Freds Pizza in Newcastle upon Tyne

Not as good tonight as usual. The burger so overcooked and dry I didn’t get my curry sauce

Food delivered on time and delivery driver really nice. Chips were good. Pizzas were not good at all. Ordered from here many times and always enjoyed the pizzas before, I’m not sure if the pizza sauce has changed but the pizzas were so bland and just not good at all. Had half a slice and the rest went in the bin. Kebab meat was fine nothing special but it was ok. It’s put us off ordering again. A shame as it used to be good!

Delicious pizza as allways and delivered in real good time. Always worth getting a pizza from Fred's Pizzas. 10 out of 10.

Whole bag was soggy and drenched with grease. The gravy on my chips had no taste whatsoever so ever

missing chips .not be deal but I expect to get my full order what I pay for

Driver must not know how to carry a pizza. The Bolognesepizza everything was to one side. Chips soggy and cold. I had bad experience Xmas eve with 2 hour delivery. I gave another chance. After over 20 years using Fred’s I have to say I will not be using again

food was ordered 7.22pm it then didn't arrive as expected by 8.35pm rang shop 5 times to chase order the food then finally arrived at 9.25pm. pizza was cold and wedges arrived squashed and without cheese( cheese wedges was ordered)

kebab wrap was so fresh and tasty garlic and chilli sauce amazing curry and chips could of done with a bit more curry sauce on was really tasty

The pizza was perfect.; hot and delicious. Really enjoyed it. Delivery was a bit slow, but it's a busy time of year, so not unexpected.

We got 2x 10pizza and kebab deal with extra kebab and a kinder cheese cake. The food was early and hot. All the food was really good quality. great garlic sauce and the cheese cake was beautiful 😍 would defo recommend and we will be back

Delivered food to another house half way down my street the women had to bring them to my door. i am not impressed at having food delivered and handed over to complete strangers so it was binned. Very disappointed and I will submit my refund.

really disappointed. the cheesy chips were completely inedible, it was just one big clump and the pizza was super stodgy.

ordered a kebab cheese burger with salad ..I got a plain burger no kebab meat and only red and white cabbage also chips were cold ..I won't be ordering again a complete waste of money

Had an XL kebab and it was delicious. You get loads of kebab meat and plenty of salad!

I got the tandoori and chicken mixed kebab - it was decent quality, little bit bland and the salad wasn't great - next time I'll get the chips and make my own salad. Delivery was quick though and it was pretty tasty

Lovely wraps, nice and hot on delivery but barely any garlic sauce at all this time, which made the wrap very dry.

Absolutely inedible. Burger was cold hard tough mush. Didn't feel safe swallowing it. Pizza had a very odd taste im assuming the ingredients were old and stale. Never ordering from here again I expect a full refund wouldn't feed it to the dog.

First time ordering from here. Everyone enjoyed there food. Food was beautifull and fresh flavoursome and tasty. large portions chicken kebab with salad and garlic sauce. donner with chips. And tandoori chicken kebab and chilli sauce. Instructions were followed for allergies would definately recomend 😁😁😁

I waited 2 hours for my delivery and it was hardly even warm when it got here. Garlic and chilli sauce was also watery. Not worth the wait at all

10/10 pizza. Best pizza I've had in years. Loads of topping, and perfect bread. Definitely be getting it again!

25 mins late. 15 mins before that, I rang to see where food was at...the excuse was that they are really really busy, but I was told it was on its way. If they are so busy, they shouldnt accept anymore orders. If it was on its way, it should not have taken 15 more minutes to arrive after that call. Food was nice, but the lateness affected the temperature of the food Gsve wrong sauces(asked for 3 garlic and 1 chilli, but got 2 of each instead). First time I've error had to complain about Fred's Pizzas.

Food usually unreal from here but the chips this time were very bitty and tasted like they had sand in them. Also, there's no difference in size between regular chips and large chips.

Fred's is a bit of local legend, and it's a well deserved title. For years they've provided great food and has been one of my favourites for 10 years now. I would recommend them to any one, and after this many years, still can't find a better garlic bread, and the rest of the menu is equally as tasty.

Arrived on time but the food was not great at all. Pizzas were soggy as if they were undercooked, And the garlic sauce is so runny like water. Kebab and the chips weren’t hot either . First time trying and deffo the last.

The chips were soggy and the pizza was also soggy , I orderd late so it was probably slapped together.

A nice mixed kebab wrap. Nice thinly cut kebab meat and plenty of chicken (even after giving the cat lots!). But it was quite late. Just a minor thing but feedback can be useful… the chilli sauce isn’t great, it’s a bit thin and red and lacks real depth

The service received was really bad. The food was wrong and cold, we couldn't eat it. rang the restaurant and they refused to help.

Best take away in the area by a wide mile food is always on point!
