We ordered for collection yesterday, the server was very lovely and helpful in suggesting dishes. The food exceeded expectations- squid was crispy but nice soft on the inside, they were very generous with the helping of king prawns in the fried rice and even made it spicy on request, and overall would definitely come back again!

Stopped by this day last week (7/7/24) for a takeaway , ordered the ‘crispy ‘ duck , asked if they could do it with Szechwan sauce , no problem ,Got a portion of spring rolls which were pretty good thank god as I was starving and the main course looked inedible . Minuscule amount of slimy duck , grey in colour ,i new it was bad but was only reminded last night when I ordered the same last night in my local Chinese near me at home . A Truly appalling meal . Spring rolls were lovely thank fck , think I was charged about £13 for the abomination , wasn’t worth a fiver . Only catch me once .

Ordered over the weekend, thanked the driver for delivering & told him that I’ve paid some tip towards the order for him. I was shocked to find out, the restaurant do not give delivery tip to the drivers and keep it to themselves!! How can someone be so unethical, selfish & unfair? The driver told me that the chef is the owner, that’s why he perhaps keep the tips? Delivery tips always belong to delivery drivers, this is greed beyond comprehension!

First takeaway from Fullhouse and it wll be the last. Chicken curry was tasteless, sweet and sour chicken the same. Free prawn crackers poor compensation for bad sub standard food.

Ordered via just eat and food arrived earlier than stated and hot too! Great value and lovely sized portions, will definitely be ordering again!

Had a takeaway for the first time on Sat night April 2nd on recommendations o FB , well never again most of it ended in the bin , tasteless , the meat was undercooked and slimy , the supposedly "fried rice" was craggy and lumpy , had two mains that were tasteless and undercooked meat in both beef and chicken , will never order from here again .

Ordered from here as it’s local and close to home. The food tasted spot on. However, it wasn’t hot at all. The duck curry was cold in fact. I’ve ordered in the restaurant and waited to take it away. Therefore no excuse to serve cold food. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. Won’t be returning.

I don't know why more people don't know about this restaurant. Some of its competitors in the town seem to be more popular but the quality of the food, the price and the service are excellent at the Full House. I believe its an undiscovered gem and highly recommend it to my fellow Kenilworthians and any visitors who fancy a very tasty Chinese meal - suitable for English palates!

Cannot rely on delivery estimates. Today we have waited over sn hour and it has taken us 10 minutes to even get through on the phone,only to be told it will be at least another 15 minutes. We have used this take away since 2013 but have had enough of orders not arriving, will be going elsewhere in future.

We are local and always use the Full House for our Chinese. We love their duck and pancakes, and Hong Kong sweet and sour chicken. We’ve ordered online and picked up, barely any waiting time but even if we’ve waited a few minutes, it’s nice to have a chat with the friendly staff. Would definitely recommend, great food and definitely great value for money,

I mistakenly ordered from here thinking they were our local Chinese in Dorset. Instead I ordered from here over 200 miles away. My order was over £65 and I rang them to tell them my mistake. They told me it was tough basically and they could keep it for us if we wanted to collect! 200 miles. I get that it was my mistake but there is no way their cost was £65 and I feel that as a good will gesture they could have offered a partial refund for a genuine mistake. Avoid - money grabbers!

Ordered the chicken noodle soup with a side of veggies in a bid to make me feel better and it worked! Delicious food, came promptly and hot. My partner had the duck fried rice which went down a treat. Thoroughly recommend for a cosy night in.

Waiting 85 minutes to collect an order we were told would be 20 mins on the phone. Avoid.

Ordered £35 worth of food online for my birthday, newborn baby to consider so ordered in plenty of time for 18:30 collection - my husband was still waiting inside at 19:20 with me and newborn baby crying in the car! Every time he asked what was happening the lady out the front just said she would go and find out and would come out with someone else’s order. What a mess!

Terrible customer service, would not refund a mistaken order 5 mins after placing the order, they lied and told us the collection time was 4pm and that the food was ready when we had a confirmation email stating the order was ready at 5:20pm for collection, they didn’t want to hear our problem and blocked my phone number after I complained.

had to wait more than 20 mins to collect pre-ordered food. the order they gave us was wrong initially, which only prolonged the delay. The pork yuk sung was good but the fried squid with black bean sauce was terrible, boiled instead of fried and not fresh. The chicken with bamboo shoots was plain bland and tasteless.

A regular customer and they simply refuse to deliver when you have a 'low value' order of £20 on Just Eat. Rang them to ask why the order was rejected and they said it's not worth delivering as we live 4 miles away. Poor customer service.

if i could give no stars i would after ordering through just eat website over the stated price and paid the delivery to get a phone call 45 minutes later to say that if i don’t pay extra for delivery they won’t deliver when challenged that know where on the just eat website states they will be additional charges and they cancelled my order and stated that the just eat website lies about the delivery charges what a joke never going to be ordering from them again

Ordered 4 meals & 2 were disgusting & inedible. The crispy beef was drowned in a sickly orange sauce which looked like brains, & the quality of the pineapple chicken was poor. I rang to complain & ask for a replacement or refund & was essentially told to f**k off. Awful food, awful customer service. The phone operative was incredibly rude & ignorant. Totally shocked at the lack of customer service or concern about the food quality.

All just about ok. Certainly not the best in town. but don’t order ribs to take away. You’ll end up with a container filled with inch long bits, mainly bones and no meat. Ok if you eat in though... not sure why.

We have just used Full House for the first time although living in town for years... thought we would see out 2018 with something new.. we ordered option 3 from the set meals for 2, to be honest FULL HOUSE is what we got... 2 x prawn crackers starters and mains all piping hot served on time tasted great and enough to feed 3/4 people to be fair.... really nice will be back.....

