Went here for first time yest food was ok not worth 32 pound at all i felt like the lassie working was rushing us to go soon as wed ate .... felt a bit akward :( wont be back

Chosen for central location, and decor as expected from the brand. The food was good and of a decent portion. Staff were lovely and kept checking that all was in order. Only issue was that staff were taking down the Christmas decorations whilst we were dining, I would have expected this before or after service Won't stop me going back though

A great place to pop in for a mid week treat. Staff are always really friendly and quick with their service and the food is consistently good. I would book ahead if you want to visit at the weekend as it's usually super busy.

Stay clear of here had meatballs and spaghetti and I’ve now got food poisoning and feeling like utter rubbish stay well away

Good place for a nice evening meal and diner experience - not too crowded or noisy - located on the ground floor of Overgate mall. Service was speedy and friendly, food was very tasty.

Really pretty restraunt inside the shopping center. We had our food vegan and it was a great to have so many vegan options. It's nice to not have to hand pick the menu but to find something from the start. We really enjoyed our vegan pizzas and had the herb and garlic sauce(vegan) for the crust. The(also vegan) side salad was good too. In total we spent 50£ although we also had some desert which was cheaper than the last time we went for vegan pizza! PS I appreciated the very clean toilets.

Nice restaurant in overgate in Dundee. Good food nice staff only problem is at night got backdoor in overgate to get in. So doesn't get as much people as it deserves

The food looked nice but the burger was cold and the calzone bun tasted like microwaved just the sauce and cheese I do not recommend eating here for the price you can eat better in Dundee. Everything tasted like reheated and 100% was frozen because there was a lot of water in it

The pasta needs more taste and flavour. The Arrabiata was quite too bland, I had to add lots of table salt and pepper to taste. The spicy meat fest pasta lacked enough portion of meat, bacon was so tiny. The service was good generally.

They don't do a lot of gluten free food

Only had a light snack of BBQ brisket fries, which was lovely. Cocktails were delicious, served by friendly staff

What an amazing meal! The pasta was cooked just right, the sauce was delicious, the mozzarella sticks crunchy on the outside but gooey on the inside, the potato skins were cheesy and delicious, and the yoghurt sauce that came with was the perfect touch of freshness. Everything was warm and tasty, but not mushy even though i had to wait for delivery! Amazing meal, very well seasoned and cooked. Will definitely come here again and I recommend it to everyone!

Popped into f and b today on a whim. Not at all busy and was served quickly by Scott. He was attentive and friendly and brought our food promptly. He went out of his way to answer a specific question about an item we needed to purchase. Thank you Scott, we did manage to find what we were looking for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Informed the waitress that I was highly allergic to passion fruit, ordered drinks and one comes out with passion fruit. We immediately rejected both drinks (large cokes) and were shocked. The waitress came over and asked what was wrong to which she was told we had said I had a severe allergy to passion fruit and a coke came out with passion fruit in. She went over to the bar to ask about it and they were all laughing about it. The cokes were brought back over and they said they hadn’t been in contact with passion fruit. We got up and left. I did not want to take the risk as I didn’t feel it was taken seriously due to them all laughing. It is a serious reaction I have to which it can kill me and to not take something like this seriously and to laugh is nothing short of disgusting.

Seated quickly. Served excellently and the food was fantastic.

Excellent place to visit and have a family meal or just a romantic meal with a love one

I went in and was made to feel very welcome. My server, Courtney was very approachable and came with recommendations for what to have. Courtney recommended one of the cocktails which was absolutely delicious and it was rude to not have more. I asked for something that wasn't on the menu and instead of saying no, she said she would see what they could do. Sure enough, Courtney came back and was happy to confirm they could accommodate my request. The food was great and I passed my compliments to the chef, Sam, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere there. Definitely woule be back!

Great service, good was tasty but way overpriced for what it is. Even with the rise in costs for the retailer, it doesn't represent good value for the customer. The staff were excellent however, definite credit there.

We were there for a friend's birthday and had balloons at the table. The waitress having seen this had happy birthday written on our friends dessert plate, with a candle in her brownie and played happy birthday for her. All of that was unrequested and a great touch that was really appreciated.

