If you are in a rush usually your options for a quick meal are very fattening. Fast food is and high cal usually go hand in hand but Amongst the bakeries, sugary cafes and burger van's ammanford has to offer. Fresh Bites stands out as a breath of fresh air. Of course not everything in Fresh bites is healthy and low cal but just having not just one but multiple healthy options would put this place a head of the rest but the pricing is also very reasonable. The quality is always consistant. The staff always lovely. Doesn't matter if you go there once every 6 months or everyday, they always make you feel like you are valued and welcome.

They serve hot or cold food to take away. Ideal lunch break food. Sandwiches made to order as well. Lovely cakes. Quick service and good prices.

Excellent range of meals to grab and go. Beautiful baguettes, jackets, salad bar and home made ‘comfort’ food. Healthy options available. A great little business!!

Little quirky place, how they manage to achieve the variety of foods in such a small area I’ll never know, but somehow they do, and they do it well. Very nice hot homemade food at a very reasonably cost

Lovely little place, Home cooked Meals for every taste bud ! On training days they cater with there little protein fresh Pot Salads and delicious yogurt pots with fresh fruit.. Gluten Free lovers catered for here. Ive even tried the apple punch warm, lovely on a cold afternoon.. New gluten free popcorn if your a snack lover with maple syrup.. Lush !

Only having started working in Ammanford at the start of the year, I recently discovered this 'gem' a few weeks ago, the staff are very pleasant and helpful and on my first visit they went through the various baguette / jacket fillings... As there are many to choose from. They also do different dishes everyday day, my personal favs are the cheese & potato pie and the cawl is up there with the best I've had (and I've had a few) Can get busy durning lunch time but I suppose that is a good sign. Not many good places in Ammanford to have a light bite but thus is definitely one worth seeking out. Great coffee and selection of cakes

Really good fresh food. Can't fault it for the price too. Keep up the good work , it's a must if you want something quick on the go.

Absolutely amazing ice cream bought so much in this place in this establishment. Chocolate ice cream is the best out of them all

Large selection of fresh food available with different specials everyday. great thing is you can see the staff prepare your meal and both kitchen and eating area are spotless. They even do deliveries so don't think there's anyway they can improve.

The rolls they do are fresh and tasty. everything looks fresh. I love the tandori chicken. Cant beat it and for the price you pay its not bad at all. They also do stuff like jacket potato and salad boxes which are also tasty.

Amazing homemade food.. Plenty of selection.. Fantastic service by all staff.. Home delivery .. Just a shame it's wasn't open a bit later ..
