Frankie & Benny's in Havering

Thank you to chef Sagar for the well presented and delicious dishes at Frankie's and Benny's and servers dominyka for her tasty refreshing cocktails and sandra who served us the food with so much kindness and care. They took very good care of us, the food was amazing, the hospitality was amazing. We ordered the crispy chicken burgers, margarita pizzas and I am a veggie so I got the beetroot burger and it was all so freshly made and yummy. Thank you looking forwards to visiting again!!

My server, Anna, did a great job all round, very friendly and efficient. The food was great, as it always is whenever I go there, its pretty much my "go to" place whenever I'm back in Romford from overseas.

Last time wasn’t that good but thought to go in again tonight as Nando’s didn’t have anything in and it was a bit better then before but then bill came, charged me an extra £17 for dessert we didn’t even have, went back and they cancelled the previous payment and then I had to get charged the right amount this time, never knew they can refund without getting me to tap my card again. Never going there again.

As a Italian restaurant you should be ashamed of not offering pasta on your menu, when I called they didn’t answer

Had a good evening. Food was okay. Laura who served us was very sweet.

We had a reservation and were seated in a nice corner booth away from more noisy areas of the restaurant. This was really appreciated as one of our party is autistic and it helped keep him calm. It was also his birthday and even though we didn’t mention it, our waiter Mateo noticed his birthday badge and brought out a birthday cake for him which was very kind and thoughtful. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks Mateo for the amazing service.

I had the pleasure of being served by Dom during my recent visit to Frankie and Benny's, and I can't praise her enough! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she made perfect recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. Not only did she deliver exceptional service, but she also did it with a smile, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that Dom truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be hoping to be served by her again! Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was very relaxing. Agnieszka our main waitress was very friendly, patience and served us with a smile on her face. Shyina the other waitress was also very friendly too. I recommend the Mac and Cheese which I enjoyed. I also highly recommend the Oreo shake for all the sweet tooth lovers. Overall I highly recommend it.

I was served by Shyina. We were a party of 7 and a baby. Shyina was great and accommodated us with the baby and birthday cake. We used a Tastecard for discount which ended up in great value for money. I'd recommend. I had the Chicken Calzone which I'd get again.

Our server Shyina made our evening special we had just had our lovely pet put down and my wife was very upset but despite us arriving late she made sure our dinner was on time and she kept us updated on what the closing time was giving us options to order what we wanted in the time we had , we never felt rushed we felt welcome 🙏 she’s a great ambassador to your establishment and I would be very disappointed if she wasn’t in the management team in the near future An exemplary experience

I went to Frankie & Benny's, and my waiter Shyina was amazing! Shyina was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. My food came out fast and was yummy, and Shyina kept checking to see if I was happy.

Dominyka was an absolute LEGEND. Made sure we felt comfortable and noticed we were finished promptly. I’ve come to this place many times before and shall continue.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The menu had a lot of choices, and I decided to try the pizza. It was delicious, with a crispy crust and plenty of fresh toppings. For dessert, I had the chocolate fudge cake, which was also really good and a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Frankie and Benny's is a fantastic place to eat, offering tasty food, great service, and fair prices. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes

I had a great time at Frankie and Benny's in Romford! The vibe was really cool and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bite with friends. The menu had loads of tasty options, and I went for the pizza, which was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with just the right amount of toppings. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Our drinks came out quickly, and they checked in on us just enough without being overbearing. Went on a Wednesday evening with family. Needed a table for 6, but taken to a table for 2. Then sat at an appropriate table and left for 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Severely understaffed and those that were present were children who had no clue how to deal with unhappy customers. When food arrived it was thrown on the table by a waiter with an attitude problem, chips were cold and a hair was then found in one of the meals. Never coming back. One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to.

Brought the wife down for Valentine’s Day on Friday and I must say the incredibly polite staff really made the day that much more special for us. I’m a regular here and decided to introduce the Mrs for her first time. Shyina was our waitress if I remember correctly and was very accommodating with my wife as it was her she just couldn’t put a finger on what to pick 😅. Of course, as usual, the food was top tier. 11/10 will be coming again!

Haven’t been f&b’s in a while and i know why. Food was bland and visit was disappointing. It wasn’t just one meal either, it was the chicken stack meal and both sets of wings. Price wasn’t great for what we got. Sorry f&b but what is going on!

Lovely place to go and eat. Food is always top quality, always a nice atmosphere. The manager with blonde hair (sorry I can’t remember name) is so lovely every time I see her. Our server “lefty” I think, absolutely outstanding service. Recommend going!