Steak n fries the best...service was excellent, very busy on our visit but plenty of staff to ensure you didn't wait long for service.

The staff member that served us was polite and asked firstly if there were any allergies can't remember her name. When the food came my Bolognese was luke warm and portion a little small. Did get a refund for the Bolognese when I informed the waitress. The pudding was ok nothing special. It was really quiet when we we were in so service was relatively quick.

Excellent customer service, and our server Scott was very friendly, polite, and informative when it came to the gluten-free menu that was available. Our drinks were served in moments from ordering, and I don't think we waited any longer than 5 minutes between courses, will be coming back for certain.

Popped in for lunch while out shopping. Menu has changed a bit, noticed they didn't have a couple of our previous favourites, although we haven't been for a while. We both felt the food had gone downhill, and portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual (meatballs dish was much smaller). The sauce was a brown colour rather than red in the meatballs and pasta dish, usually its red. The chips my partner had were below average, over-done and quite small, didn't taste good either. The garlic bread was excellent though, so can't fault that. Dessert order wrong, but just went with it rather than change it as staff appeared busy. Pricey for what we got. We were both disappointed by our own individual experiences yesterday at lunchtime. F&B used to be one of my favourite restaurants, but now I can think of many others I would opt to go to first.

The Lasagne that hubby had wasn't very nice. My pizza wasn't as good as out last visit. Wi be a while before we go back. It sure wasn't worth the money and we did complain

Went to have a meal with family experience was okay but staff were a bit rude but food was alright. First time I've been since last year had a bad experience last time I was there but has improved a bit and food a bit better but still rude staff and slow survive.

Ordered a jackfruit burrito via deliveroo, which is marked as vegan. To my suprise, i opened it after a bite and was met with chicken. Awful experience

Waited 15 minutes to order any food or drink. Was then given wrong order. Waitress (michelle) was too busy talking when trying to get the bill. As I was leaving Michelle was on her phone and walked right into me as I was leaving

Server was great. Asking straight away about allargies food intolerances etc. And managing to describe food for my other half well interms of spice heat. So she could decide on a different dish.

After walking about the Overgate Shopping Centre for several hours, hunger pangs hit! Not realising there was a Frankie & Benny's in the foodcourt, it was a no-brainer decision! 🤩 A good decisions by all because the portions were great! Everything was tasty and hot! We've always passed by the Perth location, meaning to stop in, but then we all got grounded 😕 Anyway, now that we can hop about as we please, it was great to try their food and will definitely be back! 🤩 🎉

will never be going back here again' Photo attached was what me and my partner both had except she had the mac and cheese burger and I had the house burger including a starter/coke each' came to 48 pound!! Food was stone cold on arrival' some of which was dropped as it was brought out' could have got the same meal if not better at a pub for about 18-22 pounds' completely overpriced! Daylight robbery

Server was first class - friendly, attentive, clued-up about gluten-free needs. Drinks were delivered moments after ordering followed shortly afterwards by starters, which were rather tasty Mains were a different thing altogether. The beef brisket wrap was flavoursome although tepid, rather than hot. That was palatable but the pizza was hot round the edge but cold and still raw in the centre. When we drew the server's attention to the fact she discovered that the plate was indeed cold in the middle and couldn't apologise enough. Rather than risk a repeat we ordered a pasta dish instead which was perfect. To be fair the extra star is because the manager did the right thing and didn't charge for the pasta (or the pizza), as well as acknowledging the error and adding his apology.

Food was good and service was fast

Fell well short of expectations. Ordered 4 meals. Cooked food arrived after a long wait hardly warm.. People who came and ordered after us were served 10 minutes before us. I enquired as to our food, was told it would be 10 minutes but it came 1 minute later so was probably sitting for some time on the counter. I requested fresh hot food which came but destroyed our eating experience. Was asked to pay the full amount, on my request the manager reduced the bill. I won’t be rushing back to F&Bs.

She's honestly a star like I didnt even know what to get as it was my first but she made my choice easy. I am honetsly short of words and I don't know how to describe her and the experience i had but I can assure everyone here it was the best ever 💓 love it !! Once again Thank you Michelle for making my journey so memorable appreciate it . Thanks you so much🤩🤩🤩🤩
