Went here for dinner and they forgot to book my order when they finally booked it in it took 1 hr the food wasn’t even cooked properly and price where sky high

Visited today service was exceptional good lovely food, hostess Jo was lovely very attentive. Place was clean, will definitely visit again.

Lovely breakfast nice and fresh kids loved it, the manager even put citv on for the kids! Brilliant!

Traditional New Year’s Eve meal with my daughter before cinema. Arrived just before the busy period, food was absolutely gorgeous. We had Garlic Cheese Bread to start then I had the crispy coated Buttermilk BBQ chicken breast which was divine, followed by the Toblerone Cheesecake mmmmm. Alex our waiter was lovely and very chatty, even though it was very busy we weren’t rushed through our courses and had a leisurely time. We go to the Silverlink F&B when we can and it’s always immaculate with a fab atmosphere. Well done 👍

Lovely meal before going to the cinema. Good arrived quickly and everything was delicious! Our server Alex was charming throughout our meal, lovely smile very nice young man.

No exaggeration this burger was inedible. Imagine the cheapest, nastiest frozen burger cooked in the microwave... Or boiled. I never leave reviews but felt obliged to warn anyone considering dining here. Staff were pleasant but the food is sickening.

Food was nice, the service was exceptional! Served by a young lad called Alex, nothing was too much trouble, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Bubbly and friendly, an absolute credit to the restaurant! Will definitely be going back soon!

We visited for breakfast today - the place was extremely busy but we were met & served with courtesy & a smile. The service was professional & efficient - the food up to the usual high standard. Well done to Stu, Megan & Des who ensured that everyone was served as quickly as possible on this busy morning. Another pleasant dining experience!

From the moment i walked in i was ignored, I eventually just sat myself down amd waited. Yet again i was ignored until i had to gesture to a staff member asking if i could order. I odered a traditional breakfast, 2 mins later the worst breakfast i have ever had arrived. 1 .Sausage was rock hard could hardly cut it. 2. Bacon anemic and under cooked. 3. Eggs massively under cooked . 4. A spoon full of beans and a half of a tomato. 5. Few little hash browns and few black mushrooms minging. Toast and butter was beast part. Cup of tea all for over £10 . Will never go back Witherspoons would never serve up that kind of slop and for half the price.

Popped in for lunch while shopping and received excellent service from Alex. Would visit again for lunch

Alex served us tonight. Order was taken promptly and food served very quickly. It all tasted lovely and Alex was very entertaining!

I'm going to be honest, if it wasn't for meerkat meals and a very long day we probably wouldn't consider Frankies for a evening meal. We've been for breakfast a few times and it's fine but there's so many other places we like to go.

Been here many times and always a pleasant visit, visited today with my auntie, were were served by Alex whose service was outstanding, made us feel very welcomed and make sure our visit there was good. The food was amazing, especially the steak which was cooked to perfection, probably one of the best steaks I’ve had, my auntie was also delighted with the meatballs, will definitely be coming back!

My boy who is 5 wanted to go the Frankie & Benny’s. Brilliant experience and top customer service by Alex. He was fantastic with my boy nothing was a bother for him. Spot on thank you Alex.

I usually love Frankie's & Benny's. I visited yesterday evening at the Silverlink restaurant in North Shields. I was seated and me and my partner got the 2 courses for £14.99 offer. Drinks came and were fine. Starters came and were lovely as they should be. Mains came and I ordered a BBQ rack of ribs and my partner had the brie and cranberry burger. They were both stone cold. The server took our food away and brought a new portion of smaller ribs for me and they were luke warm but the chips and the corn on the cob were still cold. My partners food was then taken away and came back around 20 minutes later and we didn't want it anymore as it took so long. I had finished my tiny portion of ribs by the time my partners food came back. We complained as the bill was £36 for the food and 2 soft drinks. The manager put items through separately and took off £18 making the bill £22 for 2 starters and 2 soft drinks. This is totally unacceptable. I won't be returning. Dreadful experience.

Lovely food, good quality, staff always ask if you have any allegies, healthy options highlighted on the menu, vegetarian and vegan options, nice atmosphere. Lots of special offers

We had a family gathering and they couldn’t get it right at all , good was average , they don’t know what philly cheese is ? They got orders wrong it’s just ridiculous , don’t be going back there again

Really was looking forward to drinks and meal ahead of cinema visit . Arrived one hour 20 mins ahead of film to near empty restaurant, ordered garlic bread and main. 50 minutes in no sign of main and were told that’s because we had a starter !!! Mediocre overpriced food , slow service and poor customer service.

