Food quality is good but prices have hiked so much that its more expensive than nandos and thats saying something. That said flavours and lamb chops are amazing. Cant fault the food, close nandos competitor but will be closed soon at these prices.

My family ordered from here recently and the food in my opinion was a amazing but they did not think the same. No shame to them at all but Brother has said both times we got this it made him feel sick to the point he had to have a day of school. Mother was not impressed by the amount she had got for the expensive price. I recommend Pepe's peri peri.

Been coming here for a few months can’t complain can’t fault the place every tastes fresh and comes very fast service , customer service is great even catered for my baby needing her bottle warmed up every time I visit. Can’t think of anything negative from the last place. WELL DONE TO THE SHOP TEAM!

It was a first visit, very warm welcoming, great atmosphere, the process and time of ordering food and receiving the food was on time. The actual food and desert was delicious. A generous gentleman was working who was very nice, Jagindar and a girl in the name of Summer she was very nice. Also. Thank you very much, I will definitely be visiting again, bring my friends and family also. Highly recommend.

Great food and enjoyed everytime I have been and always easy to get parking.

Been a few times over the years, today every food item including sides were freshly prepared and very satisfying, the manager is one of the most hospitable I've ever seen in any restaurant, always polite and very attentive.

I’ve Been here many times always have walked out happy BUT unfortunately not today I felt disappointed.. came with family ordered 2 of the new Franzos club sandwiches for myself & hubby & was given toast with broken up chicken pieces..really didn’t expect that.. completely put my mood off for the evening..It was nothing like advertised on the menu.. I did question what’s this? I didn’t order this…Why does it look different on the menu but the staff said it’s nice try it if you don’t like it I will change it so I asked for a brioche bun as the toast was to wet to pick up so I put the small pieces of chicken in there as I didn’t want to wait another 20 mins for replacement..even though my children’s order was perfect at least they were happy…

Visited last night with 6 family members, just after 10pm, restaurant was clean & food was amazing. Everyone was totally satisfied with the quality & taste of the food, especially their lamb chops. Manager was polite & the Service was great too. 2nd visit & hopefully many more to come.

This restaurant is disgusting The stuff is very dirty always in there and disrespectful the food is always cold and raw The shop is always dirty and there is mouses inside the shop

This place is a scam - they are creating ghost restaurants on Uber Eats to make more profit but if you check the address it's all the same place. Not surprising that they make good money even though the restaurant itself is always empty. Very unfair behaviour and disrespect to customers and other businesses in Enfield. Food average.

No ratings this time due to not delivering half of the order. Instead of compensating and offering to deliver the food i instead have to go through a process for a refund for a half a meal. This is our go to take away and I’m very unsatisfied with the willingness to fulfil the full delivery.

Franzos is basically Nandos with no atmosphere, but very close to home. We've spent thousands of pounds here. Yesterday the manager decided not to add a pineapple slice to a wrap as we hadn't paid for it. There was no option to add it to the wrap on Just Eat - apparently I should have added it as a side and then put it on the note (it's not like i haven't ordered this same wrap 100 times before this way). We got a note on the delivery saying 'sorry no pineapple as you have to pay for it'. It would have been better for them to have just forgotten the pineapple. When I called in with the note, the manager who has served us nearly all the times we've been in before rudley said 'times are hard sorry'... She had actually written the note on the receipt. Times will be a lot harder now you've lost a big customer over 95p that I would have been happy to pay for had I known how to on just eat! Back to Nandos for us!

Great place, always come during the day and always welcomed with a great smile from Summer. She always goes the extra mile to make it feel like fine dining.

Summer at Enfield branch was absolute star, her customer service is next level, made us feel welcome and dealt with the everything accordingly .

I've usually gone to the ilford branch. This one is a franchise and the food tastes great. Its the exact same flavours. Good number of seating, nice modern decor with a rustic finish. We were served by Emma, who was very friendly, attentive and courteous. Food arrived in good time. We tried the mock tails which were really fresh and tasty. Definitely a great place to eat. Highly recommended.

This place is doing a lot of ghost restaurants on Deliveroo meaning that for Enfield they are making the app unusable.

Portions were good and food was tasty like always. It’s reassuring whenever we find a place with consistent quality, which is why my husband and I continue to come back.

