The food was great the hospitality was amazing. As a local I'm happy to come back here every single day.

My friend and I went to Fresh Cafe on Saturday afternoon. The tables were clean, got a lovely welcome from the host. My friend, who's lactose intolerant had a smoothie, which she enjoyed but was disappointed not to have a coffee as they don't have dairy free milk. I enjoyed my Latte and toast with jam. The prices do seem a little high for what you get but it easily reflects the area. A lady who struggled to walk cane to the cafe and I noticed the host go quickly to the door to help her and patiently helped her get to a chair, when she was finished, he patiently helped her with the door. I was impressed by his customer service. 2nd time we'd been to the cafe. Would definitely go back.

We visited fresh whilst in cheadle last week, I ordered the monster double cheeseburger and fries which were extra so burger and chips £7.50 service time was good the lady was keen so take our order, food arrived in around ten minutes which was good, the place looked clean, so service and venue both great, I had a mango drink which was also nice, my main issue was the burger and chips and its cost at £7.50 I thought I would get a half decent burger, I got a barman without butter, 2 burgers like frozen birds eye burgers and a thinly cut piece of cheese off the block. Lol no salad or sauce and a poor quality burger, fries about the size of a regular mcdonalds fries only colder, I didn't take a picture of the burger or made me laugh for the rest of the day, I've seen some good reviews for this place maybe I called on an off day but I don't think I would go back to see, I was warned off the lattes by several people so didn't try one of those.

Just had a lovely light meal here , it's a popular place in Cheadle and regularly visited by my parents.Today I had omelette chips and salad and a lovely hot mug of tea ! Very tasty and cooked to perfection. Friendly and quick service too. Definitely recommend.

used this cafe one lovely saturday morning. enjoyed their breakfast and coffee; needed a base whilst my car was being fixed. The owner was extremely helpful, and this cafe allowed me to work from my laptop (they have wifi) overstaying my duration wasn't as issue at all and the owner went above and beyond to help me out.

Having just come from a quite appalling experience at the Big Bite cafe further down the High Street, I came here hoping for better (it certainly couldn’t have been any worse), and I’m pleased to say it delivered! Lovely food, friendly efficient staff, clean tables and floors, a thorough cafe menu and good prices. For what it is, perfect, and deserved to be busier than it was.

Clean very sterile environment but we had good reports so looked past that ! Very tasteless food , a great shame because it is a good concept . With so many establishments doing good healthy food around them they need to step up a gear or two !!.

Popped in with friend for a lunchtime choice of baked potatoes and T&C. Warm welcome. Small cafe that is better inside than the sign outside might indicate. Fairly standard range of usual cafe menu items but stand-out feature was very smiley, cheerful and attentive server. There are dozens of cafes providing usual cafe menus so when you come across one with stand out service, it's worthy of note. Fresh cafe is conveniently placed on the main road. Would we pop in again? Definitely. Can we recommend it? Certainly.

Called in just by chance on my day off. Fancied a quick snack so opted for a nice cheese and ham panini. Service and food and the Cappuccino were excellent. Prices are very reasonable for Cheadle village.

We popped in for lunch today, and we were really happy with the tasty and fresh food we received! The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond with our order. Highly recommend!

Our first time visit, first impressions busy, very clean and helpful staff. Lots to choose from on the menu. Throughout out visit the staff were on hand, it was busy and at no time did we feel any pressure to leave. Thank you

I'm fortunate enough to have this great cafe on my doorstep, I originally called in for a coffee but was amazed at the vast range of food they served.I decided to try the paella as it's my favourite Spanish dish, the flavours they created reminded me of a recent trip to Spain, phenomenal would be an understatement.My mother opted for a full English breakfast, this looked perfect and she said it tasted as good as it looked. The presentation of the food showed a great deal of care and perfection, not something I would usually associate a cafe with.The food and drinks were flawless and the owner Mori was such a friendly, courteous and humble guy. I returned the next week with my girlfriend who is coeliac, and staff paid extra attention to her wheat allergy keeping her happy and well too!!!!I'll definitely be visiting this place on a regular basis.

I live locally, and know all the cafes and coffee shops in Cheadle, but this is always my preferred choice.it is always very clean and you are assured of a very warm welcome and first class service from Mori and his staff. The food is always excellent, and there is an extensive choice on the menu which caters for all tastes and dietry needs. Prices are very reasonable and everything is beautifully presented. They go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. I cannot recommend Fresh Cafe highly enough.

There was something about the look of Fresh Cafe that made me walk in - I was walking around the village killing time while me son was in theatre having surgery. The welcome was warm, friendly and kind - just what I needed! I had a simple breakfast of coffee and toast both piping hot and tasty. There is a lovely 'family' feel to fresh cafe that you don't find in coffee shop chains. Thank you for a friendly calm oasis and great service/food in stressful times.

We needed a quick bite to eat before heading home and visited TripAdvisor and Fresh cafe had good reviews. Parking across the road was 30p for 2 hours. Food was great. Would go again if nearby.

