I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and everything was just perfect. But what truly made the night special was the outstanding service by Nikola. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Her warm personality and professionalism turned a great dinner into an unforgettable one. Thank you, Nikola, for making our night so special! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

First time here. Amazing and exceptional experience for Mother’s Day treat. Drinks were good too but the customer service really was above and beyond and what made the visit so great. Nice to see staff happy and upbeat. All were were great but special mention to Amy and Vlad!

So we chose to go there based on the reviews, which turned out to be a big trap. The place was slightly busy. Seating was tiny and uncomfortable. Portions were small to begin with. BBQ chicken burger was average, the chips were tasteless and dry. I don’t know how someone can ruin chips honestly. The pizza margarita was the worst pizza I’ve ever had so far! It was 10”, super dry, a bit burnt from the bottom and you could taste the bitterness of it. I can’t believe we paid £12.75 to eat that! Never going back again.

very good restaurant good for go with family as well as adults . all staff was excellent and The girl served us excellent and when i first approached to ask table man he is explained me very good so i can easily understand. excellent service make my daughter extra spacial day decorating her dessert plate and cheer up with sing 🎤 a song .very happy by ❤️ Thank you and amazing experience.

Such people like Vaselica ( also known as Lilly!) with no customer skills don't belong in the Hospitality business! Shocking & unacceptable service & behaviour towards customers which should be addressed by HO Management & dealt with robustly & not take such unprofessional behaviour lightly & brush it under the carpet! 24.11.24 Tasty Ribs & Brownie dessert with whipped cream served in a clean environment by friendly manager Vlad . The toilets 🚻 seem to be immaculately clean! 13.1.25 Tasty pizza & loaded chips served by friendly staff in a clean environment with music 🎶 playing in the background. 23.2.25 Tasty spaghetti meatballs ( bit dry) , sweet potatoes & Raspberry Cream Soda served by friendly & accomodating staff Vlad , Csaba , Viya , Plasen, Vasilica & Bashkim in a clean, cosy & musical environment . However, the toilets need to be kept clean, not blocked either & smelling fresh! 26.2.25 Tasty Carbonara , Sweet potatoes & Raspberry Cream Soda served by friendly Manager & helpful accomodating staff, Rhys , Vlad, Csaba , Vasilica, Laura , Plasen & Bashkim in a clean , cosy & musical environment. 17.3.25 Saucy Spaghetti, Meatballs & Sweet Potatoes 🥔 served by friendly staff Csaba in a clean & musical environment.

We were there end of february. The food was great, and Nikola the waitress was just briliant. Haven't seen someone so helpful and kind for long time. We definetely will visit again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Frankie & Benny’s, and I have to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with a nostalgic American-Italian diner vibe. The menu offers a great mix of Italian and American comfort food, from classic pasta dishes and stone-baked pizzas to juicy burgers and tasty grills. I opted for the BBQ Chicken and Ribs, which were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and served with crispy fries and coleslaw. My dining companion went for the New York Chicken, which was equally delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. We didn’t have to wait long for our meals, despite it being a busy evening. For dessert, we couldn’t resist the Cookie Dough Sundae, which was the perfect sweet ending to the meal—warm, gooey cookie dough paired with cool ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Overall, Frankie & Benny’s offers great food at reasonable prices, with a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a casual meal out with friends or a family-friendly dining spot, it’s a great choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

Hello, I was here with a friend and had an amazing experience . We were greeted by the lovely Nikola who was so kind to take care of us throughout out dinner time . She made sure the food and drinks were served on time and constantly checked upon us. Highly recommend the place and please make sure you don’t miss Nikola’s hospitality.

The margarita pizza, bolognaise pasta and skin on fries were nice. However, we ordered a plain garlic bread starter. This came at the same time as our main and the bottom was burnt. Staff were arguing next to us, quite loudly. About other customers and staff. When we were seated the table had no cutlery or napkins. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone asked if we have already ordered and what we would like. After ordering we waited a further 10 minutes for another staff member to check we had ordered food. Who then 5 minutes later brought our mains and starter at the same time. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins. While we were eating no staff member came over to check if we had everything or that the food was ok. While we were eating it was visible that 2 other tables next to us also weren’t happy with their service. As they also had no cutlery or napkins. One table had finished there food before receiving there drinks. Then asked for there bill and waited 10 minutes for the lady to take the card machine.

Was a very very busy night after a football game at Wembley. The staff got us seated quickly after a short wait. Nikola was attentive and caring. Nothing was too much for her. A credit to herself and the restaurant. Food came out very quickly and was very good!!

My wife and I came to the restaurant for a casual dinner after work. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Every item was great! What was even better was this lovely person serving us Vasilica. We will not think twice about visiting again!

My partner and I went for the unlimited pancakes when they opened at around noon and the bacon & syrup pancakes delicious. Our server/waiter Rhys was very charming, he made sure we were taken care of, we enjoyed our food, Rhys was a very engaging & happy person, which helped my partner and I enjoy our day date.

As a wheelchair user, dining out can sometimes be a nightmare. However, no problems encountered at Wembley Designer Outlet branch. Good access and seating options. Staff were so helpful.

The food is getting more and more disgusting. A few months ago I was here and to my surprise the food served was very bad. I came back today, thinking that maybe last time I was on a bad day, too many customers, too many orders, and yet I can say that the food was horrible. We are 10-15 customers in the restaurant, very small flow, so I think that was not the problem last time either, just the bad quality of the food lately.

The food was great as always. Nikola was amazing always attentive and positive. She even went out of her way to take a group photo of us.

The food is OK. However, the service attitude is quite bad. The waitress kept pushing us to buy desserts. My friend bought one, but I didn’t. After that, the waitress had a very negative attitude toward me till we finished paying. Terrible experience.

We came before attending an event nearby, it was busy but a huge shoutout to Rhys who was particularly helpful, and went out of his way to make our experience a pleasant one, would definitely return if in the area again

My partner, my 8 month old and myself dined at Frankie’s and Bennys before the Disney on Ice show. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated quickly. All of the staff were very nice. Our server Kelly was amazing the whole way through the service. She was friendly and welcoming and had a play and was talking to our 8 month old, even when our little girl was getting fussy (which put us at ease as we know it can be frustrating to staff and other diners when you have a baby making noise) She remembered us and asked us how the show was when I went back today to pick up sosmtbing I had lost. 10/10 service ✅😊

The food recommendation was delicious, but the standout was the excellent service—Pleasen was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. Me and my cousin ate here on Saturday 1 February 2025. The food was nice but the service was even better. We were served by 'Vasilica'. She was very attentive but also genuinely warm and caring which made our experience a great one. I watched as she served other tables and she was the same so I think she deserves a financial reward and recognition. We will definitely think about returning to F&B when we next visit the shopping outlet.
