The food was very tasty. And the waiter Nikola is very attentive.

The foods are nice and the staff (Nikola) is helpful.

The restaurant is quite spacious, so you can enjoy your meal with your friends and family. And their staff Nikola is really friendly :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing Sunday brunch at Frankie & Benny’s! The food was delicious, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the incredible service from Nikola. From the moment she greeted us to the time we paid the bill, she was the nicest and most attentive server I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her warm, friendly attitude added so much to the meal. Thank you, Nikola, for making our visit so special—I’ll definitely be back soon!

Really lovely meal at Frankie & Bennys, Wembley today! Food was excellent - we had burgers and carbonara followed by milkshakes! Our waitress Nikola was excellent! She was so friendly and bubbly and always had a smile! Nothing was any trouble! Definitely recommend!

I love here so much!! The one that was nearest to us closed and it made me and my partner really sad, we do a 40min drive just to come here! The staff are all such lovely people and we look forward to planning days/evenings out that are nearby so we have an excuse to go :-)

It is a wonderful place to enjoy with family. Our host, NIKOLA, was superbly nice and attentive. She was too good in suggesting the food and looking for our dietary requirements too. She made our experience a great 1. Any restaurant with such excellent staff is really, really lucky as the customers would love to come back again n again as the food may be same or similar everywhere but the staff friendliness matters the most.

Great team, a very quiet day being the first Monday back after New Year but the team were good fun and good was fresh & warm.

Thought I would eat here as no establishments close to home. Well atmosphere, food & service worse than poor. Over priced dishes & rushed service. Mains brought out as last mouthful of starter eaten. Hassled to order, & rushed as if they needed the table. Only four tables in use! I can see why the chain nearly collapsed, maybe it should have as I will not eat there or another of their restaurants again.

When we where seated we was immediately greater by nikola she asked us about drinks and gave us an extra 5 min for food as I am extremely undecicisive, food came within 10 minutes which was really quick. The food was to die for especially the hot cookie dough. Nikola was amazing the whole night, loads of energy and just full of joy made the night soo much better. Wouldn't change a thing about this place, the food, staff and the night was amazing and I thank everyone there.

Best best best Frankie & Benny's I've ever been too, the manager and his whole team are a credit to the company. The atmosphere needs to be taken and replicated the while team are onto something big here, come and see for yourself. Food is outstanding, and served with a big smile what more could you ask for.

Overall the food was quite poor. The macaroni cheese was dry, rubbery and tasteless and burnt on top. Most of the party were unimpressed with the food. Only redeeming factor was the puddings.

Rhys was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. Checked on us throughout our time to make sure everything was perfect. We were offered drinks before we even sat down, and ordered our food straight away. Very friendly and amazing staff, 10/10.

Came here prior to the England Lionesses vs USA game last Saturday. We had to wait for at least 45 mins for a table but once we were in the service was quick (and to be fair, there were queues at every outlet as expected!). Had the carbonara, added the chicken for about £4 but there wasnt much of it at all. Expensive for what you actually get. Nice tasting though. Kids were happy with their meals, and the waitress was very friendly, though overall the service was patchy and it took two goes to get our bill. Would probably try somewhere else next time we come to watch a game.

Absolutely awful. The staff could not have cared less. They sat us down and then we waited an age for them to come back and offer us a drink. Once they had taken our order the drinks took an age to come! The food was pretty mediocre to say the least - cold and unpleasant. Absolutely awful. It was a very disappointing evening with our friends.
