Food was delivered, dry and cold. Really really salty and the gravy was like a brown salt sauce. The saving grace was the garlic bread

I’ve just paid £15 for 6 nuggets plus donner meat and 2 pieces of chicken ( not meals) £2 extra for cheese and can. Outrageous poor customer service.. never again for the service or quality of food

I ordered pizza, seems I got thick crust, ordered regular, mine was ok and ended up sharing with hubby because his donner on pitta, extra donner that was supposed to have chilli sauce on, had salad cream of all things! He wasn't impressed, he can't stand salad cream and he tried the meat and it went straight in the bin. We usually collect our food from the places we order, but having the day off work and doing manual labour in the garden since 7:45, I couldn't face going out. 45 mins approx eta was around 1hr 15? Not sure if this is normal? Guy who delivered was friendly and they're friendly on the phone but sorry guys... I'm afraid we won't be ordering from you ever again. My hubby has been eating donners for years and I've never seen him throw one straight in the bin.....pizzas you can't go too far wrong but you seriously need to up your game!!

New review: the chips now have a great spice on them. Not sure if this was just missing off the previous ones. The pizza I got was delicious too. My last review was many ago. Previous review:Very bland chips and they do not even supply salt or vinegar. We are over charged. My friend got handed a meal that had been sat there who knows how long, it was hard and tasteless after obviously being kept warm a long time.

100% chance of your order being messed up. Either delivered to the wrong place or instructions not being followed. Haven't had a single order that hasn't had a mistake. Food is decent but what's the point if it's a 1% chance that it'll be what you've ordered.

We ordered 2 meals tonight. They took ages to arrive. When they got here it was probably the worst food I’ve ordered in Halifax and there are some really bad takeaways. I took one bite of a cold soggy chicken burger and threw the lot in the bin. Just don’t bother ordering from here.

The environment is not so great, it's small and looks funny but the food is great.i got some pizza and it was on point

the first time I got food there because I was hungry, but a very slanderous food in chips, I found hairs in the chicken wings, I found hairs, only the drink was hairless, and you are advice to the staff, please take a shower, don't stay without washing, we are in 2023

The food is tasteless. The counter staff I experience had attitude couldn’t understand a word but was very rude. It’s like they warmed up the day before food and gave it to me. I refused it.

Got a pizza with onions though they been cooked not.raw. but other then that thr dough and sauce wow. Love it

Awful place, normally I order 14 inch cheese and tomato pizza with cheesy chips and same drink its £10.50. Recently they have got worse and make up random prices on phone. Trying to charge me £13 for same order at door. Pozza was half burnt. One of worst places in Halifax. Also took 2 hours to arrive, wasn't even a weekend or busy day of the week either

An hour late food cold fries well how many times can you reheat and donuts stail surprise still trading rip off

I ordered chicken donner on nan. They didn’t put sauces and salad in the donner wrap and chicken was so dry and burnt. Attitude of counter gay was not customer friendly. Very disappointed.

1.3.2023 , Accepted my order on Uber eats then failed to deliver anything ,with no communication at all. Uber gave me £6.54 back which wasn't even all the money. Won't be bothering with this place again!!

Dirty place ,burger wasn't worth £5 chicken wasn't even taste as a chicken. Smell burn old oil in the place .Staff touching food with out gloves .Need proper clean this place . Not recommend to anyone.

Was ok , it filled a gap , but the wrap lacked any flavour or salad or anything but chicken really, and the chicken strips were ok ish , I can't say I really enjoyed any of it really

a trip to italy takes slightly longer than the arrival of your order, and your pizza would be warm.

