone call 45 minutes later to say that if i don’t pay extra for delivery they won’t deliver when challenged that know where on the just eat website states they will be additional charges and they cancelled my order and stated that the just eat website lies about the delivery charges what a joke never going to be ordering from them again

Ordered 4 meals & 2 were disgusting & inedible. The crispy beef was drowned in a sickly orange sauce which looked like brains, & the quality of the pineapple chicken was poor. I rang to complain & ask for a replacement or refund & was essentially told to f**k off. Awful food, awful customer service. The phone operative was incredibly rude & ignorant. Totally shocked at the lack of customer service or concern about the food quality.

All just about ok. Certainly not the best in town. but don’t order ribs to take away. You’ll end up with a container filled with inch long bits, mainly bones and no meat. Ok if you eat in though... not sure why.

We have just used Full House for the first time although living in town for years... thought we would see out 2018 with something new.. we ordered option 3 from the set meals for 2, to be honest FULL HOUSE is what we got... 2 x prawn crackers starters and mains all piping hot served on time tasted great and enough to feed 3/4 people to be fair.... really nice will be back.....

We went to the restaurant for a meal. Admittedly we went in the “dead time” between Christmas and New Year so it was very, very quiet but the service was fast, the staff very polite and the food very good. Portion sizes were fair for the price. Not tried the takeaway side of it yet so can’t comment there.

Ate in the restaurant this evening, the duck was amazing and so crispy!! The salt and pepper chicken was also delicious and same with the chicken chow mein! Service was also very fast and the waitress was very polite. Will definitely be coming here again
