Need upgrade for sitting area and place needs to be on top of cleaning. It's awful when I go and find food on the floor and table.we see staff when it's not busy talking and laughing which is fine but who is cleaning your tables, unfortunately, customers are while they stand around and the toilets are not pleasant either. The food is decent but they can't make the shop clean and somewhere decent for families to sit and enjoy they food .

Asked for coleslaw get gravy...

took a long time to get my food to me. gave me someone else’s order and then driver came back took the other persons order and then took a long time to bring my food.

Food was really good 👍🏼 hot tasty and on time however burger and chicken had a slight kick to it but didn’t spoil the food.

Had a hairy asian style pizza but threw it out, ovs. Fried chicken was good although was missing a burger and the delivery service was okay.

The quality of the food that did arrive was subpar. The chicken burger were cold and undercooked. My children did not eat not at all. Never Freddy’s again.

Almost everything was correct but the staff failed to read the extra notes I left on therefore no red salt and extra sauces were given. Please in future read your extra notes! One very upset daughter as she loved red salt on her fries!!

driver didn't reach correct address was lost despite him using a navigation. chips wer cold and soggy and cold. chicken tray box was crushed with the weight of other delivery's in bag.

order is usually spot on but today I had two items missing and one item wrong. I rang up and got my two items but 15 mins later and the wrong one I didn't notice until after I had phoned so I did not ring back. slightly disappointing but am hoping it was a one off as we do not usually have any issues.

An absolutely abysmal quality of customer service by the person who answered the telephone. Chicken tikka on naan sent without the salad and sauces, the naan was burnt and the tikka pieces were dry! Can’t thank the delivery driver enough who when returned with my missing order, went out of his way to sort out my chicken tikka order and sent a freshly prepared order exactly how it should have been. Thank you to the delivery driver once again!

Rang the restaurant numerous times and they said it’s 10 minutes away and then 2 minutes away! Food was freezing when it arrived

I got 2 kebabs - a medium and one large. . The drop down on the order didnt even come up - so I presumed it was automatic put on. we didnt open the kebabs until around 7pm to find a nan bread with very dry meat - inedible- we both put the Kebabs in the bin. what a waste of £13 - never agaib

I can't believe how delayed the food was. I ordered early so we could pick up on time and have the kids fed before fasting opens. Order was due to be ready at 6.05 on arrival half the order was ready then the guys tried giving food that we jad not ordered . Then I jad to send the pic of what I jad ordered for them to tell us its still not ready. 20mins later we got there and finally we had out order. I mean if I had to wait for 40 nins I should have just asked for it to ve delivered. But then that would probably be delayed too. Totally and utterly disappointed

i ve ordered chicken wings, chicken strips and 8 pcs fried chicken. The wings were tasteless without any salt on them but at least the were moist, the stripes were garlicky to the point that i wouldn't want to breathe to anyone near 500 meters and the fried chicken pieces were ultra dry not even the plain spicy mayo could do anything to save them, no salt either and tasteless. The coating was bad as well. I dont plan to order ever again.

no updates done on the app. no call from delivery driver to let me know he is there. Donner kebab was hard and cut hours ago, no salad or sauce. disgusting and had to be binned. chicken was ok and edible. i wont be ordering food from there again.

Asked for normal mayo which i paid for and got spicy. Sent me freezing cold chips and luke warm chicken

today i bought 4 burgers and when my son bit into one of the burgers he said “why is this hard to bite” then when i checked it was completely raw and uncooked so then i called them to complain and he was very rude and i was unable to bring it back because i live 15miles away from Nelson.

yesterday 17/12/23 i ordered 3piece fried chicken, wedges, coleslow, and soft drinks, i did not recieve the chicken, i tried to call freddys 13 times in all no reply, seemed to be constantly engaged. this is not the first time this has happened, but they resolved it. im not happy at all, the food is normally good that is when you get it.wont be ordering again unless they tell me what happened.

I would not recommend Freddies again to my family or friends I used to be a regular and order about once or twice a week and every time they don’t bring sauce which I pay for so rung them up and the guy sed we will bring it then they didn’t bring all the sauce just Mayo and garlic no spicy so rung back and the guy went of phone started saying hello no one answered so hung up and rung back and he was rude on phone saying why did u hang up I told u one minute I sed no u didn’t otherwise. I wouldn’t of hung up then my sons dad went on phone and he started trying to have a laugh thinking it was funny and then I got phone and asked to speak to a manager and they put a guy on who spoke broken English pretending to be the manager he sed we will sort you out next time u order or something similar to that effect and in the the end they didn’t return with the spicy Mayo so our food went cold as well

Received "on the way" notification at 1910. Called the restaurant at 1950 and they said "2 mins" 25 minutes later food arrived.

Ordered pizza and chicken from here and they tasted really great, and they even gave us more chicken than we ordered! A 5-star place all-around

The food was burnt from the bottom,the chips were burnt and the prices were more expensive from the other local food chains.

Ordered 2 pieces of chicken and chips twice with colstew cost me 10 pound got 2 pieces of chicken and 1 chips the delivery was fast the chicken had deffo seen better days was has dry has a bone like it had been kept warm longer than it should have been I rang and complained he said there was nothing he could do I offered him the chicken bk to replace the response was nothing I can do about it won't be ordering again

Overall it was as usual except I ordered a side of barbecue chicken wings. What I got was spicy chicken wings plastered in bottled barbecue sauce. I never order spicy food for myself as I cannot eat it so I’m really disappointed with that. In future I will be very wary of what I order.
