Obviously had been microwaved, chips and nuggets were chewy and the popcorn chicken was too dry to eat

no sweetcorn and not enough pineapple

I was scammed by Freddys from Nelson. My order never arrived. I am reporting the matter to the police. Because they kept scamming me that it would be 15 minutes. I have cameras outside my house so the police will check. Drivers should learn to read house numbers.

Worst Experience Ever! Messed up half my order rang them up and they send the peri peri chicken like i wanted my regular chicken pieces. I thought they would know the difference and I lost money and my appetite. Only good thing was the delivery.

Saying food was meant to be here at 9:50-10-10 and it's now 23:14 and still no food but saying delivered and rang up and they said the food was delivered to the wrong address, rude when i rang up about an hour ago asking why it wasn't here yet telling me it would be a few minutes

Need upgrade for sitting area and place needs to be on top of cleaning. It's awful when I go and find food on the floor and table.we see staff when it's not busy talking and laughing which is fine but who is cleaning your tables, unfortunately, customers are while they stand around and the toilets are not pleasant either. The food is decent but they can't make the shop clean and somewhere decent for families to sit and enjoy they food .

took a long time to get my food to me. gave me someone else’s order and then driver came back took the other persons order and then took a long time to bring my food.

Almost everything was correct but the staff failed to read the extra notes I left on therefore no red salt and extra sauces were given. Please in future read your extra notes! One very upset daughter as she loved red salt on her fries!!

Burgers were cold, fried chicken coating was hard and looked like reheated. Only chips were fresh. Disappointed!

driver didn't reach correct address was lost despite him using a navigation. chips wer cold and soggy and cold. chicken tray box was crushed with the weight of other delivery's in bag.

I rang up and got my two items but 15 mins later and the wrong one I didn't notice until after I had phoned so I did not ring back. slightly disappointing but am hoping it was a one off as we do not usually have any issues.

An absolutely abysmal quality of customer service by the person who answered the telephone. Chicken tikka on naan sent without the salad and sauces, the naan was burnt and the tikka pieces were dry! Can’t thank the delivery driver enough who when returned with my missing order, went out of his way to sort out my chicken tikka order and sent a freshly prepared order exactly how it should have been. Thank you to the delivery driver once again!

I got 2 kebabs - a medium and one large. . The drop down on the order didnt even come up - so I presumed it was automatic put on. we didnt open the kebabs until around 7pm to find a nan bread with very dry meat - inedible- we both put the Kebabs in the bin. what a waste of £13 - never agaib

I can't believe how delayed the food was. I ordered early so we could pick up on time and have the kids fed before fasting opens. Order was due to be ready at 6.05 on arrival half the order was ready then the guys tried giving food that we jad not ordered . Then I jad to send the pic of what I jad ordered for them to tell us its still not ready. 20mins later we got there and finally we had out order. I mean if I had to wait for 40 nins I should have just asked for it to ve delivered. But then that would probably be delayed too. Totally and utterly disappointed

i ve ordered chicken wings, chicken strips and 8 pcs fried chicken. The wings were tasteless without any salt on them but at least the were moist, the stripes were garlicky to the point that i wouldn't want to breathe to anyone near 500 meters and the fried chicken pieces were ultra dry not even the plain spicy mayo could do anything to save them, no salt either and tasteless. The coating was bad as well. I dont plan to order ever again.

no updates done on the app. no call from delivery driver to let me know he is there. Donner kebab was hard and cut hours ago, no salad or sauce. disgusting and had to be binned. chicken was ok and edible. i wont be ordering food from there again.