Wouldn’t bother .... we went today at lunchtime and it was pretty bad , I ordered a Philly cheese steak hot dog and I got a hot dog with a few bits of steak and a smattering of grated cheese . You would think an American / Italian diner would know that Philly cheese is a runny cheese sauce not a bit of grated cheese, they brought tea instead of latte and it was supposed to come with a small pecan pie taster but when they brought the “tea” they informed us that there was no pecan pie so we didn’t get it and then we had to explain it should be latte coffee, then my son wanted a brownie with ice cream and got a hot chocolate fudge cake so four mistakes on one order is definitely very poor service don’t think I will go back there ,frankie and bennies is rapidly failing in this competitive market they really need to get it right ,

I haven’t been to F&B; for over a year after trying to be vegan. When I found out they had a new vegan option I was over the moon! I bought they vegan burger, however as soon as I took a bite I was seconded guessing If it was meat.

Order wrong , meat feast sharer half stuff missing . Main courses were like from a greasy spoon cafe. Expensive , staff un attentive in my opinion . North east lack good food outlets

Food was pretty plain, burger was tasteless. Didn't get what I asked for but couldnt be chewed with waiting. Couldnt get the drinks right either, asked for diet coke and got normal coke. Wasnt as though they were rushed as the place was dead.

Frankie and bennys you eat what you pay. Fern served us in correct time and with lovely manner. Cater for vegans however spaghetti Bolognese could have done with some more sauce!

Having a rare and unexpected child free evening my wife and I decided to have a last minute meal out. As we hasnt reserved a table anyway we decided best bet would be to go to one of the larger chained restaurants and picked Frankie and Benny's at the Silverlink. Hadnt been for a while and always enjoyed their pizzas, especially the Calzone. Arrived and shown to table promptly and politely by our waiter who advised me with the new menu just being launched that so so Calzone as the new pizza base "doesnt fold"! Now this should have alerted me to ponder on that statement a fresh dough and doesnt fold???? My second choice of but Hawaiian Pizza arrived and frankly it was dreadful. Not sure if base if sent in ready made and frozen but I love bread and making speciality dough myself at home and this worst pizza base I've eaten and nothing like the old dough used by F&Bs; of old. The tomato sauce used for the base tasted like it was scraped off a Tesco Value pizza and was so dry...again the old menu tomato sauce used to really nice. Least the ham and pineapple was edible but I left two huge slices.....unheard of as.my wife said. Such a shame as I know that this chain is struggling so wanted to support a local restaurant where we had many happy family gatherings previously but we will never return sorry.

Food was ok but staff were lovely we were the last people in the place and we weren’t rushed instead the staff had a laugh and joke thank you so much Megan,alex and Lisa for making our visit enjoyable

I eat at this branch quite regular mainly for breakfast which is usually ok for the price paid. My biggest bug bear is once you have your food you are left to get on with it. Not normally a bad thing, however this branch does a free second cup of tea. trying to catch a staff members eye to achieve this is like the hunger games to achieve! They walk around looking at the floor to avoid eye contact. Has happened many times now and needs to be addressed. When you do catch attention they usually forget to place the order and you repeat the process, by this time your eggs are cold. This weekend I heard a server argue that avocado is not part of the veggie breakfast - it is, and the poor guy had to get a menu to prove he was right and go to the chef hatch to ask for it, the server had went off again looking at the floor! Some of the staff are great in there don't get me wrong, however some can spoil your experience in a blink of an eye. Sunday breakfast should be a gentle experience with plenty of tea, not a battle of wits tracking a server down :)

Our waiter Alex was really efficient and fantastic with my toddler. He made it much easier to sit and eat a meal with a restless 2 year old! The two courses for £10.99 was also really great value for us.

Can’t fault food or service. Handy after cinema. Able to just walk in so no worries about time film will finish. Had a skinny pizza, base so thin and delicious.

What a shame.. I used to love Frankie and Bennys it had a varied menu fantastic music staff looked smart and it always used to be busy... I must admit I'd not been for a while.. Visited on a Saturday evening only about 6 tables taken.. Strange I thought.... Music was some 1980s mix.. No 50's and 60's like it used to be.. Staff weren't in the smart uniform.. Was quickly shown to a table and to be fair the staff were very good... Shown what I thought was a specials menu...nope it turned out to be the main one... I'll be honest I thought the choices looked bland very limited and expensive... No lame shank.. Not many of the old excellent choices available at all.. Instead it was a cheap copy of a second rate pizza shop.. Terrible... Portions were small.. Bland.. And not impressive at all.. I feel Frankie and Bennys time is limited...

