This is the best pizza restaurant in Wembley! I have had a great experience this Monday at Wembley Pizza Express. Alina the waitress was super fast with all the service and recommendation. I have had such a tasty pizza- thanks to the talented chef and spent my time there is such a lovely atmosphere. Quick service, tasty pizza, lovely dessert, quick payment. Just the best restaurant experience!Thanks a lot to the whole team! I will be coming back.

Justeat, On Saturday 5th October at 6:07pm I ordered the large classic celebration bundle and a margherita pizza from pizza express with an expected delivery of 6:45pm - 7:05pm. At 7:33pm I called pizza express after my app had said that my order had still not been picked up for delivery. The man informed me that my order was ready and a driver was supposed to arrive at 6:30pm for pick up but there were no riders to pick up my order. He said that there were many other orders waiting to be picked up too. My order finally changed on the app and said it was delivered however no food arrived and I have been left with nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable. It is understandable to be slightly delayed but to say it’s delivered 2 and a half hours later and no food arriving is not right especially when the app claims delivery will be 25-45 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with justeat and I am unlikely to return again. I hope to hear back regarding what will be done about preventing this in future and compensation for my meal including my £20 credit.

Great service, delicious food, good value.

It is a very popular place so expect your food to be served a bit later. Staff are very accommodating so it was a plus. Food is fine, just a bit pricey, but of course you have to pay for services.

I have been there twice. In all fairness the food is good however the service is terrible. Each time it takes ages for the staff to come over and take orders, including getting a bill etc. frustratingly I found that the staff were providing the services at ‘varied’ standards towards people’s races, again, on multiple occasions. You should really work on it, such a disgrace.

I paid £40 for a delivery of stone cold food. Disgraceful.

We (and a few other groups) were turned away at the door as they said they didn’t have enough staff, even though half the restaurant was empty.

The food is a standard pizza express which is good. The kitchen staff are friendly. What I didn't like is the server was just a little slow and not very efficient. Asked for the check the receipt was given then had to wait another 5 minutes or so for him to come and take the payment, it wasn't a busy period. The card machine isn't contactless.

food was not even warm it was like it was left to cool down. they did not slice the pizza properly either so as I went to get a slice it made an annoying mess and not presented properly

Had a great time at Pizza Express! The huge classic pizza was more than enough for us…and I want to appreciate and give kudos to Eduardo for being super sweet with all food recommendations and a great service!

Came here for lunch with my wife and toddler son while we were shopping at LDO. Quite frankly really disappointed in the service while the food wasn’t bad the service was subpar. We placed our order with the waiter and then we proceeded to wait ages for our food. There were tables who were seated after us that got their food before we got our starters. On top of all of that when our food had finally arrived they had gotten my sons order wrong, the waiter brought him a ham pizza when we actually ordered a chicken pizza (not sure how you mix that up). When i mentioned it to the waiter he said no you ordered the ham, I’m pretty sure I know what I ordered for my son as ham is something we can’t eat. After having to explain to my toddler that he cant have his pizza while both mum and dad have their food in front of them and he will have to wait a little more. When the pizza came back out after 10mins there were mushrooms on it, not something I had ordered, luckily my little one isn’t that fussy and he was happy to be able to eat some food. No apologies no nothing from the waiter. It’s not like the restaurant was super busy that he was busy running around.

Not happy with the desert part of my order. The Honeycombe cheesecake should have been delivered with a scoop of vanilla icecream as it would be if you went into the restaurant for a meal and ordered this. I feel cheated!

Updating review from 5* 2 years ago to this now. Can not tell you how disappointed we were to arrive at our usual after cinema restaurant. We waited at a front of a queue to be seated...when we were, we were almost seated on top of another table..all the diners had been squashed into the front of the restaurant. Started to look through menu, to then be told there would be AT LEAST a 30 minute wait for food. I was, as were our children, so disappointed and hungry. We went to TGIF instead.. . really tainted my view of Pizza Express.

Disgusting! Not only was my order 45 minutes late but the pizza arrived COLD! Not even warm but cold pepperoni pizza! Disgusting and will not order from them again!

I came here today (Saturday) and was completely ignored by 2 waiters who made eye contact with me so had to find myself a table to sit. No one greeted me or offered a menu. This awful hospitality put me off ordering so I walked out 5 minutes later. Never experienced such rude service, I do not recommend this branch.

