Frequency Coffee in Islington

Great flat white coffee. Lovely service. Cute little cafe nicely set up. Good toastie with mozzarella tomato and basil

I was initially sceptical, the outside doesn't look like it will be a good meeting venue. It is primarily a really nice, independent coffee shop. The host was absolutely lovely. The pastries were delicious and the coffee perfect. The meetings rooms are small but exactly as described, I was not surprised because I'd already been told and the photos are accurate. It is perfect as an informal meeting space. It's not corporate, but that's rather the point. I will absolutely use this place again, both for the coffee but also for the meeting rooms.

cozy cafeteria in king cross, it's a small place but sufficient and quite cool, the coffee is quite good and they have the small detail that everyone has their drawing on it and ready to drink, very good☕️

Much needed coffee at this modern calm oasis just outside Paddington Station. Will definitely keep in my for when I am in this part of town

Lovely coffee shop, completely lacking vegan options and drinks outside of coffee or alcohol. The place itself is lovely, a nice spot to hang out. We won’t go back for anything other than coffee as there was nothing savoury for vegans to eat, not even the olives were available, and a few more drink options would be better too. On the plus side, alternative milks don’t cost any extra, if the inclusion of dietary requirements extended to the menu that would be fab! Service is only ok.

As a big fan of intense Espresso and Ristretto Coffee, Frequency Coffee is the best place to enjoy these energetic coffee drinks. They also make delicious Nutella Mocha and Hot Chocolate that warm me up in the cold days. Frequency Coffee also has fine bakeries and muesli cups to offer as well-balanced Breakfast and Brunch menus. You might want to try their cocktails and tapas as well.

This is a real hidden gem. A stone’s throw from Kings Cross for a really excellent quality fresh coffee ground and brewed on the spot. Well worth the walk.

Love stopping in here for coffee on a regular basis. The staff is very friendly and are clearly very dedicated to delivering premium coffee that you do not find in the average coffee shop. All milk options for those DF or vegan and they seem to sometimes have GF baked good options as well. Definitely recommend stopping in, especially if you are traveling through kings cross as it is very close by!

Cozy, hip, and right where we needed it. Limited seating, but sidewalk spot was perfect on this autumn morning. Desperate for a real coffee, we were happy indeed.

We came here for coffee and breakfast each morning during our stay at the hotel opposite. The coffee is just incredible and the cakes and breakfast items are great too. It's got a really friendly independent vibe, but it's not super "hipster" like some of the coffee shops in London. The staff/owner is lovely. So much better than the breakfast in our hotel or one of the coffee chains!

I have been visiting this lovely coffee shop since 2017. The quality of food and beverage here never goes down and continues to improve with wider variety of delicious menus as time progressed. The staff are very friendly and have solid knowledge about their coffee craft. I recommend the visitors to try their excellent ristretto coffee which is intense and delicious which I had one on my current visit. It is my coffee of choice to start a day let alone their outstanding espresso. Their nutella hot chocolate is also great for both adults and kids if you intend not to consume too much caffeine in a day. Furthermore, their evening cocktails with tapas are also very nice. Visiting the Frequency Coffee in the evening is a great alternative to bars in many occasions if you wish to enjoy your leisure time with some alcoholic drinks in a less-crowded ambiance there. In all of this, strongly recommend the Frequency Coffee.

If you are a coffee lover you can’ t miss this place. Also offers cocktails, beer, wine, food and snacks. Nice taste, good Music. Found that was selected in the London coffee Guide for 2019!

Came in for a Nutella mocha (it was very sweet, tasted like a hot chocolate) The Coffee guy was really friendly and outgoing. They have nice snacks in there too, big fan of Tony's Chocolonely bars which are hard to find in London! Will probably come back for alcoholic drinks in the evening soon.

Oh wow - what a great local find to my office. If you like Nutella and you like Hot Chocolate I urge you to order the Nutella Hot Chocolate and take a seat to enjoy. Comes in a lovely big mug and is simply perfect. There are a number of seats in the store and wi-fi. Also had a flat white which was made beautifully (artisan) and a slice of the pecan & banana cake (moist and delicious) on a separate visit. I like the vibe of this place - not so busy you struggle to get a seat and could easily have my lunch hour here every day reading or simply people watching. This place is set to become my new regular.

Small little place that is good in the morning if you would like to work on your laptop or have a one to one whilst sipping a coffee. Coffee quality is good, the beans I had my coffee from was not bitter and slight sour notes. They could do a bit more on improving the tea for the price.

Simple pastries and good coffee. Just few minutes walk from our accomodation, we had a good experience!

Went there following reviews . Coffee ok but no great breakfast and very little options for food . Staff member friendly but almost apolajectic for the food left , perhaps its better easier or later but at lunchtime of a weekend it was not great...

Forget the terrible chains Starbucks, Preta and the like. If you want beautiful coffee with artisan textured milk and great food this is the place. If you don't know what you're missing maybe it's time to expand the palate. London isn't renown for good coffee...

Everything was delicious. Without doubt it's the best coffe I've tried in London and my girlfriend really enjoyed her Nutella hot chocolate. The place is very nice and has a good atmosphere.

This is a new cafe about 5 minutes from Kings Cross and really well worth the short walk. I will search really hard to find a good cup of coffee and I was not disappointed here. The owners really do take pride in their coffee...

We popped in to Frequency this (Sunday) afternoon. It was buzzing for a Sunday in King's Cross! The atmosphere is fab. The coffee is great! And, without even being asked the owner kindly made my daughter a warm milk drink (I refuse to say b-a-b-y-c-c-i-n-o)...

Outstanding little independent coffee shop! Cool ambience, calm service, tasty and interesting food... Venezuelan corn-pancakes and cheese anyone?! Yum! And I know I don't get out much, but Nutella hot chocolate was new to me too!