Our waitress Megan put us at ease immediately offering us a choice of tables and informing us we could take our time choosing our meal. She relayed every type of beer available to my husband as he was unsure what to choose. She also asked exactly how he wanted his steak cooked, and checked we were happy with our meals and when needing extra drinks. The atmosphere was nice, low music, and really good food. My husband's steak was perfect and my prawn risotto was very good. This was our first visit for an evening meal and we will definitely be returning soon.

We visited today, Mother’s Day and chose from the two course Mother’s Day menu. It was not even average food. The rare steak I ordered was dry and tasted like it has been reheated with minimal pink inside. My husbands burger was small, dry and covered in soggy onions. Mother’s Day special it certainly was not. By reducing the price the quality of the food was reduced further. Very disappointed.

Hadn't been to Frankie & Bennys for a couple of years and certainly wont be rushing back.Son wanted to go for birthday so we we're looking forward to going.On arrival (5pm Sat) we were asked if we had a booking,we hadn't but there was only about 6 tables full anyway.The member of staff shook his head and abruptly said "well we'll just have to put you's over here then". Didn't have to wait long for food.Starters were good value for money and got plenty.Mains were expensive for what you got.My sons burger was £16 it was tiny with a handful of oven chips.Husbands mixed grill £20 and was nothing exciting plus steak wasnt cooked how he'd asked.Spent over £130 and 2 hours later everyone was hungry again.In short it wasnt as nice as it used to be years ago sadly.

Great food reasonably priced good atmosphere , staff were attentive and very friendly . Stephanie was the server for us and was a credit to the restaurant . Will definitely be taking a trip back here again . Mmm

For pre-cinema food & drinks we decided to go to F&B;’s – considering the Silverlink does not offer much in the way of eateries (i.e. Nando’s, Bella Italia or Pizza Hut ) – at least with this choice you tend to know what to expect & the food is usually an alright quality.

We have eaten here for years, however sometimes the amount of screaming children as you walk through the door is very off putting, to the point were we often turn around and leave. On this visit all was quiet. Food was perfectly acceptable, however the service was painfully slow. Not busy, but there appeared to be one one staff member which was not enough. Shame really as many of the other branches in this chain are great. The staff member was lovely but obviously under pressure to cope.

Called in for bacon sandwich and coffee. Really cold outside and no warmer inside took coat off but sharp put it back on !!! Table of 3 in other than me this should have warned me !! Ordered bacon sandwich 3.99and a coffee. Coffee came quickly but sandwich was 14 mins consequently coffee cold. They did bring me another coffee as I said it was cold. The bun was what is what id call a small bun plenty of bacon but very fatty and just cooked really rather unpleasant. All in all wouldn't go back couldn't drink 2nd coffee although that one was hot it was very strong and bitter. Not a good way to start the day.

Joe was our server and he was lovely ! Very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the breakfast food was great and well priced i would definitely recommend it ! Thanks Joe for a great experience.

As regular visitors to this branch, we would like to compliment the staff on their pleasant and professional service. Their friendly and competent manner leads us to visit weekly, testament to their staff training and this has never wavered in our presence, even on busy periods. We are always met with a smile, and our food has arrived promptly and served to our taste. Keep up the good work, a great team effort, especially Stu & Meghan who make us feel part of the F&B; family!

I am appalled and disgusted at the service here these imbeciles had us waiting an hour for food they had forgotten to put my order in to make. This is by far my worst experience with a restaurant ever. I have a tight schedule i have to keep and i thought an hour would be enough to make a quick burger that should only take half an hour to make but apparently not and the food i did manage to get which was garlic bread that should only take 10-15 mins to make took 40 minutes and was laced in grease. I would never come here again if someone played me 1.5 billion. I have completely no idea how this repulsive restaurant has stayed open. So if you like your food quick, hot and delicious I would suggest to go somewhere else such as the hungry hippo or Bella Italia. I hope to anyone reading this takes my advice to not come here as I do not want anyone else going through this disgraceful experience, thank you.