The service has always been absolutely stellar here. Staff are always lovely, cater to everything you need, and are so grateful to have you in their restaurant. Truly a fantastic example of amazing customer service, I will be coming here for years and years to come.

Eduardo was very polite, very efficient and had a great personality.

Usually I do not leave reviews but our serve was named Eduardo and he was so good I have to leave a review. He was able to remember our order without writing it down which was amazing, he was always smiling, asking us if we need anything and helped make the service 10/10. also when we all were splitting the bill he helped work out the math and stood there patiently whilst everyone was whipping out their cards, coins etc. overall Eduardo helped to make my visit very enjoyable and make a comfortable atmosphere. Hence I had a lovely time at pizza express

Very good "Roman" pizzas in this shopping center pizzeria, right next to Wembley Stadium. Very welcoming and smiling waitresses, even with our French accent... “Roman” pizzas to discover, with a thin and crunchy dough, the 2 that we tasted were very good.

Waited more than15 min for a waiter to take our order ,the manager keep telling us she will be with us in a couple of min, unacceptable.

Staff members were so lovely and kind to us. Plenty of compliments shared and outstandingly fast service. Food was delicious as always with TONS of new veggie and vegan options to try! We visited the Wembley Pizza Express and our service and food was absolutely amazing. We came as a large group of about 40 on two different occasions and I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. They made sure everyone was happy and looked after and were extremely vigilant with the dietary requirements and allergies. I especially wan't to highlight Ana's service, she was so attentive and lovely. Food was also great!! Thanks Ana and team!

Kate has been one of the kindest server I’ve ever seen everytime I’ve been there. Extremely kind, helpful, and patient. Other than that, overall incredible food and staff.

Came here 4 weeks ago with my little boy before a green day concert. Just come back today with him before Bruce Springsteen and the waitress, Katie, remembered us. She is absolutely fantastic and we were made to feel so welcome and the food was amazing.

Pizza with Romana crust = dry pizza. Very poor with sweet sauce. The pictures on the menu do not reflect the reality.

Service is terrible. Stepped in to this place and waited for 10 minutes,No one even cared. When asked, the reply is ‘we are busy’ Which restaurant says they are busy to their own customers. Never going to visit Pizza express.

The worst service EVER... We had to leave our seats twice to find a member of staff. The restaurant is basically a creche where all the staff are medicated and couldn't care less. Avoid.

We had a lovely meal before seeing a concert. The food was so good served hot and quick was very nice indeed. The attention to detail from the waiter Kate was incredible she was so lovely polite professional and went above and beyond to meet mine and my partners needs. Overall excellent experience and would go back for sure next time.

Advertised open till 10pm, arrived at 9.20pm Thursday 20th June and when one staff member was seating us another told them not to as they’d “just cleaned the tables” and were told we could only have takeout only. Appalling attitude and service.

Wembley designer outlet pizza express: Lovely food, although a long wait for food (20 mins for starters and 40 minutes for mains) - we were warned of this by the lovely waiter though. Kate, our waiter was brilliant and so lovely. She was so attentive and remembered everything from our order, drinks, food, water, everything and it was very busy! Kate was so freindly and provided a great service. I'd recommend this pizza express, so near Wembley arena too!

Excellent Pizza near Wembley Stadium

Woeful treatment towards me and special needs son by two female employees on Friday 31st May at 2.30pm. We arrived to dine at Pizza Express in Wembley Outley (2 adults and 4 children) for a lovely lunch but were effectively hounded out because my autistic son with food and sensory aversions did not want to eat from the menu and was prohibited from eating a simple box of chips from an external restaurant. Initially we were told that” allergies” was the factor and that no food from outside could be brought in. When challenged on whether food from home/baby food was permitted we were told that that *would* be deemed acceptable, completely derailing the allergy argument presented. To respect their wishes, I stepped outside with my son so he could consume his small box of chips while battling the cold, wind and rain. Zero empathy on display from the employee in question. My son was unable to finish given the windy conditions and my own food was sat at the table getting cold so I returned back to my seat and proceeded to hand my son small portions of the cold chips so he could at least remain seated while I finished my own meal. Within seconds, another employee dressed in all black (not a waiting staff member but a member of management) stood directly in front of me and my son, hands folded, policing every mouthful and interaction I had with my autistic child to intervene at the next handout of chips. She attempted to reel off the allergy argument which to me was completely disingenuous. I explained that my 9-year-old son has the mental capacity of a 2-year-old and finds eating out very difficult. Instead of offering a humane and flexible approach to the situation or attempting to make my dining experience easier, she effectively forced a disabled child out for eating chips from across the road. So out in the cold my son and I stood again until he could finish what was left. I left my other child with the other adult in our group so that they could at least enjoy their own meal without upheaval. My own food again left to get cold and eventually uneaten. Whilst being respectful of the eatery’s rules and regulations, I believe exemptions are surely in place for such situations as my own and a humane, discretionary approach should have trumped the need to assert authority for the sake of it. Make no mistake, this wasn’t about those two staff members advocating for health and safety but about them trying to grandstand and make a point. To be hawked over by another fellow adult, arms folded, honing in on every move I made with my son at the dining table, when his disabilities were clear for all to see, was completely unacceptable and utterly degrading.

