Stopped for a late breakfast, it was ok. New menus, so that normally means price increases. Staff and food are good. Scores on the Door is a constant 5👌👍

The restaurant is very clean and the environment is so comfortable. The staff are very friendly and polite. We love their hash browns and fried eggs. There are so many varieties of food and drinks. We will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Had a lovely full English on Saturday, the egg was cooked perfectly, bacon not to dry, and probably the biggest sausage I've seen, oi oi. Service was great, very friendly staff, and very modest pricing. For a decent full English without the prentiousnes I'd recommend it. The only thing lacking was the decoration, very plain but that's not why you go there. The food is worth it.

I visited here two times for breakfast in the morning. The lady was very welcoming, and the food was nice too.

Walked past this place many times and always seen it busy. Finally went in the other day for breakfast with my sister. Generous portion sizes for the price, delicious food and lovely staff. Would recommend and will visit again when in town and try more of their menu ☺️

Fresh and big portion,food is hot then nice decoration 👍 just one suggest hope to improve,we have five person,but sit in table for four,(At that time restaurant have many on service table no other customer use)

Very good food and a lovely atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. The interior design was just refurbished and looks absolutely amazing.

Good value and great service. Food was delicious and fresh. Not a huge seating area and I can imagine that there may be times that you can't get a table bit that is testament to the niceness!

Good location. Chef is good. Tasty pancakes and great cappuccino. Looks like regular chain of restaurants, but serves good food. Recommend their banana pancakes and strawberry pancakes. Slightly confusing with the prices on the menu vs bill. But I’m happy with my plates.

I ordered my food and I was expecting a fresh baguette with a good amount of filling for the price. When it arrived a frozen heated baguette with minimal filling. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back.

Always quality and great service.

I came in here with my 3 year old son. When asking if they did kids sandwiches I was told just the regular ones from the menu. I asked my son if he wanted something else and the waitress abruptly interjected, “it’s the same 2 pieces of bread”. I promptly left and glad to see so having seen other reviews on staff attitude here.

Super cafe in Fleet. We have become regular visitors because the food is always great, the staff are friendly & accommodating & it's great value. There is an upstairs so don't worry if it looks full when you enter!

Having extra requirements for my order was no problem at all. It is not obvious that the seating is on two floors so more people can be accommodated than is apparent. My meal was arranged so nicely that I had to comment on it.

The food was good, the cutlery was dirty and staff attitude when asked for a clean fork was appalling, I was ask what my problem,

My first time at Frankie's food was basic well presented lots of choice and delicious, the staff friendly polite and professional, the restaurant it's self was very clean, tables were cleaned as soon as people left, they also provided take away, I'll be visiting again

A little on the expensive side The parking was 30 mins outside. Easy to find. Seating was average. Service quick but wasn't the best. Searing upstairs. Clean and food ok. No burnt toast. But I asked for toast and they put the egg on top. I'd have preferred it separately.

Great cafe, good breakfast and seems to be always cooked fresh. Good price for what you get and plenty of seating, very clean.

The taste of the food are delicious, especially for the breakfast. The fried mushrooms are juicy and tasted great. The sausages and smoked ham are very good too, not as salty as many other restaurants. The chocolate decoration in the mocha was stunning when I first ordered it. And the taste of it was very nice.

Decent cafe at a decent price. £6.50 for a full English and coffee, found the fried bread a little too oily for my liking but there again by its nature it is always going to be a fine line lol

Terrible attitude of staff. Arrived at 15.20 and told no food, nonmention of cakes and coffee etc. Asked to warm a sausage roll and told it was a charge after being looked at like I’d just asked for something out of the ordinary only to then be told the oven was. We’ve been coming here for four years on route to moonfleet Manor and alway tell people about it. Not anymore. Young staff need manners and training. Makes for a shocking atmosphere.

If you want breakfast, lunch or a snack, Frankies is the best kept secret in Fleet. The food was hot, looked appetising, and tasted great. I will certainly be visiting again.
