Woman that works there spends more time outside smoking than in the shop working , enough to put you off your grub before you enter the shop

Service slower than treacle in January.

Friendly staff and quick service. First time tried rissole💪 not exactly a fan of this meal however could not get better advice 😁

Ordered via justeat and over 2 hours later it arrived, soaked in oil and very basic. Would never use again.

Utterly brilliant staff food amazing

Didn't think ordering take away chips from a take away chip shop half an hour before closing would be an issue. The open signs still said open, the lights were all on, and there were two members of staff present chatting to each other. As soon as I walked in one of the staff members looked up and abruptly told me they were closed. I looked at the opening times before I left to make sure I'd read them correctly, but it seemed a pointless thing to complain, the staff clearly had no interest.

This place is filthy located in a local dive don't bother

Would give more stars but can't, hot food on delivery everytime. Can't fault the service from the staff in the restaurant to the delivery driver. Would recommend to anyone

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered thru just eat not a problem and was giving a 45 minute wait for delivery. After 60 minutes I rang to ask about the food and told it would be another 15 minutes the guy seemed genuine so I said OK no bother. 30 minutes passed by, I rang again only to speak to a rude tramp of a woman who told me she was busy and hung up. 2 hours after the initial order the food arrived over cooked and cold.

Just had two cod chips and mushy peas delivered. It was piping hot and tasty and the portions were huge. Regular chips one bag would have done for the two of us

Had a Chinese meals from there tonight the fourth April and must give credit it was one of the best we have had for a long time and will use again complements to chef

Came in and ordered food, waited about 5 mins, a clear friend of the lady behind the counter came in and asked for some food similar to mine. The lady made her friends food then had the audacity to turn around and say mines just gonna take a bit longer as she has to wait for the food to cook, how about stick to an actual queue rather than your mates?

Always had nice food but last few times food have rubbish batter on fish was hard chips where hard and the curry was set thick couldn't pour it out of the carton. Plus today they were 50 minutes late think its time to take my money elsewhere what a waste

Ordered food took 1 hour 45 minutes to come and to be honest food was ok but not that amount of waiting time ok won’t be back

Excellent chips, cooked in clean oil, massive portion. Proper vinegar too, will go again, didn't know it was there til now.

Foods always very nice. Delivery is sometimes late but the driver's always apologize.

Food is usually quite good when I order, I live quite close so always collect it, however they do occasionally forget your can of coke or any drink for that matter which means you have to run back to get it.

Lots of choice on the menu, staff were helpful, was quiet but still had to wait a while however food was lovely

Ordered food through just eat, told us our food would arrive at 7.10pm. Waited 1 hour and 20 mins, then decides to cancel on us. Apparently too busy? Will be that last! You've lost a customer
