Freak Burger in Birmingham

Burger decent, as for the fries though 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ so soggy they was basically inedible. Find away of keeping them crisp

Burgers was so good and I loved the milkshake , haven’t tried my cookie dough yet as the burger was more filling than expected but it looks amazing 😍

One of the best smash burger places I have tried. After trying so many places I have finally found this place that does original smash burger in Birmingham. It is very tasty has lots of flavour in it. I will definitely be ordering again and will be a regular at this place. Well done guys 👍👍

Incredible food, even the most basic burger (if you can call it that) was garnished generously, sauce was great and the bread was so fresh, then the presentation is so good since your burgers aren't crushed during delivery. The dirty fries were still hot and crispy on eating, cheese sauce was great and the mince meat well seasoned. All in all a great experience, best burger I've had from a takeaway in a long time.

I'm sure the food ordered could have been delicious had it not been delivered to me 7 days after I ordered it. At least that was the burger looked like and tasted like when it eventually did arrive. Staff lied on the phone and could hear other members of staff lying to us about the poor state of my burger. This wasn't an uber problem as the driver was employed by the company rather than uber. Shame.

One of the worst take away experiences I’ve ever had. Staff are rude and lie to you without realising you can hear their every word through the phone. Delivery took over 2 hours and it arrived cold and soggy. We were told it was the uber drivers fault even though the delivery driver told us he worked directly for the restaurant. Don’t ever order from this place is you value time and money.

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Had the worst service ever. Called in the order and we’re told about 30 minutes. Waited two hours. Called twice. Lied to both times. Could hear them talking in the background trying to decide what to tell us. Finally got the food after waiting 2 hours. Chips and burger were ice cold. Milkshake and ice cream were literally puddles. Don’t waste your time or money.

Burgers and loaded fries were cooked quickly, and nicely presented. Burgers were juicy and loaded with sauce, so can be messy to eat but delicious. Milkshake was also excellent! Friendly staff and will definitely be using them again.

Keep the quality and I'm sure you'll be one of the top Burger places in the Westmidlands the milkshake was delicious too!

Really disappointed with the food. Burger is too overloaded and holds no structure. Chicken tastes likes its been sat under a heat lamp and is far too spicy when it was advertised as southern fried for the chicken and waffles but wasn't, its actually zinger strips? and also came with no honey or maple syrup! Won't be going back.
