Kyna was amazing, super lovely and made sure we had lots of drinks! Wonderful if not the best service we've ever received here!

Had a great experience this evening at Frankie’s in Basildon. The food was superb and the service from Kyna was exceptional. Overall a 5 star experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Had a really healthy salad and a good coffee whilst doing some work at a lunchtime. Nice staff and quick service

Possibly one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Food is all microwaved.

Great visit to Frankies, it was our daughters birthday and each staff member ensured to have a little chat and make it a memory for her to keep. The food was tasty and served quick by Emilia who ensured we were happy throughout the meal. Her attentiveness ensured we were always enjoying ourselves and we thank her for that. The Calzones hit the spot!!! A lovely meal with great service.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food that was served to us it was Cook as to our request but low quality ingredients doesn't make a good meal.

We had an excellent family meal here. Our server Dawn made us feel like nothing was any trouble for her, so friendly and efficient. Our food arrived promptly so I must compliment the kitchen not just for the quality of our food but for the tight ship they obviously run in the kitchen. Finally I must give a shout out to Chris the GM who has completely turned this restaurant since he has been in charge. You can see your staff are extremely happy working with you and it shows in the service that is now provided. So happy to have Frankie and Benny's back 😀

Where do I start, its amazing food, vibes and service. The servers and staff are all so welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their face! 10/10 Would come here again, might be my favourite restaurant in basildon.

Not what it was I think is how I felt. Staff were friendly and attentive, the decor was ok but perhaps needs jazzing up a bit more USA trinkets etc. The food was the let down. I had half rack of ribs and fries , not many fries ( presented in the classic miniature bucket) the ribs portion was tiny compared to other restaurants I’ve visited. My wife had a beetroot and bean burger all of which was very dried out. Shame I used to rate F&B.

Ordered a stacks bugger meal for 4 yesterday via the just eat service and have to inform you all that a simple order that cost more than £50.00 arrived over an hour late and was cold on delivery, when I tried to contact just eat I found their system is designed so that you cannot speak with anyone so I contacted the restaurant directly, my call was answered but when I enquired why my order had taken an hour from collection by their courier to reach me ( a seven minute journey) they hung up. I drove to the restaurant and requested the order be replaced. The duty manger apologised and replaced the order but when requested a refund was told to deal directly with just eat. I recommend that you avoid both Frankie and Benny's and the just eat service as after exchanges of emails I was offered £13.00 as a goodwill gesture. It took over two and a half hours to get 4 cold burgers and I only received them by going to the restaurant myself as they would not discuss or engage with me on the phone or via their app.

We were sat down on a busy Saturday night with ease even though no booking and restaurant pretty full. the server was lovely and really helpful, she was very busy but still gave us great service. The food was lovely and huge portions.

Went here for the first time, didn’t know it runs like a fast food restaurant. Food was out within 5 minutes of ordering which to me doesn’t indicate my food was cooked to order. The bacon and onion rings were both undercooked with the onion rings being cold, The coke taste like soda. And the server was just …. Meh For the price of the food I wouldn’t recommend

Honestly one of the worst places I have eaten in a while arrive and sat down and all was well untill it took 30mins to be asked what I wanted to drink when I finally got a drink my beer was about as flat as it possiably could be mains turned up before starter then i order a bottle of beer thinking what could they possibly get wrong this time beer turns up open and warn and wouldn't refund. All in all don't bother
