Freddy's Chicken & Pizza in Stockport

Couldn't order so couldn't try it! the app kept malfunctioning and they havent learnt how to answer a phone yet.....

Just been to freddys as I entered the shop had to wait to be served as to staff were on the phones got my stuff bread was sokky chicken was warm can was warm and chips were half cooked some of them so it's a no no for freddys for me 😒

Just had a burger from this place it’s cold feel like made ages ago waste of money

Will give 0 if it was available, guy behind the counter sat on his personal phone and finishes the call and then ignores u completely and walks away.

Terrible customer service Late Food orders by atleast 45 minutes No phone call or apologise. Used to be a regular customer for over 3 years. Will never order from this place ever again

Won’t eat from this place even if it was free, rude owner and workers. Ordered food late night was told they came to my house and I said I had no money, yes your confused just as confused as me , then start giving it big on the phone

I ordered a chicken burger that was floppy and rubbery, there was a mountain of salt on the chips, and the chicken strips I ordered were just big nuggets. Highly disappointing. Avoid if you can, there are countless better chicken shops in Manchester.

I have ordered 2 chicken fillet burger meal boxes . The burger is not good. Chicken is half cooked and fries are completely dried and salty. Worst food but good delivery.

I have ordered from here for the first time today and I must say that it is one of the best chicken shops around stockport I phoned the takeaway and asked for my order to be delivered when they send the last order out and they did the chicken was fresh and hot when the delivery arrived the fries were lovely and gravy was nice to burgers wraps wings ect was all fresh and really nice 👌 I would recommend to everyone and I will be ordering again when I fancy a burger

Over 30mins late. No attempt at contactless delivery. Portions of fries missing from order. Those that did come were thawed, but not cooked. Still tough inside, but oily, flaccid and bendy. Ended up putting them in the oven to try make them edible. Chicken was not crispy. Asked for an item without mayo, came with mayo - just as well my son isn't allergic. Hash brown in wrap was cold. Pizza tasted very strange indeed. One of the worst meals we've ordered. Will not order from here again.

Just been past the takeaway tonight and watched the staff rubbing their hands on their faces touch their hair and then taking the food and putting into bags , no hygiene standards at all especially under these issues we have at the moment Disgusting the poor hygiene. I have noticed the good comments they have been given are from friends and family as true customers have spoken the true

Ordered a few pizzas from here when the Fury fight was on - they were nothing short of impeccable. Base made to perfection, right amount of cheese and toppings and good sauces to go with. Customer service was good too and the food was still warm when it arrived. 10/10

Absolutely Awful they told us our delivery was on our it’s way after an hour of waiting and then “ just eat “ sent us a message saying our order has been cancelled just 2 minutes after saying to us that it is with the driver all ready made They were also rude on the phone and hung up on us after we asked about where our order was after waiting 1. Hour and a half absolutely awful service never use again 1 star rating.!

I ordered spicy chicken burger and a Oreo milk shake. Burger was nicely assembled and taste so much better and fresh , milk shake was soo nice. New management is providing polite a good customer service.

Ordered pizza and it was on point. Just perfect the staff are really help full took my order. So not sure why there's so many negative reviews. Both of the vegetarian pizza was delicious. Love the red salt on the chips. Would 100% recommend it. Ignore the other review and go for it.

Ordered a strip burger, chips and a 6 wings. Took about an hour and a half to arrive and once it did the moron had forgotten my wings and the chips were cold. Also the strip burger tasted nasty so I fed it to my cat and he fully died. Would not recommend to anyone

I had plans for my grandaughters pamper day with 11 other school friends . Well I saw this place was open from 12.30 so it would be ideal for pizzas for 1.0 clock . But the place wasn't even open when it states open at 12 .30 Saturday . So thank you for ruining it . And from the reviews I've read I think they all had a lucky escape . Ordered spicy chicken burger and ended up giving a rotten chicken slice with cheese on a bun? Spoken to the owner and he was extremely rude. I think they should work on their professionalism and quality of food for the customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Made a order 16£ order to be delivered. I asked him if I could get 3 burgers. One spicy two normal. On arrival I inspected the meals to find ...one burger game with just cheese ... so I rang them back ... after arguing for more than 3min I got a “what do u want me to do? Send u out another burger ?” In a rude tone of voice . I then was told to use the sauce that I asked for extra to make my burger spicy. I am absolutely shocked I was told to come down and make a scene and I asked the gentleman “boss” for his name he was very rude and told me to do one. I'm appalled at the delivery man's attitude towards our clients at the residential home i work at. Stigmatizing, rude and judgmental. I have advised my patient's not to order from here again if that's the attitude from the staff. I certainly won't be ordering from here in the future.

