I told them make spicy burger but that wasn’t spicy

Been waiting over a hour and it’s still not here but saying it’s been delivered.

never delivered food. claimed I refunded an order 2 months ago even though I've ordered from here more then twice within that time frame

I ordered three spicy burgers with red salted fries and chili mayonnaise. While the food arrived on time, the order was completely incorrect—I received three regular burgers, the fries had no red salt, and the sauces were missing. To make matters worse, I found a hair in the fries. When I called to request a refund or some form of compensation, the staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and insisted that I return the burgers before they could send out the correct order. Since we had opened our fast for Ramadan, we only realized the mistake after taking a bite. Despite explaining the situation, he refused to do anything, showed no willingness to rectify the issue, and didn’t even offer an apology. This experience was unacceptable. The food was subpar, the service was dismissive, and the lack of accountability was disappointing. I will not be ordering from this establishment again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well

Bun for peri peri burger was not fresh and chicken inside was hard.

Came very late.the delivery driver was polite and sorry but whoevwr packed the order left out my sons bubblegum ice cream.the driver said he would come back with it in 20 mins but still waiting.This is the 3rd time they have forgotten the ice cream.

I found a some beard in the food box🤮.

Great food always, been here lots of time but the reason why it’s a four star as there needs to be more cleaning seats. The seats can be a bit dirty so kept looking for other seats that were suitable but that’s the only issue I had today.

You need to take the option of gravy off the menu.

This time delivery was late and food not hot, lil bit warm.. Dissapointed...

I used to work here as a delivery driver when it was follies so even though follies no longer exists I'm pleased to say that I'm glad it's still a takeaway as its the only one in nelson that I'll order from. Now i normally go in person to get my order but just for a change we had it delivered from just eat & it was around 20 mins earlier than the time slot it showed. Delicious food extra fast delivery & a free can of pepsi 👌 now that's great service. Definitely benp

I was scammed by Freddys from Nelson. My order never arrived. I am reporting the matter to the police. Because they kept scamming me that it would be 15 minutes. I have cameras outside my house so the police will check. Drivers should learn to read house numbers.

Worst Experience Ever! Messed up half my order rang them up and they send the peri peri chicken like i wanted my regular chicken pieces. I thought they would know the difference and I lost money and my appetite. Only good thing was the delivery.

Saying food was meant to be here at 9:50-10-10 and it's now 23:14 and still no food but saying delivered and rang up and they said the food was delivered to the wrong address, rude when i rang up about an hour ago asking why it wasn't here yet telling me it would be a few minutes

Need upgrade for sitting area and place needs to be on top of cleaning. It's awful when I go and find food on the floor and table.we see staff when it's not busy talking and laughing which is fine but who is cleaning your tables, unfortunately, customers are while they stand around and the toilets are not pleasant either. The food is decent but they can't make the shop clean and somewhere decent for families to sit and enjoy they food .
