Missing items no calzone pizza which was meant to be included in order also mix up with calzone toppings on the spicy meat lover pizza which was bit odd and confusing i suggest you sort out your website on just eat as it misleading the customers i rang the number provided twice no response The vegetable pizza with goats cheese was alright.

It just does linger in your windpipe and belly hours afterwards. The garlic pizza especially.

I ordered a couple of pizzas yesterday and the delivery was never received. The manager said that the delivery was successfully completed, but I am still waiting for it or a refund. I have contacted the Deliveroo Customer services and unable to help after a long complaint because the restaurant states they have delivered. I will try to contact the manager when they open again or rase a charge back.

Food didn’t arrive to the hotel I was staying in although they said was out for delivery. I called them several times before they answered and when they finally answered they said I’d missed delivery. I don’t believe it was even sent in the first place as hotel reception said no one had been. £25 for no food. disgusting

The food was cold, and two items were missing, I called the restaurant and they said they have to wait for the manager to check and we will call you back tomorrow!!! They never called me back, this restaurant is a spam. They take your money but never deliver the food.

Received a cold pizza, my extra egg was replaced by olives that I didn’t ask for. No extra napkins. £6 for a baby slice of tiramisu and of low quality too, what a joke, way overpriced. Gave this place a chance after they cancelled my order few days ago. Not ordering again

I never received the delivery!! The restaurant told me they can’t call me when the delivery is here because they can’t take the number from just eat but after they told me they tried to call me when the delivery was here and I didn’t answer but I never received any call!! So they didn’t leave me any food and they took my money!!

The most horrible customer service from a “manager” called Sarah or Sara. We ordered pizza and costing us in total £22 for a small order, with extra charges. After one hour it didn’t arrive and we had to call the restaurant to find out what’s happened to our order; the horrible customer service we received from such an unprofessional employee of the restaurant is beyond me. Our delivery never arrived, we were told “there’s nothing that could be done” HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS ON FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS THROUGH DELIVEROO??!!! How is this even legal?!!! They’ve clearly accepted the order and charged our account, don’t send the order or contact us regarding this! How on earth has this restaurant managed to get away with this not once but twice?!!! We called deliveroo to resolve this and they actually noted this and said it were the restaurant themselves who are at fault for accepting the orders and not providing deliveroo with the food. Will be reporting to local businesses around and gather, investigation into this horrible business and how on earth can this “franchise” employ such unprofessional people to deal with customers??

Very expensive place and pizza sizes were not the advertised size. Taste was lovely but the spicy meat was far too salty. I wouldn’t recommend you can get an 18 inch for £8 instead of £15 for a 15 inch that’s probably a 12 inch.

They delivered the wrong pizza then when I rang to tell them the man on the phone was rude then had to wait another 30 minutes

Delicious food, arrived on time. The pizza is really amazing and the ingredients are fresh (only restaurant that uses good quality ham as topping). When driver arrived was missing one item, but the driver went back and restaurant send the missing item straight away. I often order from them and will continue. Really recommend :)

If I could leave no ratings whatsoever I would. The food never arrived, the incessant calling to find out where our food was went on for about an hour where we then gave up and were left with no food at 6 am. Thanx

I use to order from these frequently and then stopped due to an error with the order and the £2 delivery when there was much more competition around. I tried them again this evening, I cannot fault the pizzas they are absolutely delicious and arrived well within time and hot, however the started and desserts were not in the delivery so the delivery man tried to call the restaurant and couldn’t get through so left and came back 15 minutes later with the rest of the order!! Ideally starters should be eaten before the main so I have given lower ratings on service as this is the second time my order was not delivered in full and to also charge £2.00 it’s a joke. Shame really as one of the nicest pizzas in the area but I won’t be ordering again.

We have ordered from them few times and usually were quite pleased. But the last order will be definitely our last one. Pizza was missing enlisted ingredients, we received a wrong lasagna (ordered meat, not veggie one). Also, I have left a not not to forget about our drinks (as it has happened number of times previously), and yet again we didn't receive the full order...

my food arrived and hour late, and the delivery driver brought the wrong food. I payed for things I didn’t receive. they forgot the onion rings and bruschetta pizza. after calling to complain the woman assured me she would call straight back. she hasn’t called at all and now the restaurant is not picking up their phone at all.

I made my order at 4am and it was accepted for 5am. delivered at 5.30am. the pizza arrived cold from the driver (whom btw arrived with papa johns green bag.. but this is not papa johns!!) the pizza was missing topping so I have called the restaurant (that was almost impossible to contact ‘cause the line was always engaged), and reported to them about the missing topping. the answer from the lady was “we never had any kind of complaint of this kind, and the chef said he put on the pizza all the topping listed in the menu, that means he did and I cannot do anything for you” so I have asked to send me a replacement pizza or to give me one for free for next time, I told I was going to send her picture if she didn’t believe me, but she said se couldn’t do anything and that I had to speak with a manager, who was not in site and she didn’t know when the manager was going to be in the store cause she knows only about her rota. this has been the worst experience with a take away restaurant I ever had, and I thanks just eat because they helped me sort out this matter. worst customer service ever experienced.

This pizza is crispy and thin crust because its wood oven the ingredients are clearly organic the tomato sause is pure blended tomato. To be honest it's pretty much the same as I tried back at home in Italy.

Puedes tener lo que quieres y coberturas es utilizando un horno de leña real italiana. Si tienes suerte te ponen un toque de aceite de trufa en su pizza. El pan de ajo y pedir! Es muy crujiente y delicioso! Tan sabroso y delicioso a un precio tan bueno! (sólo 6 libras si lo recoja y tienes que pagar en efectivo, pero vale la pena).

My order was wrong! I ordered so Many times and I had no problem but today I received a pizza with mushrooms, olives, goat cheese and basil instead of a pizza that I choose (mozzarella, basil, Cherry tomatoes and wild rocket). I tried to call the restaurant but nobody picked up. Very disappointing.

The pizza box is crushed totally on my pizza. How you can put the chicken wings on top of the pizza box?! Bleah. First and last time. (And late of 15 minutes after added more 10 from the restaurant)

I have been a regular here for the past year I order every Friday and Saturday the staff always call me before hand and ask what complementary drink I would like due to being a regular here. the staff are so polite and always make sure my order is top noch the food is all good quality and I must admit is truly authentic I love these guys! boo you if you don't see the efforts of the staff and just how authentic the food is ! I won't be trying anywhere else anytime soon so keep up the good work London fresco THANK YOU 😁.