We went to the restaurant for a meal. Admittedly we went in the “dead time” between Christmas and New Year so it was very, very quiet but the service was fast, the staff very polite and the food very good. Portion sizes were fair for the price. Not tried the takeaway side of it yet so can’t comment there.

Ate in the restaurant this evening, the duck was amazing and so crispy!! The salt and pepper chicken was also delicious and same with the chicken chow mein! Service was also very fast and the waitress was very polite. Will definitely be coming here again

We ordered a takeaway from Full House - in all fairness it arrived quickly and we were given fantastic service (and complimentary prawn crackers!) and the food was very tasty. However, in my opinion the food is overpriced.

Ordered a takeaway from Full house this evening. Paid for my order and delivery online through Just eat. It said delivery was £1 as long as the order is over £12. (My order was over £20). I then received a phone call within minutes to say we needed to pay extra to the driver when he arrived because he was delivering. I discussed with the bloke that I'd paid for delivery and he said that Just eat was wrong and I'd have to pay more. I asked for our order to be cancelled and refunded, and he told me they wouldn't refund me. I told them to just deliver it and I'd pay the extra to the driver but I wouldn't be ordering from them again. When the driver arrived, I handed him the money and he refused it because some of it was 20ps and 50ps and he wanted it in pound coins. I told him that it was the only change I had on me and I wasn't prepared to go and withdraw more money when I had the right amount on me. He then told me he would take my order back because he wasn't happy with the money I'd given him. I told him that the man on the phone never said it needed to be paid with certain coins. He got very angry and aggressive at the door, scaring my little boy who stood beside me. I told him I would ring the man back that called me about it. I did this and told the man on the phone that he was refusing it because it wasn't in certain coins, and he told me that he HAS to accept it. He said he would ring the delivery driver and tell him to accept it. I offered to put him on the phone but he said he would call him himself. The phone conversation ended. The delivery man then snatched the money, threw the bag of food at my partner and stormed off across my garden mumbling things about us. I'm unsure what he said, but I'm sure it wasn't pleasant. By the time the man had gone, the food was luke warm. It wasn't discusting, but it wasn't particularly nice either. Mediocre at best. I will never be ordering from them again as the service we received was an absolute disgrace and the food was merely average.

After reading good reviews about this establishment, we decided to try it. Overall, the food was reasonable but the spare ribs were dreadful. They were tough having obviously being reheated more than once. I do not think that we will be going there again.

Booked a table for my mother’s birthday, gave my contact detail - all ok Turn up on the day of the booking and they were closed for a 3 week holiday - didn’t bother to contact us to let us know

Me, my partner and our two children visited the restaurant this evening (2/8/2018). Well what can I say apart from worst experience I have ever had in a Chinese, let alone a restaurant - if this place can even call itself a restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant at 7pm, we were the only 4 people in there aprat from 2 gentleman waiting for a takeaway. We waited half an hour to get the incorrect starters, the correct starters were then bought over, they were stone cold and to be honest awful. The main course followed suit. We ordered drinks, the coke was served from a bottle at £2.50 a glass. A pint of Carling was £3.50 and was served from a can, I got 4 from The Sainsburys next door when we left for £3.00. Lady working seemed more interested in answering the phone to take calls for takeaways rather than seeing to us, I hope the customers who got a takeaway got a better meal than we did. The lady serving only seemed to care when I got my wallet out to pay, this was 2 hours after we arrived, and bare in mind we were among the only 3 other tables in. To top it off my partner has been so sick since we got home. Would never go here again even if someone else paid. Awful doesn't even cover it.

I find this take away to have very high prices for what it is. Their delivery ranges between half an hour to two hours. Usually it requires a prompting call to see where your food is. It's actually not really good enough given the premium they expect.

We ordered take away from full house at 7pm and phoned at 815pm when it still hadn't arrived. We were told it was on it's way. We called again at 845pm to be told again that they had checked and it would be with us within 10 minutes. Called again at 9pm - 2 hours after placing the order - only to be told that they couldn't locate it! They said they would cook it again and we'd have it by 930pm. I asked for discount and all they would offer was 20% off our NEXT order! Terrible customer service and absolutely ridiculous that they think it's acceptable for us to wait 2.5 hours for our food and only offer a post 20% off the next order with them!

I've had many takeaways as I work away from home. This was really tasty and it had a variety of vegetables in the dish. I really enjoyed it !

Very much anglicised Chinese food. We ordered a set meal and the matriarch kept watching us to try and hurry us through the meal. We had to ask for a 10 minute break. Their takeaway service wasn't busy either so that's telling.

We have eaten here on a Friday evenings a few times with family. A small restaurant and the service is very good. Sometimes the waiting times can be a little longer at the table but this usually seems when the take-away side of the restaurant is busy. It does feel that on occasion when the take-away is busy with customers coming to collect their orders that, as a restaurant customer, we sometimes felt a little forgotten whilst they deal with the take-away customers orders. The food always looks nice, is very tasty and hot. BUT the best thing to me are the spare ribs for starters. The best I have ever had. They are delicious in the duck sauce. They have a nice amount of meat around them and you get about eight. I haven't tried the a take-away from here so cant comment but if you are looking for a good little Chinese restaurant with a nice menu, good food and friendly service then I recommend.

Went here for a birthday meal with friends and family excellent food and service. Always busy but have plenty of time for their in-house customers. Highly recommended :)

Hard work if you try to place a order for delivery lady who takes orders speaks very little English allow half a hour to place a order food ok but presentation very poor Kenilworth Cantonese beats this lot by a mile First time I have used and I will never use again