I didn’t get my delivery they didn’t even knock my door

Food was awful. Chicken was drowned in a tangy sauce instead of being grilled with a marinade. Asked for the chicken to be changed as it was not edible, took so long my husband had already finished his food. The spicy rice is actually yellow pilau rice and was 2/3 days old. Dry and no flavour. Do not recommend and will never return.

Bought a Mixed Platter today and collected it from Enfield. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes and when I got there in 25 minutes,they had not even put the chicken on the grill!!!!. The cashier called Sama was totally unhelpful and useless. She also charged extra for a sauce which they give free when you sit in. So in the end I have to wait another 30 minutes and Sama was very rude to all the when I was waiting to the extent that I feel she took personal pleasure in fobbing game off. Oh by the way I asked for the manager and was told he is not in!!!

We never got our food, Which is quite shocking since we always had good service from this place and our address is close to them.

In a nutshell this place is clean, friendly and serves high quality food. You can taste the quality difference amongst competitors like Pepes but what surprised me the most was how much better it was than Nando’s. This place is in its own league. Took my friends and family there within a day of discovering it. The manager really cares about the food serves and maintains an effective presence. Even when the manager isn’t there the food is amazing so clearly instilled an amazing attitude amongst staff. Every single waitress I’ve spoken to was attentive, extremely polite and always happy to help. Overall; I’ve tried it three times and each time it was amazing. Definitely no flop here. + did I mention HOW AFFORDABLE IT IS? Thanks for the lovely food!

The prices are so disproportionate to the portions. £2.75 for a pot of coleslaw which is the same size you would get a dip in from a decent kebab shop? Pathetic. Service charge? We aren’t in America and it’s not like I was served in a restaurant. I gave this place another chance and regret it. Will go elsewhere for sure from now on

We’ve ordered a few times from this place, Portions are good and their food has been fresh & tasty every time. Today the Chicken strips were evenly cooked and nicely marinated. And the burger and chips both fresh and tasty. 10/10

Me and my friend often eat there as a treat to ourselves and we always notice the same warm welcome, cleanliness, same great taste of the smashed burgers. What I really want to highlight is this shop really values its customers - the tall fella and the girls are always super polite and caring. During Ramadan they have dates for people to open their fast and not just ordinary dates but special quality dates. You ask for something and they give you in abundance - really shows the care they have for their clients.

Amazing service and delicious food! The peri peri burgers where delicious, and has so much flavour! The grilled chicken and wings where well-cooked, hot and saucey. The peri fries where crispy and fresh. Thank you to Emma for being so attentive and kind and also the manager who was so thoughtful.

Ordered at 7.40 and didn't arrive until 10 and we were fasting. When we phoned them they said they only got it at 9 - still tryna figure out how the money was taken at 7.40 from my account and they didn't get the order until 9. Only order if you have 3 hours to spare deffo not for iftar. However when the food came it was really delicious but that might be bc we were at the verge of starving at this point

Food ordered from deliveroo, understandably delays happen, but a 30 mins delay is unacceptable. Spoke to the manager Gurminder who only apologised and didnt offer any form of compensation. It was a big £70 order as well. This place doesnt know how to take care of its customers, when they made a mistake. Terrible service and experience.

I've always treated myself every pay to this place and it's never failed to deliver an exceptional service. Spoke the manager the other ams he was a really nice well spoken individual who strived on his customer service. Will be going again and again!

Food was average; spicy rice was a few days old and had been heated in a microwave. Chicken was just about warm.

Customer service is very worse now. Beef burger was cold. there was no Sause, when We asked, lady said she has no time to made it. Another day, order 3 item lady brings two, I asked ,when other item came, she replied, I have two hand only. Sometimes no one where to receive the customers. Manager was always busy to having his food. it was good restaurant even 6 months ago. Now management is very poor. so sorry for the condition and service

The food was delivered to the wrong door number. I called the restaurant and they said they couldn't help as we ordered through Just Eat. Luckily the person who received it brought the food to us. The restaurant didn't read the notes so didn't modify our burger. Usually lovely food and service from Franzos.

i don’t usually write reviews but i got a takeout last night and got 2 loaded boxes and the customer service was immaculate, the staff was all really really nice we were served by this tall man who i think was the manager im not sure but he was super nice and welcoming you could tell it was genuine. the food was exceptional it was made fresh and it the burger was juicy and the bone fell right off the wings which was amazing honestly i loved this place, i’ve had franzos before but this was just different. will defo be coming back here

We were a party of 13, so taking our own orders to the front was a minor annoyance, but the food was excellent and the staff helpful and polite.