We had a school trip here and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. All the staff were so friendly and engaging. The children had a great time and they said it was one of the best trips they have ever been on. Anna was particularly lovely. Thank you

They never answer their phone. Avoid ordering their dough balls for delivery, paid £6 for 5 dough balls - not sure if this is standard or they just shorted me. Better off buying the dough balls from Tesco. Lasagna was great as always.

Very nice pizza and and quickly service

I visited Pizza Express in Wembley Park Outfit today. The pizza was excellent, without a doubt, but the glasses and bottles were not properly washed. When we requested for tap water, the water in the glass pot was not well cleaned, and the glasses had some dust on them

Kids wanted to go nandos, but the queue was massive, so the adult choice of pizza express was very better. We were told that when we arrived, food would take in between 30-40 minutes. But it came far sooner. The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic.

The experience was kinda chaotic. We arrived and had to wait a couple of minutes to be grabbed by a very rushed waiter that led us to a table that we didn’t quite like, but when i rotated back to ask if we could change she was already gone. We sat down and waited for around thirty minutes and she (or anyone) never came back. We just left hungry and went to the restaurant in front instead.

The experience here wasn’t great. We were rushed to the table and it appeared that they had forgotten about us after that. We waited for 25 minutes without being attended or eye contact.

Worst service ever possible .. never ever go to this place .. if you have 3 hrs extra in life then come and sit here for a meal.

I had lunch today in Pizza Express Wembley. I ate one chilli prawns what is very nice, but it was comes with one piece of prawns minus. After I tried the new calzone. It was not okay. Roasted tomatoes are missed, the chicken was not the pulled chicken and the bottom was burned. I was askin to take off from my bill because I didn't ate less than 3 bites. The young manager guy said to me sorry and gave me 50% discount. I don't feel fairly to pay anything for that food, but I paid that. That's not a first time when I has not nice food on there but I didn't made any reviews before... The service was great about waitress who is a young lady with long brown hair

A great Pizza Express! Good decor and the staff were polite and friendly. The food was good and came promptly. Requests were handled quickly. Alina was particularly helpful. Maybe a few too many tables downstairs as I felt a little cramped where we were. The upstairs was closed but had loads of room ???

Stopped here for food after a visit to the Bubble Planet at Wembley with my daughter and grandkids. The food was standard Pizza Express fayre and nothing special. We had Pepperoni pizza from the Piccolo menu, Spicy Giuseppe pizza, Cannelloni, and Penne al Forno. The pizzas came out hot but not thermonuclear while the pastas were bubbling away which suggested that the pizzas had stood for a bit until the pasta dishes were ready. Not a real issue. For deserts we had the kids menu brownie and two adult brownies. The kids one was a bit crunchy but the adults were nice and squidgy. Hence the 3star, average rating for food. However what really impressed us was the service we received from Kate. When we arrived I asked for a table in a warm spot away from the door and she patiently waited as we requested an alternative and chose one by the window. She gave honest answers to our questions and these were borne out when the food arrived. She checked in on us at just the right times and wasn’t hovering. All in all it was a delight to have met Kate and have her help us with our visit. She really was exemplary and I hope her efforts are recognised by her supervisors and colleagues alike.

Our amazing server, Kate, was brilliant!! She offered a very personal and caring service, had an amazing personality and really made the evening great fun. Serving 17 people is far from easy but she made it simple, smooth and very enjoyable. A credit to pizza express!