Visiting the Saturday makers market and enjoying a stroll along the busy Cheadle high street, decided to stop for a coffee. Very friendly welcome and very nice café look & feel. Very good menu and obviously popular with locals. Nice, bright & clean café, personally a better option than the Costa Coffee etc, perhaps it is the "Italian" accent that makes the coffee taste better!!. Anyway, an enjoyable stop and would recommend for breakfast & lunch or just coffee!. Enjoy!

Nice fresh food with a large selection of meals. The couple that own the cafe are very friendly. The cafe does get a little cramped when full as the floor space is a little small.

We had a great afternoon in the fresh cafe, you can even have a beer or a glass of prosecco , and high tea if you book first.

When you see a 5* review, it makes you want to see what all the fuss is about. In this case, there was no fuss.It's a cheap and cheerful greasyspoon cafe.Whilst the staff seemed friendly and welcoming, they didn't ask how we wanted our eggs. When we realised a few minutes later it'll probably be fried, we asked for scrambled.They told us it's too late to change from fried to scrambled...Really? Could they not have given the fried eggs to someone else or just binned them? It's 4 eggs!The food arrived and was typical greasyspoon cheap ingredients. Look out for the 'mug' of tea...it's definitely not a mug! To sum up - if you're after cheap breakfast go here. If you want something a little nicer then go elsewhere. You'll pay a few quid more, but it'll probably be worth it...

Went with my small sister and 2 sons for a quick lunch as new to area, from the look of the place expect simple sandwich etc nothing special, I asked if they took card they said no (that's fine with me) she gave me the price of my order and I went and got he cash plenty of cash points around, sat and eat the most lovely fresh sandwiches ever! The chips I ordered came late and they forgot to charge me for them so they let me have them on the house even tho would have happily paid! So friendly and nice ! Really professional ! I have worked in restaurants for 15yrs and I was very impressed with the service ❤️❤️❤️

Always great food which are Large portions. Helpful and Friendly staff who are always willing to help. We rang an hour before our dinner time and pre ordered our meals.

Taking my wife out for a birthday breakfast on a visit to Cheadle (for other reasons), we chose Fresh Cafe based on all its other excellent reviews, and we weren't disappointed. I'm a regular "Full English" consumer but the birthday girl also chose the big breakfast on this occasion, and we were delighted, when the plates arrived, at the fabulous presentation - butterflied sausages, beautifully quartered mushroom, perfect eggs. Naturally the flavour complemented the look of the meal; everything was delicious. All in all a great start to her birthday and we will definitely return to sample something else from the diverse menu in the future!

Been a few times and find you get a lot of food for your money. Family run business where the staff are lovely and seem to care what you want.

I had a full English breakfast and it was lovely and value for money just been refurbished and very cosy and warm the owners are always welcoming and is cooked to order and is done within 10 minutes i will be coming back soon best breakfast I had in a long time

I come to Fresh Cafe at least 2-3 times a week during my lunch hour and the staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The food is fantastic - I recommend it to anyone who visits Cheadle. 5 Star for food, service and quality. Monica

Had a really good lunchtime experience here while having a leisurely afternoon browsing the local shops with a friend. I will definitely be back for more!

We stopped here for some lunch and the place was clean and neat, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was quickly and the food was lovely. It is a nice place to stop if you have been out shopping or just meeting a friend. The place is compact but still room for pushchairs, prams, wheelchairs etc. There is however no public toilet available. But there are other businesses near by who will allow you to use their's. Overlooking this the place is very nice.

Visited here for a bit of breakfast the other day whilst shopping with grandson thought it would be better than the usual Greggs pasty ..really nice place was very clean .staff very welcoming and friendly..food was really tasty and well prepared ..reasonable price also ..will be visiting more often in the future

I visit Fresh Café two or three times a week,as I work in Cheadle this is the best café around by far. The place is spotless, serving excellent fresh tasty food. The tapas are excellent, especially the Paella as Mori the owner is Spanish, all meals are served by happy, helpful staff, well worth a visit.John at Larchwood.

I have tried all of the cafes in Cheadle Village and always been very disappointed.Until now.Fresh Cafe delivers a fantastic breakfast for a very good price.I had the vegetarian which included veggie sausages, not the quorn type thankfully, hash browns, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans and toast, while my wife had grilled tomatoes on toast.Two nice cups of coffee brought the bill to just over a tenner.Brilliant value.The service was lovely, very friendly plus the place was spotless.This is definitely the place to go for brekkie in the High Street.

This is a lovely cafe. Here food is fresh, delicious food and the friendly staff. nearly five days a week I go to the fresh cafe and much enjoyed.

Very impressed. I've been twice in two weeks now because the food was delicious (those hash browns are divine) and the service was really friendly. Because the menus and interior looked a bit tacky I was hesitant at first but was so impressed with the quality of the food and the speed of service.really local and down to earth staff. Would definitely go back regularly. Well done!