Me and my fiance visited today 27th December about 1oclock I had orderd a pizza which seemed nice on the top but when i tasted it my mouth instantly went so dry.. it was saturated in flour the base so I sent it back I then didn't fancy anything but the waitress insisted it takes two mins to make another so I agreed she was lovely. I got the pizza boxed in the end because i wasnt as hungry by the time I got the pizza. I got home to see it was coverd with flour again all I could taste was flour. Think you need a new pizza shef shocking. We regularly go to frankie and bennys likes of newcastle and metro centre the food lovely every time this place has 100 percent went down hill very poor. I also waited over half an hour for my drink dont know what procedure you have for drink but always takes ages to receive them. Wont be returning hear shocking

Went to this branch after cinema, it was fairly busy but even with that in mind we waited a long time for the food. 3 of the meals were brought to the table first and then we waited another 5 mins for the children's food. The adult meals (2× chicken new yorker and 1 chicken wrap) were all cold apart from the onion rings and portions were small for the price.

Came in with my friend for a quick lunch before work and was pleasantly surprised. The girl that served us Megan was an absolute delight, very friendly. The food was speedy and delicious, we will definitely be back again.

Ordered a wrap which comes with fries and slaw. Paid extra for fries to be bacon and cheese topped. Came without the slaw so I had to ask for that and also the 'cheese' on the fries was a pitiful amount. Am devasted that they no longer do their amazing cheese sauce. Please bring it back!!!!

Went here on Monday 29/10. It was not my choice, my grandson wanted one of the toys they bribe kids with to eat here, along the lines of McDonald's but way less quality but ten times the price.I won't even discuss the kids meal other than to say instead of giving kids two sides with their main try giving them a dessert that's two bites big...the chocolate brownie was a disgrace. My partner had chicken caesar saladwhich consisted of shredded lettuce which was brown and bitter and a couple of pieces of chicken, some cubes of bread disguised as croutons which actually were just bread not crunchy not toasted...nothing. My burger was ok, just ok. My daughter had chicken smothered in bbq sauce and several chips. The desserts were crap, apple pie with very little filling and a waffle which was like cardboard. The service was good, the lad did a good job. I'm a chef, i own my own business and if i served food to this quality i would sack myself. You need a new head chef to oversee everything in that kitchen and start again from scratch. Your restaurant has lost it's way completely and needs to start again....no matter how much my grandson moans we will never walk into this place again....by the way it was dead, i wonder why!!!!!!

Visited with family all of whose dishes were ok but what has happened to your burgers? Not only do they seem to have shrunk in size but you get the smallest portion of fries and no extras. I queried this and complained about the quantity of fries and to be fair they did bring more over. This looks more like a kids meal to me. Came away disappointed.

The food was Cold and expensive noisey Atmosphere won't ever go back awful but make ya own opinion this is mine

I’ve been to many Frankie & Bennys, but this is the only one I keep going back to. Service is very fast, food is usually pretty good, never any issues. Only one thing of note is we are not that keen on the new menu this summer. We miss our old favourites ... meatball starter, meat feast pasta, pasta Romana etc.

Used to really enjoy Frankie and Bennies but it has really lost its identity and the quality of service and food has went backwards too far for me.

Visited with a group of work mates for a 30th birthday. Staff were very helpful and placed balloons on chairs before our arrival and brought out the cake. Unfortunately found the food very average. Ordered a burger which wasn't particularly hot and it came with chips no salad or garnish so didn't look that well presented. A couple had pizzas which they said weren't that hot either. Quite expensive for mediocar food. Not as good as it used to be sadly .

Visited on the way to the Odeon next door. Film started at 5.40pm so we didn’t have much time after work. Did ask if we were cutting it fine but told we should be ok. Staff were bright and friendly with just the right amount of attention. Food, burger for me and pasta for girlfriend, was gorgeous, hot and arrived very quickly! Loved the relaxing calm of the place when you think it’s surrounded by one of the busiest areas in the North East. Definitely be our place to eat next time it’s film night!!

Food was good, better than experiences elsewhere with Frankie & Benny's, but the service was really slow and disinterested, even though the place was pretty empty. It was a nice atmosphere, decor, comfortable, cool temperature even though it was boiling outside. Really just the service let it down a little.

I visited her with my wife and daughter, and my in-laws, and the food was lovely. I had pasta, carbonara to be exact, and it was beautiful. Others had the calzone pizza, the hot dog, and the meat feast pasta and everyone seemed happy as Larry!

