Grabbed me and my family some late night fish and chips coupled with a large mixed kebab. The fish was lovely with a nice crispy batter and was a good size for the money. Same with the mixed large kebab nice portion size and the meat was nice and juicy can't fault it. Will be using again. A*

Never had any problems from here before however my partner ordered fish and chips with curry sauce from there last night and the only thing edible was the curry sauce,the fish was cold and the batter tasted old and there was a long black hair in the fish( we both have light brown hair) and the chips were cold by the time the food arrived,attempted to call the restaurant to resolve the issue but no one answered the phone

Lazy and scamming, rang once and ended call before i could answer my phone, couldn't be bothered to walk up a flight of stairs so left with my food and stated he left it outside in the carpark or hallway he didn't know. No refund and no solution, more annoyed as here was the only place at the time serving what we wanted, thought i would give them a second chances as last time food was disgusting and stale and portion sizes were ridiculous, the delivery driver also made me bring my 1 year old out in the rain to his car as he couldn't be bothered to get out then either, even explained i was alone with a 1 yr old, ridiculous disgusting place.

Great food, fast and amazing service would recommend. Staff were great really helpful and couldn’t fault the food……..

Top notch pizza , didn’t expect a really good pizza from a chippy , but hand down they doing the best pizza all around town , beats dominos all day

Just had the best fish and chips on the way back from beach , the lads really polite and friendly , very good food , crispy batter and really tasty chips , keep it up guys

Paid for a extra large kebab which actually was smaller than the large. Food was cold and chips stale. Delivery was 35 mins late. Awful avoid at all costs!

Ordered 2 large chips for £3.70 each and got the smallest portions ever.if that was large I would hate to see the regular portions?!! Bought for 4 of us and we got about 15 chips each. Won’t go here again

Absolutely vile how at 9:40 can I have yesterdays chips recooked, sausages are disgusting, even the pie, in all the places I have ever eaten this is the worst by far!!! VILE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Well. Food was terrible. The oil they used was old. My food. Fish and chips were unbearable my partner had sausage and chips this was also vile. We both looked at each other and said the same thing. We. will not. visit hear again. My mouth.needs to be washed that’s how bad it was.

Would rate 0* if I could. Ordered from here 1 month ago. Food arrived 1 hour past latest delivery time and was cold and tasteless. Complained to the owner about this issue who said he would give a full refund. 1 month later and no refund given, and messages now being ignored. Will be advising family and friends to not order from here

Visited Frydays a couple of days ago, the shop is very clean , all of the Ali’s were extremely polite and welcoming, the food is to a great quality, I will definitely be returning to this chip shop in the near future

New owners have taken over this place and offer an enlarged take away menu. On the day I visited, there wasn't much available straight away so I settled for a jumbo sausage and chips. The sausage was OK but the chips were sad, pale and barely cooked! BTW if you park your vehicle on the forecourt, you must enter your registration number to get a permit - no physical permit is issued but if you don't do it, you get a parking ticket in the post! Nice welcome for customers!

No complaints about the food. Generous portions and good value. The problem is with ordering and delivery. It seems there are occasions when the their phone is left off the hook. The caller then gets an screen message that their phone number is not listed. Numerous checks then have to be made on line to try to find a different number to call There isn't one. You can only get through when their handset is replaced.

Ordered through Uber eats food was due 6:25/6:45 didn’t receive so rang and the man said the guy just left 3 mins ago.. 15 min later rang again man said order didn’t print.. so will be 20 mins. My daughter was excited for her chips and in the end had to give her something quick and easy as it was her bed time.. food came around 7:30/45 and was gross chips was nice lamb doner kebab was gross kebab was rock solid an me an my partner felt sick after eating it never ordering here again.

Amazing big portions very filling and good prices. Delivery was running a bit behind but they kept me updated and very friendly

Good quality non greasy and in these days of COVID-19 cooked while you wait. Very good. The only suggestion is clean the rather grubby touch screen on entry and ask the young lady server to smile or at least pretend she has an interest in what she’s doing.