I am 100% happy from food and friendly staff. Pizza and chicken wrap from here is absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend all my friends if want a nice food there is no better place than frankies.

ordered a simple 12’ margarita pizza and cheesy chips, had to wait 1hr and 43mins for the food to arrive frozen cold had to reheat the food as i knew i they would take the mick to return the food

If you order through just eat and something goes wrong at the restaurant machine down ect and you get told to cancel it dont bother you dont get refunded like the say you will £21.96 robbed of me the pizza machine was down got told to cancel will be refunded disgusting

Said to be delivered at 10:15pm now 11:06pm and no food - shocking really when we rang and it was out for delivery 30 minutes ago

I order from Frankie’s religiously, I have put friends and family onto ur takeaway and am known by the delivery driver yet I continuously have missing and cold food. I ordered a wrap on its own and their was no salad in it, a wrap meal which the fries and drink were missing and a donner kebab in naan which was a mixed kebab. We didn’t get the right sauces, the wraps were cold and my friend couldn’t eat the kebab due to allergies from possibly spices on the meat we didn’t ask for. Very very disappointed and will not be using again sadly.

Unfortunatly zero stars isnt an option. After our ordering food it came 40 mins late 1 order was wrong and still missing 1 pizza. After talking to the restaurant they said they would send a replacement pizza however after over 1 hour it still hasnt turned up and then the restaurant stopped taling phone calls. Incredibly s**t avoid at all costs

Ordered food spent £12 food said it was arriving 30 mins ago still hasn’t arrived. They sent a message trying to change £6 more for ‘tracking review’ just wanted some food not looking very likely that it will arrive now not happy at all tried to call up 4 times and no one answered. Disgusting service do not recommend at all!

I only ordered the chicken fillet burger meal. I don't live far away but when I arrived home, the food was still hot and so tasty. Young man that served me was very friendly and professional. There was a quite extensive menu so I will try something else next time.

Spend more than £15 in the shop and they still crying for mayonnaise and ketchup telling me to pay, then showing me attitude. That they’re doing favour by providing some sauce in the box. Finally paid them £5 for there ketchup and mayonnaise got out from there. My worst experience in the chicken shop I have a had. Worst customer service !

Love going here after a night out, but went in there sober and you have to be careful, got charged for things I didn't order and had to ask him to let me see my total before I tapped my card, being drunk I wouldn't have bothered, but never been ripped off yet so I suppose all good, nice pizzas served here, even got the thumbs up for the fussiest eater I know

DONT ORDER PLS READ ....Ordered for first time cos of recommendation had 4 7year olds and 2 adults order took longer than said and driver only brought 1 pizza told him items missing he checked order number on pizza box went back to car .came back second time after 5 mins with other pizza box but no drinks or chips . checked order number again went back to car took 15 mins to come back came back said order was wrong so I should keep pizza and eat them now then wait another hour for chips told him to no take it all back.WORST FIRST ORDER EVER

Ordered food here tonight and it took a while to come. When it did my dip was missing and both my pizzas was cold one pizza had been badly squashed so all the cheese had come off and stuck to the top of the box. The driver was absolutely lovely but the food is terrible

Good food. Good offers on deals instore. Because it's in town if you go late you get too many drunk people who are loud and some are wearing very little and you start to lose focus as to what to order etc.

This place is in direct competition to KFC - I have tried a few times, purely to see if my first impression was right or not. In reality, and after 4 visits, my honest opinion of the place is that the chicken is sub-standard and tepidly warm, the fries are cold and sub-standard, I honestly do not understand how they think that they are a direct competition to KFC based on their very sub-standard products - (my opinion only), others may vary.

After waiting an hour and half for our order...the chicken was very over cooked and dry. The chips were absolutely disgusting 😑 Save your money and order elsewhere

I placed an order today, and I am very unhappy about it, I rang the restaurant to inform them about my food and they kicked off at me saying that I am wrong and that he pretty my food and then continued to tell me I am wrong, when the bread buns on my burgers was stale I had a frozen chicken fillet and then my chicken wings was pink inside like how do you manage that when they are on display all day. I rang the restaurant and they continued to make threats towards me and saying they'll come to my home where I have a pregnant woman here aswell as a 7 month only baby. Last time I checked you can't say nor do that at all especially making threats saying they are going to come to my house.