Latte was decent, eggs royal no where near worth 6.99 very small portion, had way better at a small independent for 4.99. Was luke warm and a bit plasticy looking. Tasted OK. Present a bit more colour on the dish guys, looks very beige, accentuate the salmon a bit more and sprinkle over some fresh parsley and make sure its hot?

I work for a young carers charity, and today we brought along a group to have a meal before going to the cinema.

Usually go here for a Mothers Day lunch. In the past the food has been lovely. You get free refills on soft drinks and as it is Mothers Day a free bottle of wine for the mother. NOT today. Today there are no free refills, no relish with the burgers, the Hot Dog looked fresh from a tin from any old supermarket. The service was not very good and NO free bottle of wine. In fact as the Mother was I know way made to feel special. Also when has it been good customer service to give the bill before it is asked for. ATROCIOUS. We will certainly not be going here again gone completely downhill.

Food was amazing as usual and I had a 50% off voucher which was fab. Love F & B cheese sauce so chose bacon and cheese on fries which were lovely. Only negative was no refillable soft drinks option which most places do now.

Come here a lot as you're always guaranteed a good meal, Not today. Waited 30 minutes to order food after our drinks and had to pretend to be a new customer to get attention from staff. Girl did not want to serve us as it wasn't her table but said "I'll just do it". Then when our food arrived (2 calzones) they were both raw. Staff were apologetic but after waiting 45 minutes already by now, did not want to wait any longer so we left. Extremely disappointed.

Me and my girlfriend were celebrating our 1st anniversary together and had been looking for a local place to go for a steak meal and after a search on good old Google, Up popped Frankie and Benny's. never even thought about them doing steaks, I was just thinking pizza and pasta. I booked a table for 2 for 7pm on there website and at the end they asked if there was any requests you required the restaurant to know, so I put a little note at the end explain it was our first anniversary so any little gesture would be gratefully welcomed and after booking I was asked if I wanted to join there website to receive offers. it was free and after I joined I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a 50% off all main courses. Arriving at the restaurant we were greeted very quickly and friendly by the host who took us to our table. the drinks are a little bit on the expensive side but you expect it these days from restaurants. They did specials and set menus for a set price but we both wanted a steak so we went for the sirloin choice at just over £16 each, the food didn't take long and out come a lovely looking cooked steak, with what I can say looked more like a pub meal food, a few chips, 2 onion rings, a few button mushrooms and 1 big uncut fried tomato, the presentation could of done with just a little bit more style. on the good side the steak was beautifully cooked and we both ate our meals very quickly. another round of drinks followed and then the girlfriend had her dessert which when it arrived looked like it could of fed a family of 4, but nope my girlfriend didn't share and what seemed a few minutes had disappeared in to her stomach. we had a lovely evening but it was made that much better as we had the voucher to get 50% off our mains so basically it worked out buy one get one free, which I was happy with as then paying £16 for 2 instead of £32 for 2 sweetened the slight disappointment of the presentation of our main courses. at the end we work quickly presented our bill and our anniversary meal was over. and that was the biggest disappointment that after offering a service of any requests not one person even said happy anniversary or even put one candle in my girlfriends dessert, just to make the meal that little bit more special. but I would say out of the 4-5 staff they had if they were over the age of 18-20. so in a nutshell it was a lovely warm restaurant, food was nice but lacked a bit presentation and size, desserts were amazing and it was a nice place to eat it a tad expensive for what you get.

We popped in for a quick meal before going to the cinema next door. The Staff were friendly and the eating area was clean. Our food arrived in a short time and was thoroughly enjoyed. A great place to take kids too.

Pleasant service and good food. Half term week, quite busy. Choice of full menu at normal prices or smaller menu for offer. Worth getting app for offers.

We hadnt been for a while as last time i ordered the pasta and it was so overcooked. I wish i had sent it back. We went last week and it was quite expensive for chicken jacket potato and coldslaw but i got a discount with the app. My daughter is coeliac and the gluten free adults and kids menu is great. Alot to choose from with fresh ingredients. The wine was nice aswell if not a little expensive, but then again proberbly average for a restaurant these days. Would eat there again.

I have been to Frankies and Bennies many times but the last time I went was a week ago and after that experience I will never be back. Me and mum got seated and ordered our drinks by a lovely girl, however we never seen her again, our drinks were brought over a good 15 mins later by another girl who seemed to be new, she did not take our order after bringing our drinks we actually had to ask her ten minutes later to take our food order for us, she had no clue about anything to do with the menu, but we eventually ordered, food took a while to come over and was average, it wasn’t particularly busy and staff just seemed to not want anything to do with us, I hate putting bad reviews but the service was really dreadful and working in the same industry I know this is not how service should be.

