Frankie's Chicken & Pizza in Warrington

Absolutely disgusted at the customer service with Frankies we placed an order through Uber eats and was notified 45 minutes later the order was out for delivery an hour later and 2 phone calls to the shop with terrible excuses as to where it was, it finally arrives with the most miserable driver possible and we certainly weren’t going to be getting an apology out of him! The food was stone cold, missing and incorrect items. What an absolute shambles this takeaway company and I don’t actually know how they still have a business with the amount of bad reviews left. We’ve used frankies numerous times in the past especially when it first opened and its just gone completely down hill and each and everyone of the staff could do with a lesson in manners! They’ve certainty lost my custom now and I’m sure I won’t be the last!

i can not believe i order food from some where with 1 star in food hygeiene!!! i will be more carefull in choice of food shops in future!

Ordered our food and decided we wanted to make a change but when we ordered to cancel we were told we couldn’t do that over the phone and had to go online, when we went online there was no way of ordering so we called back over an hour later expecting our food as we did not cancel. We were then told that our order had been cancelled but no refund would be sent, bag of crud.

Absolute disgrace of a place, ordered food and wanted to change order and got cheeky out his head on the phone. In the CODVID-19 situation we are in we can obviously understand that delivery services are really busy right know, but all you want as a customer is good food and good communication. We did not get either.Ordered via justeat at 18.30 ish with a recommended delivery time of 19.25. Called Frankie’s for an update at 19.47, 20.15 and 20.36 for updates and was told each time the delivery was on its way.The delivery arrived at 21.00 and all food was cold. The chips also contained plastic-y material and a black hair (both showed in attached photo).We have raised this with Frankie’s directly via phone call the same evening and was told we would get no refund but could get a discount on future orders. We have ordered from Frankie’s previously but after this experience will not be ordering from them in future, so this discount is pointless.Again want to reiterate, we understand the high volume Frankie’s must be receiving at the moment, but do not expect inedible food with no refund.

We recently visited this place called ‘Frankies’. The food was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food a lot and highly recommend it.

Two weeks ago I made a order through JUST EAT, the delivery was estimated 45-60 minutes! The food turned up two hours later FREEZING cold. The pizza was hard as a brick the chicken all stook together, completely unedible. I called the shop and asked them to pick the order up as I was not able to eat it. The customer service was disturbing they buttoned the call twice then finally said the delivery driver was on his way to pick up the UNTOUCHED order and give my my money back. I waited a hour and a half for someone to turn up and nobody did at this point it was 11:40pm. So i called the shop once more and they taken down my details and stated that a manager will be in contact. 2 weeks have passed I made a couple more frustrating calls to this scam of a 'restaurant' and nobody had contacted me. Disgusting avoid at all costs!

Should have took 40minutes but came two hours later. Chips soggy and pizza hard and cold. Never again

Give Frankie a bell last night when I was starving, took nearly 3 hours to come, I could have fell down a grid at this point. Gets back on the phone to ask frankie we’re my donner kebab chicken strips and wedges were and he was like the drivers on his way all 5 times I belled him. Food was hot when it finally got here like but I think the driver must have took a shortcut through Yemen for it to take 3 hours! Really fancied fried chicken but tired of disappointing food from KFC. Gave Frankies a go.... WOW!!!! Amazing. Delivered early food excellent will definitely be ordering my fried chicken from Frankies again

Ordered the first time with this company which was missing stuff and the second time the order was completely wrong. Rang up severval times to correct the order, no help on the phone, no williness to send the corrected order, got put on hold twice and refused any refund or corrected order after 2 hours of waiting.

Ordered food, didn’t even come to the right address, and refused refund £30, never ever use this establishment, they were ignorant on phone and our night

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered the chicken, and it was delievered a lot sooner than anticipated..... probably because the chicken was uncooked! Took a few bites and there was water in the chicken and it just didnt taste cooked at all; didnt eat the rest but 2-3 bites did enough damage! Spent the rest of the day and night vomitting! Myself and my partner. A waste of money and cost us two days off work! Highly, HIGHLY ... Do NOT recommend.

Frankies have changed there staff in Warrington for the WORST. The staff now are ignorant they didn’t want to say hello how can I help or even have general banter, the order was wrong the food is sound as always but customer service is diabolical and they can’t even get ther order right. They tried to over charge me till I pointed out the correct price on the menu. Then they tried not to give me everything I ordered going backwards don’t use

So ordered online using the Frankies website. Went fine, easy to use and got told we’d have our food delivered in 45 minutes. I then rang up 15 minutes after placing the order because I’d forgotten to order chicken wings. Got told my order was already out for delivery (to which I thought fair enough). Over an hour later my order still has not arrived. I ring up once again for them to tell me that it has not even left the shop yet. I start to explain that About the last call and they hang up on me. So partner goes to collect, we are only given half our order. To which was cold. If your going to eat there go in and get it do not order online.

How is this place still open? We ordered and the food was over 2 hours. Unfortunately I’d paid by card on the Just Eat app otherwise I would have gone to bed!

Complete rubbish! Got told it was a 40 minute wait for food and waited well over 2 hours and when the food finally turned up it was cold. Rang to complain and got told there was no manager available and nobody there for me to raise my complaint with. I got told that being served cold food is acceptable and there is no refund policy if the food is unacceptable. I offered to go into the shop tomorrow to speak to a manager and got told i couldnt with no reason as to why? I advised serving cold food is substandard and got told that being served cold food is fine. A complete and utter joke! And will be reported to trading standards

Delivered wrong pizza, wrong size, wrong toppings. Refused to exchange for the right pizza and wanted extra £ for the wrong pizza delivered!!

1st time ordering here for a delivery costing £30 for a family meal. Order missed off x2 fries, rang straight back to let them know they messed the order up, expected at least an apology and something back on next order. Instead staff argued the fries were on the delivery, but we could drive there to pick them up if we wanted. Never again, what a joke.

I came here with friends and we enjoyed meal. Great quality of food. Prices are so cheap than other takeaways in Warrington.

I've ordered a few times from here and never been a problem, but my order today was a disappointment, I made two orders, asked for gravy on both. When my order came I had one tub off gravy and it was stone cold freezing. I rang the shop back and told him that their gravy was cold and only received one instead off two, the guy then started talking to other people in the shop while I was on the phone and told me he wouldn't be doing anything about the gravy I never got and to put the other one in the microwave. It's not a big deal but you don't speak or treat a paying customer like that. Also I ordered a fillet burger and asked for lettuce and mayo. The sauce I got on my burger is 100% not what I ordered. Safe to say I will never be ordering from here again !!!!

We ordered some chicken & chips and a pizza. The food was awesome, well done, the delivery was fast! We will order from here again!