Ordered chicken strips and didn’t receive so I rang up, they was rude and were making excuses, the food that I did receive were cold, my boyfriend got a burger and they were mold on the bread. 👎🏼

Ordered food at around 12:50am...I had order confirmation that the food was to arrivate at 2:15am...(which is already a lengthy time)...I then get a notification at 2:15am that the food has been ordered when at 4:30am, there's still no food. Tried calling to solve the issue but they have closed since me waiting beyond their estimated delivery time. I have wasted my money and will not be ordering from here again as this is not the first time I've encountered issues with this amazing takeaway.

Was on a night out with the lads. Went to frankies after. We spent around £20 between 4 of us. I know its not a lot of money, however my girlfriend went to eat the food outside and realised they hadn’t put the chilli sauce on that she asked for. She went back in and they where very very rude to her and refused to add chilli sauce to her food. Then a senior member of staff came forward and demanded she paid £2 for a squirt of chilli sauce! Like that is just extortion!!! Would give a 0 if i could to these thieves !!!

Shocking service. Over 2 hours late, cold food once it arrived. Lied about where it was every time we called up. When we called to complain about the cold/late food, the guy said ‘well what you want me to do about it?’. Shocking.

restaurant is currently 1 minute away from closing and the order i placed still hasn’t arrived even though it was supposed to arrive 45 minutes ago. multiple calls to the restaurant have been either ignored, or picked up and then the person on the other end has hung up the phone. it’s almost 2am.

Worst place to get from cold pizza dry as chuff burger was minging

I ordered off Uber Eats and I ordered an 18 inch pizza. It said it comes with chips and drinks but then it says it doesnt so we called them to cancel the order. They said they'd cancel it but they didnt so when we called again he said he'll check again and make sure its cancelled but instead he ended the call. Never ordering from there again!

Wouldn't recommend totally rude when they messed the order up and wouldnt sort it when clearly they were in the wrong and there attitude stinks DO NOT USE horrible people

Having been regular customers for a while now, I will not be ordering again. I was slightly overcharged (not a big issue only £3). However when the delivery driver finally got here, he was half an hour later than expected, he requested £35 instead of £25. Again not a massive issue. Unfortunately they also forgot to sent a 9" cheese pizza. So we rang them and were told it was "impossible" to sent it to us as they were too busy. I wouldn't accept that as we had paid for it, and it is the only thing this particular child will eat. They finally agreed to send it. It was delivered a full 2 ½ hours later. I then rang to try and speak to a manager or owner of the business. The member of staff that answered the phone was rude, argumentative and refused to let me speak to anyone else, then hung up on me. Totally disgusted with their customer service and will definitely be looking for somewhere else for our takeaway nights.

I ordered a chicken burger meal, both the burger and fries were cold and the chicken was too hard to bite into! They hadn’t given sauces either which I’d requested for. Called the takeaway and tried to talk to the guy, he was rude and didn’t want to listen. Customer service was appalling, never ordering from here again!

Delivery was 50 minutes late after already waiting nearly an hour. Food was stone cold when it finally arrived. Staff refused to help and hung up the phone on me. Don't spend your money here, plenty of better takeaways in the area. If i could give no stars I would!

Ordered over £25 of food - Food arrived over 20 mins late and all portions of fries were missing! Ring up to complain and they said they’d send them out immediately. 1 hour later rang back up as not arrived and they said they’d not had a call before?! Said they would send out in another 40 minutes! Told them not to bother As it was now too late. Chicken that did arrive also had funny taste and not enjoyable! Threw half away! Total waste of money! Avoid like the plague!

I think the pizza are pretty nice, ive ordered about 3 and they have all been top notch, the chips are thin and kind of like mcdonalds chip, would recommend, sometimes they forget the chips.