We took my grandma out for lunch as she enjoys the occasional pizza. However the pizzas here were very poor. I chose a veggie one which was over cooked, dry, only had a little goats cheese and raw red onion. My grandma’s didn’t look much better. The staff are friendly and we have had other meals here which were far better. But the food on this visit really was dire.

We have eaten at F&B; at other places and it was never that bad. We have ordered 2 cheeseburgers which were sitting on a bench for good 10 minutes before it arrived to our table. I have asked for sweet potatoe fries but instead was given ordinary fries. It was changed. But it looked like my burger was sitting on a bench for another good 5 minutes until the fries were changed. Sweet potatoe fries were awful: oily and soggy. Our burgers tasted and looked like they were pre-made some time ago and heated in a microwave. Meet tasted awful and was not even fried or grilled . Looked like it was steamed or just left somewhere to keep warm and go hard and chewy. Absolutely awful.

Me and my mates called in for some food before going to watch a movie the place is nice as you can h e a few drinks while waiting for you're food as I wasn't driving. Issues I have is the music grinds on you after a while and the food dose take longer then expected but in all it is what it says on the box food was tasty for a fast food joint. But it's quicker if you nip in to pizza hut along from it and cheaper to at pizza hut.

The floors hadn’t been cleaned, the food and hot drinks were cold by the time they arrived at the table, the door and the blinds were broken and the staff were so rude. i wouldn’t be visiting again. worst experience ever.

Enjoyed a lovely family breakfast, nice atmosphere and good value for money. Free refills on all hot drinks! Always a bonus.

A great meal was had once again.

Been a few years since we last visited F and B. The place is now looking really dated. Felt like we'd been airdropped into an eastern European post war gruel house. The place was just grimy. Food splashes up the partitions and the staff seemed more intent on standing yapping than actually serving customers. The food was decidedly average and very expensive for what it was. Seen better burgers in most fast food outlets.

Last week for my own birthday we visited here. As local this is somewhere i am familiar with but had never been in until that point. It was doing a reasonable trade for a Monday night, helped by the cinema next door and the weather.To start i had the meatballs for starter which arrived hot and prompt, very pleasant starter. i then opted for the spicy meat pasta which could not be faulted, a solid tomato sauce with plenty of chopped meatball, bacon and chicken. Only minor quibble was it wasnt spicy but as a dish was very tasty. Finished off with the indulgent cinnamon waffle crunch for dessert. Very nice, solid with out being spectacular. Only minor downside was they had ran out of Sam Adams on draught. Bit is looking for quick fix and reasonable food, this is a solid option

Very expensive for bland food.Miserable staff too.. And I mean miserable..Again for a Sunday night it was empty!I think it is time head office re thought the concept..Very very poor

Ordered lunch menu, having been to bella italia and not been able to eat main course...ordered a margerita cocktail and a spaghetti carbonara, food arrived with a margerita pizza.... then at the end of my meal finally arrived my cocktail..frozen.. cant stand frozen cocktails and it tasted foul. Terrible staff, didnt even apologise.

Frankie and Benny's is my all time favourite restaurant, we try and go two to three times a month. We travel 45 minutes to come to this restaurant specifically then go to odeon next door although metro centre is half the time to get to just for the simple fact I wouldn't eat in any other F&B's the staff are always on top and the service is amazing. Cheers guys

Had a walk down from the village. Seated straight away. Ordered a pitcher of Long Island Iced Tea while we ordered, very nice.. i ordered garlic bread to start and I had the philly steak wrap and then waffle crunch to finish, all very nicely cooked. Place was clean and staff very friendly. Add to that the 3 courses was on special for £9.95 and you can't go wrong.

Very average, bit of an 80's time warp. Staff pleasant enough but food choice not very exciting and average

Our first and certainly last experience, the staff are all very polite and willing but the food is a total let down. We ordered a main course each, i opted for the meatballs with spaghetti within just 5 minutes of ordering the food appeared, i am not really sure how fresh meatballs can be made and cooked within that time. The spaghetti was on the bland side and the meatballs not even cooked properly, how is it possible to get such a lovely Italian dish so wrong. Stay clear of this place if you want authentic Italian food.