First time ordering, and have to say not the best for time. My order was meant to be delivered at quarter past the hour, got to the time and it still hadn’t arrived so I gave it 10 minutes and still nothing so called the restaurant. I find out that my order hasn’t even left the shop and they tell me it will be out for delivery in 5 minutes. Not very happy as should be going to the delivery time that is given to the customer. Waited an hour from estimated time. Never again

Decent fried chicken shop, burgers are a bit on the small side, but they are nice. The fries are really tasty and they put red salt on them. They have good fried wings but pizzas are just ok. They have loads of different meal deal options, but it's an average fried chicken shop, nothing special or out the ordinary here. 6.5/10

Two stars only because they tried to mend what they did wrong otherwise one star. Firstly got the order wrong. Secondly there is an extra charge of .60p in receipt as general item which was not part of the order. Redelivered even though I didnt ask for it. Driver was a top man. They need to improve their communication to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

Absolute shite service, not sure about the food as it never arrived, ordered via just eat never had any problems with any other establishments, telephoned up to end up speaking to a complete bellend who had no people skills whatsoever, and if the business wants to survive keep the person in question away from the phone, not sure if it was Freddy himself, but whoever it was I would like to say a big massive thank you and I am starving , but not to worry I found a proper restaurant which is what I should’ve done in the first place , And it is obvious I will no longer require your services many thanks! 😀😃😄😁😆

Took more then two hours to come, food wasn't worth the wait, would not advise anyone to eat from this takeaway.

Usually go in for collection as you can tell them what exactly you want but had two deliveries of these & both times been useless.. been skanked for 60p aswell as giving the driver a £1 tip.. it's like they give you the wrong pizza on purpose.. would not reccomend as staff are immature & rude & quite frankly don't give a hoot about the reputation of the chain.

Good quality cheap food. Staff is nice. I go to them almost every day all the way from Altrincham. I recmmond this as a 5 star

Aweful take away! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. My food was 30 minutes late and they got the wrong address then charged me £1 extra for the extra delivery. They then delivered my food to my actual address and forgot to label the shakes despite one having nuts and me saying I was allergic to nuts which could have lead to me having a serious allergic reaction and being in hospital as I am seriously allergic to nuts. Also they forgot 2 portions of chips and I rang to ask for them to be delivered as id paid for them, they then delivered only 1 portion still missing a portion 2 HOURS after they said it would be delivered. I again called to say I was still missing a portion of chips where the man on the phone threatened me and asked me to go down and fight him? He proceeded to threaten me with physical threats. He said I only asked for 1 chips the first time but when I called again he said they sent out 2 portions and blamed the driver for losing a portion? He was rude and aggressive and when I asked to speak to his supervisor to report this he said he was going home and proceeded to swear at me a couple times. Aweful food aweful delivery aweful customer service wouldn't recconend. NOBODY ORDER FROM HERE, could have killed me for god sake.

Chicken burger tastes like it's been warmed up not cooked correctly! When I rang to correct it was met with a very rude and very unhelpful women (won't say lady as she had no manners) We wasted £12 on this order when we asked for a redelivery we were told no! If you want hot good food delivered fresh with no hassle then DO NOT under any circumstances use this place! Eat your own arm it will possibly taste better and cost you less! Very unhelpful very rude will NEVER EVER use again I would sooner starve or eat my own arm! Steer well clear much better take aways with much better staff that actually care about customers and not profit! Even when told I would contact environmental health the phone got put down on me and they dismissed my complaint!!

Do not use this takeaway. Don't know if owner has changed but the service recently has gone completely out of the window. I'm currently trying to find details for the owner so I can put an official complaint in. If that fails then I will be taking it further. Happy enough to take your money but not happly to deliver what was ordered. And takes 2 hrs for delivery.

It's free deliver within 3 miles, I was 3.4miles away so got charged £2.50???? Classic Con Driver had no change so got taken for more! Food was good though
