A order was placed by my niece. She did not ask for salt and vinegar but it was put on it. She called up to ask to have it replaced as it was saturated by it and she could not eat it. She was told no. Because it would cost them money to fix the mistake that they had made. i then called up because i was upset that my niece has covid and she cant get out and they wont replace it. The reply was that they dont care. It is policy that if anyone dosent ask for salt and vin that they will put it on it !??!?!? i asked where is this stated or is it on your site? he said no. he said all our customers know this. WOW really wow. i asked for him to be the man and send out the order as it was ordered. He refused blankly and said " oh i will wait to see what our other customers say" . I would not recommend Franks based on this. Was only happy to take money from a customer. Now as a result they will not be going back and i would never go to the shop.

Excellent pizzas. Been going since I was a little girl and always been back. Consistently good food. Spicy chicken with jalapeños is my fav. Friendly and polite staff who are happy to help. Only downsides are the wait as they are very popular and it is a nightmare to park outside the shop.

Best chippy in Bishopbriggs. Pizzas are great, service always decent and does good meal deals. Can’t fault it.

Stopped in for a quick bag of chips and was totally ignored. I was the only customer but still failed to grab the attention of the two staff members. The pizzas are great, staff not so.

Been going to Franks for over 25 years (eeek) still the best Pizza and chips in Bishopbriggs, I always order just a plain onion but i have tried the special pizzas that are on offer and they are just delish

Franks never fails to have the best fish & chips. My other half loves the pizza as well. There’s always a queue which speaks for itself really. My go to Friday night treat.

Quick service and they can deliver. Fish and chips always very good. Double cheese and onion pizza great!

Wouldn't go anywhere else for a pizza, freshly made to order with a wide range of toppings and taste amazing! Very friendly staff, nothing is too much hassle and always service with a smile.

The best pizzas in Glasgow Maybe Scotland possibly the UK Lovely fresh crispy chips and delicious fish suppers with the type of vinegar that stings your eyes. Well worth a visit

I'll never understand why people rave about tis place. The pizzas are very average and the chips are always undercooked. It seems their reputation has made them lazy.

Came here when I was youn and now visit anytime I am over this way. Pizzas are great and always service with a smile. Keep up the good work and the double cheese!

Hace años y utilizada de Anna Frank se quejaron del escaso porciones y cómo parecía que contar las patatas fritas, así que pensamos que le daría otra oportunidad en el camino a casa después de un día ajetreado. Última noche viernes 17 de junio me compré 2 pescado y patatas fritas y cuando llegué a casa y abrí las cajas y colocó el pescado y patatas fritas en platos me di cuenta de lo finas que eran peces. Parecían como si estuvieran en una cortadora de carne en rodajas. El 90% de pescado empanada del 10%. Nada ha cambiado todavía la peseta. Tiene una buena reputación por la pizza, pero tienen que hacerlo mejor en el lado de chips no es genial. Yo no volveré. China o India la próxima vez mejor relación calidad-precio.

What can I say....the pizzas and the special suppers are fantastic! They take phone orders too and give you realistic delivery times. You always get this chippy the same way any time of the year!

Cheery staff, great chippy food and super pizzas! Nothing to dislike! Big range of food. Can phone ahead for uplift or phone fir home delivery.