Someone my daughter met in the car park recommended this cafe and then when we were hesitating outside it someone else said it was a good place to eat. They were right. We had lovely homemade chicken soups and the jacket potatoes on the next table looked good too with a generous amount of filling. Very friendly helpful staff

This is a lovely cafe which do delivery in the mornings for breakfast as well as eat in! I ordered the veggie breakfast for me and regular breakfast for my sister, both were delivered on time and hot!! Lovely vegetarian options with veggie sausages, hash browns and mushrooms. I very much enjoyed and will order again.

My parents and I had lunch at fresh cafe in Cheadle. We were served by Mori, who didn't even need a notepad because he remembered our complicated order without us needing to repeat anything! The food when it came (really quickly) was really good. I recommend their omlettes! Our food was really reasonable, the place was bright and spacious despite being small, and Mori and the staff were very friendly. We recommend Cheadle's Fresh Cafe and will definitely be back!

Mori, the man who served us, was extremely friendly and very funny. My boyfriend and I went there for lunch and he made me a hot chocolate (with lots of marshmallows!!), and paella. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is lovely, and when I returned a second time, he remembered me, and made me feel very welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We stopped a lady in the street in Cheadle to ask where we could get a coffee and she directed us to Fresh Cafe, saying the man there had a lovely smiley face......and he did!If you want simple, straightforward meals and snacks or just a coffee or a cup of tea in Cheadle this is the place to go. I work in Cheadle village and have pretty much exhausted every place to eat here, my work mates were constantly talking about how nice fresh cafe is, i thought well its worth a try. I went the same day i had Cajun chicken omelette and a smoothie and have never eaten any were else since. The staff couldn't help enough and are very polite, The price is competitive but defiantly worth a try you will not regret it!

I work in Cheadle Village and fresh caffe has become our favourite place to grab some lunch. Even if there's no time to eat in. My Friend Mori the owner of this little gem will always do us any order to take away. Highly recommend. Ps. Make sure you try one of the smoothes.

visited FRESH CAFE for the first time with a friend. I ordered a mexican burger ad the owner took time to stress this dish was rather hot and spicy and seemed concerned I would find it too hot., however I still ordered it and when it came it was delicious, but what was nice was that the owner checked it was Ok or me and I almost felt had it not been he would have changed it. The whole cafe was spotlessly cleanand well decorated I certainly will be recommending FRESH to my friends as well as visiting again.

fresh cafe is a small but very adequate high street cafe on Cheadle high street, the food is of very good quality and freshly served up to your table by very friendly and polite staff that make you feel most welcome the menu price is reasonable and plenty to offerthis was the first visit for myself and wife but we will definitely make another visit

We eat here most weekends for breakfast it's excellent value and it is always good cooked breakfast .nothing negative to say and it is good value for money.

Stopped in cheadle on way to waterside as early due to meeting at waterside and horrific journey on m60 ... He was open and it was a glorious day ... I could tell it would be good ...only ordered hot chocolate and tea cake ... Hot chocolate piping hot all the way through in tall glass with cream ..quality proper fruity tea cake and biscuit gratis .....forget Costa ... Sainsburys on the high street ... Support the local business ... Not even dear .... Want to try his tapas next ... Great start to the day ... Cheadle high street has been butchered in terms of pubs / local shops compared to what it used to be and holds many happy memories for me ...a little gem restored my faith .... Cheap car park to rear ...

The food served by Mori and his team is delicious and extremely well presented. The cafe is aptly named FRESH which is true of the food served here. The FRESH team handle the busy periods extremely well with no compromise on their quality. Service like this is hard to find. Keep up the great work.

Only popped in for a coffee, we were early for an appointment at the opticians. Decided we would have a bite to eat glad we did, what delicious chips and the cappuccino coffee was hot and tasty. Very clean and good service.

The food was excellent and the staff were pleasant and attentive. I spilt my coffee all over the table and my food! These guys quickly cleaned up the mess, moved me to another table. Supplied me with another breakfast, toast and another cup of coffee! No extra charge and refused to take a tip!I must say I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Mr Mori and his wife were delightful.Thank you so much.I can tell you this whenever I'm in Cheadle on business, (About twice a month) I head here for a breakfast.Top people. Food 5 star. We have been to Fresh Cafe near on every week for over 5 years and for us it is an institution. we are often disappointed by cafes elsewhere or English breakfasts in hotels cos Mori has set the standard so high few others can compare!He is a perfectionist: always cleaning, making sure every detail is attended to, the food is perfect. We each have our favourite dishes and he remembers what we have & exactly how we like it. The food is fantastic in particular the full breakfast (veggie sausages), the omelettes, burgers, toasties, fajitas, chips and make your heart melt chocolate cake.Seriously good but make sure you don't take our seats please as space is limited!!

Oh, how I wish other towns and villages had something like this place: lovely food served fresh and quickly.The owner is one of the friendliest proprietors around and no matter how busy he is (and he cooks, waits-on, clears tables and operates the till) he always makes time to say hello and greets everyone personally.The food is plain and simple but it never disappoints. it really is one of the delights of Cheadle and my favourite place for a quick meal.
