Order a triple burger, does not say comes with cheese on the menu. Called to complain and the just said it comes with cheese , tough luck Will never use them again , been a good customer! Now lost over 1 burger

I called to confirm they were open as they do not have opening times on Google, which he confirmed they were. Upon arriving one of the two shutters were closed. I asked for a Mixed donner in naan, he said there would be wait of 15 to 20 minutes or i could have chicken tikka instead as clearly no donner was cooking which i didnt want so would rather wait. He then returned from the back with two pots to insert into the heating area, to which I saw 3/4 full of chicken, I asked if that was from yesterday which he confirmed it was. At close to £10 for a mixed donner naan meal, I don't want yesterday's warmed up chicken. It's obvious standards have massively dropped to which once was a decent place for food. Customer service has always been poor.

Best pizza...I'm hooked to their pizza

The pizza was disgusting. I got olives and jalapenos which I both hate instead of green peppers and sweetcorn. The base of the pizza was disgusting, some weird sauce which wasn't tomato sauce. The crust seemed very chewy. On top of that I got free chicken wings (I'M A VEGETARIAN). Will never buy again !!!

We were 4 people and we asked for tissues they counted and gave four tissues and when we asked for more they said which country you come for. Very insulting staff. They have student offer which says everyday and when we asked for offer they said not on weekends and the. In offer they didn’t gave fries stating it’s expensive.

Fantastic service, I misunderstood the buy one get one free pizza forgetting you have to add two and was happy to accept that was my mistake but they still sent out another pizza plus extra wings when they didn't need to! very fast delivery too

Good value pizza from Fresco Pizza & Kebab. The Just Eat app says to add a second pizza before you pay (bogof) this is incorrect so I ordered 4 pizzas rather than 2 🫤 the guy at the take away however called me to check, spotted the mistake and changed my order for me, Great gesture and service. Getting a refund from Just Eat was not as easy but got there in the end. As for the pizza, it was nice and tasty but a little doughy. We also had kebab meet and chicken wings, both tasty 😋 Thanks Fresco

I have been a customer for over 3 years and the mix grill kebab is excellent! Good-quality ingredients and a good portion. Fries and pizza are so good. The staff are nice too.

I would personally avoid this place. Went on recommendation of my friend, however everything tastes bitter. That was all due to oil. I tasted more bitter oil in my burger, chips, hash brown!! It was so bad, had to stop eating those and throw it away. If you do get food, get grill or donner. Nothing that involves the oil fryer as it seems they don't change the oil over enough!!

Really nice and super hot on delivery. Pizza had plenty of cheese and toppings. Reasonable prices too! One of the best pizza places in Coventry.

We ordered two kebabs, one mixed and one chicken tikka. We selected the "go large" option for both, however the portion size is small. So either they didn't read we selected a large, or what they consider to be a large is actually berly a medium size portion. And for £15.55 total I will not be ordering from here again, which is a shame because the taste of the food is really really good. If you look at the photos, you can clearly see their large, didn't even fill the container they put it in.

Mixed grill kebab is delicious! Though I started having them when it was cheaper. But can't exactly blame Fresco for the financial suicide commited 2 years ago.

My supreme chicken burger was a bargain and it tased out of this world BEAUTIFUL! Naan and chicken tikka was so fresh and really did satisfy my tastebuds. Hot chilli is outstanding too! I will definitely stick with this as my go to Takeaway now as I’ve been coming here for over 6 months and consistency is great. Also they gave us some freebies which is really nice of them and customer service was FANTASTIC👌! Overall I’m really pleased with my experience and i highly recommend you order form here. Good food a bit more finesse needed overall sweet to be there

We ordered a food plenty of times and usually we've been very happy but this time we ordered food for different address and we never received our order. Delivery driver said that we're lying but when we told him to come just to confirm that he delivered food for wrong address he said that we have to call to the shop. When we called them they said that they are in the middle and they can't help us with that. I was really dissapointed and unhappy and because of that situation I won't order a food in there anymore. Totally I do not recommend

This used to be good but now changed. Thought we would give then another chance but would not used then again. Driver kept phoning and took ages and tried to short change us. Customer service on the phone and delivery very bad now.

I rang and the phone got passed around to different people and I got told to wait so many times, they didn't actually listen to me on the phone as I said I wanted a meal 3 times! ..very unprofessional. Food took an hour (i didn't order much) They put down the wrong order also so we had the wrong food. It was too late to return it as it took so long to be delivered. It was just a whole mess. They said they'll be 5mins when I rang to check on my delivery and they ended up being 20 so the chips got condensated and were just not great, they were soggy. It was a waste of money and time to be honest. I won't be ordering from here again.

Used to think this place was the best in town but since new owners have taken over the place is shocking!!!! Told me no delivery available so drove up fine, placed order to be told I would have to get cash even though card machine was sat there working annoying went and got cash payed and waited to be told after 10 minutes that they never had any meat for kebab to then be told what I was allowed to order. Terrible attitude will not be using again!! BRING BACK OLD OWNERS

Decent pizza at a decent price. I prefer it to the bigger company's but everyones taste buds are different. Worth a visit for sure