Great food at reasonable prices with not a long wait for it to be ready. The restaurant is absolutely spotless and staff are lovely.

Thought we would give Franzos a try, and it was great! Reasonably priced, with chicken and burgers on the menu, all freshly cooked. Six of us ate, and although we waited a little longer than the promised 15 mins (nearer 30), the six mains all arrived together, and were all hot, with loads of peri fries. I tried the Lebanese chicken pitta, which was very tasty. The shakes are also great, and big, so we ordered to take away after our meals. All-in-all, a positive experience, and will definitely be going back. PS: Just for info, no alcohol on the drinks menu, which wasn't a problem....but don't expect to order a cool beer with your meal.

The would of got 5 stars but the are lacking with sauce. Where other Franzos has plenty.

Delicious, and good portions. Clean and well kept. Although the managers skin tight jeans are a sight for sore eyes.

First experience: Food was flavoursome and portions perfect. Salad with chicken strip's was great and both the boys loved the wings, burgers and peri peri chips. Asthetics and design of the dinning area is fab. So clean and spacious. The booths add a more private dining experience. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely delicious!! Best chicken burger I’ve ever had, so flavourful its CRAZY!! The staff are so polite and helpful especially Gurminder he is absolutely brilliant and definitely knows what customer service is! Highly recommend this place! DELICIOUS!!!!

outstanding place I was very impressed with our waitress Naufi, amazing food and service!

I ordered takeaway and was told it would take 15 mins. I returned and asked about my order, in a dismissive tone the staff said it would take another 10 minutes. Again approached after the recommended time to only be told to wait another 3 minutes. Apparently it was due the cooking method of on of the dishes which was not highlighted to me before i made my order. Finally got my order. There was more chips than chicken. And the final nail in the coffin in was whole family got an upset stomach from the meal. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Never ordering from here again. Me and my colleagues ordered. Bravo burger, beef smash burger and a wrap. We all had stomach aches and was visiting the toilet regularly. I called and told them was told will get a call back. We would order from here all the time so they have lost a valued customer and also everyone that works with me.

Just had the lamb and chilli sauce wrap with fries..... A treat from my youngest lad. Absolutely amazing food...... Great taste and filling. Its my birthday soon and we'll be back.

Quiet. Good food. Quick service.friendly staff

We ordered only the mocktails, which are a bit on the pricy side but the taste of some does make up for it. However, nothing was labelled so I had taste everyone's drinks to figure which is which. Also the colour of some of them is very off putting, e.g. the piña colada has bits and is thin and the colour is grey/beige ish. The watermelon mojito is very tangy and not sweet. The Bahama mama is good in taste and colour, sweet and refreshing. We also tried the Party on the Beach the other day and that is good too.

My husband had got back with picking up the food, and the order was wrong, they forgot to put the dips in and my milkshake flavour was wrong. So I rang them up and I had a very young and inexperienced girl on the phone telling me everything was ok and that they would give me dips next time and that my milkshake order was not wrong. Well correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t want the dips next time I would like the dips this time to dip my chips in and In and on this order extremely dry chicken strips. Instead of an apology or a solution I received sarcasm and rudeness. I was very polite and said what the problem was and I feel it was handled very unprofessionally. I could not eat my food as it was super dry and I had no dips and I could not drink my milkshake as I ordered a WHITE kinder bueno milkshake and it was a normal milk chocolate one. I dislike milk chocolate so again this was really upsetting. And the girl on the phone telling me she made my milkshake and it was definitely white chocolate could not answer my question when I asked her why there are milk chocolate pieces in my milkshake. What a waste of money. The food was inedible and so was the milkshake. This place needs to learn how to treat their customers, my family really wanted to try this place as it’s relatively new but they definitely will not be now due to the lack of manners and incompetence to run a business. Rude staff and disgusting food do not waste your money.
