Completely cold pizza , very disappointed

Our experience here was fantastic. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff especially Melissa were really friendly. The service was also rapid and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend this to everyone as it was a wonderful experience

We come to this pizza express alot. Never had a bad experience. Staff are always great especially Justine who always greets us with a lovely smile, she's attentive and friendly seriously 5 star service! great playlist too;-).

Yet another pleasant lunch at PizzaExpress. We live nearby and are regular here. Food quality is always consistent and the membership benefits give awesome freebies - a must have if you have a shop nearby. Our serving staff Melisa and Justin are excellent help and gave ideas on new menu. We love the services from Melisa who has been with the shop for the past few years. Very good value, especially with the membership reward scheme!

Terrible. Waited over an hour for our dinner and when the delivery driver arrived he had nothing on my order except 1 pizza which wasn’t on my order. £55 spent on dinner for me and my family. Rang the restaurant there’s no answer and the delivery driver has the cheek to say he delivered my order. Fuming

Rude staff & the place where the staff don't know that their " oven" is or was not working! However it is generally a clean environment. 21.11.24 Tasty Pizza served by pleasant staff like Alina & Justine in a clean environment. However should ensure that the Toilets 🚻 & hand driers are working! 25.2.25 Tasty meat pizza & chilli 🌶 prawns served by friendly staff, however with no sauces available to add more flavour to the dishes on the menu! A clean & fresh smelling toilet 🚻 though.

on 9.02.2025 I was here with my family, I made an order, including a cocktail, they told me that it couldn't be made at the moment, ok then I wanted an aperol spritz. I got it. At the end of the payment I found out that I was also given the cocktail I wanted but I didn't receive it. So, even today I haven't received my money back, I left all the details with a Romanian girl. Total disappointment

Avoid this branch at busy times. I had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated when there were empty tables. Ordering food then took ages which ruins the whole mood. This is not the first time I have experienced this (I only come back because my nephew has an attachment to the area). I don’t blame the manager/head waiter because she is overwhelmed. The branch needs to recruit more staff at busy times.

I had an absolutely dismal experience at Pizza Express, and it was honestly one of the most frustrating meals I’ve had in a long time. We decided to try the heart-shaped dough balls, which cost an extra 75p, thinking we’d get the same portion size as the original (8 pieces) since it’s just the shape that’s different. But we were wrong. What we got were three tiny, sad-looking heart-shaped dough balls. I get that the picture shows three, but the portion size shrinking for an additional 75p was just ridiculous and felt totally misleading. Naturally, we asked the waiter if we could either swap them for the original dough balls or have the extra charge removed, but we were met with a complete lack of understanding. The waiter simply shrugged it off, saying they’d already been made. Seriously? We’re talking about dough balls here, not a gourmet dish that can’t be adjusted. We were then told by the manager that the picture clearly shows three pieces—like that was any consolation. Not helpful at all. At that point, we just gave in and ordered the original dough balls to share between the four of us, thinking it couldn’t get any worse. But when they arrived, they were embarrassingly small, misshapen, and actually stuck together, looking like they’d been thrown together in a rush. Far from the crispy, fresh dough balls we were hoping for. Honestly, I felt embarrassed for the restaurant at that point. And it gets worse. I ordered a pizza with olives, and what did I get? Six measly olives—one on each section of the pizza. Six. The waiter and manager couldn’t have cared less about our concerns and showed zero effort to make things right. To top it all off, we ended up having to pay for not only the heart-shaped dough balls that were clearly overpriced for the portion size, but also for the original dough balls, which weren’t even done properly. We left feeling completely ripped off. The whole experience was a joke, and I definitely won’t be coming back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, either. Avoid at all costs.

They have the worst service and the worst staff ! Extremely unprofessional and make you wait for hours for a single order. Never would recommend this place !

Received a superb experience as usual! We are regulars and kerp coming back for the excellent food, drinks and atmosphere. The service is always exellent and tonight Melissa the Manager was exceptional in looking after us and making thus a wonderful pre-valentine meal

We have come to this branch several times as it is our closest Pizza Express. The service we tend to receive is always friendly and attentive. The food on this occasion was terrible. I would avoid getting the chicken caesar salad. Essentially, it's a bowl of bland cold chicken and lettuce. No flavour and looks nothing what is advertised online. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a Margherita pizza for my son, and as he usually finishes the kids one and is still hungry, I ordered the adult size. However, on this occasion, it tasted terrible. There was hardly any cheese on the pizza, and he hardly touched the pizza as again it was fairly bland. Twi stars given as our waiter was great and my friend had ordered the Pandana, which was the only tasty item. Be cautious what you order. I'm highly disappointed.

As oer, great food and staff were spot on. Tried the ledggera this time, was lovely, and I wasn't too full. They spiced it up for me with some hot chilli's and I appreciate that. Never had a bad meal to be honest, and the Wembley branch did not disappoint. Thank you

We had a birthday meal at Pizza Express today. 3 out 4 of our party have multiple allergies but the team dealt with this, no problem. The ingredients being listed online was really helpful. At the end of our meal, the manager noticed it was our daughter’s birthday and that she was fascinated by the chefs, so she invited her up to watch the process and chat to the chefs. My daughter was absolutely delighted! They made her feel so special. Thank you so much for your attention to detail. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others!

The Subtle Art of Racial Discrimination Guys, if you ever feel too overwhelmed in life and need a reality check, do visit this restaurant. I’m sure the managers will give you a reality check in a way you could have never imagined. I had a reservation for two at 10:45 PM, and at 10:09 PM, I received a call from the manager asking me to order and pay upfront, as they would be closing at 11:00 PM. I understand that when someone needs to close and they get a last-minute booking, it can be tricky. So, I suggested they cancel the booking if it was too much trouble – no big deal, right? Surprisingly while passing by the restaurant, I noticed another family strolling in and being seated with no issue. I asked the new manager (a woman) about this and was told we’d need to leave by 11:00 PM – with a tone that made it sound more like a threat than a request. The best part? It was 10:44pm and the other group hadn’t even gotten their food yet, but apparently, we’re not in the “elite” category and were given the special treatment of being rushed out. How delightful! Pizza Express, a place I once thought was reputable, has now taught me the fine art of racial discrimination. It’s impressive how the manager handled it, as if she was doing us a favor by letting us sit there at all. A truly unforgettable experience, though not in the way you’d want it to be. Since changing my skin color isn’t an option, it seems the best course of action is to steer clear of this restaurant chain in the future. It’s a shame that what should have been a simple dining experience turned into a reminder of what still needs to change in terms of equality and customer service. It’s 2024, and yet Pizza Express continues to serve customers based on their race and color. Even after this review, I fully expect no meaningful action to be taken. What will likely follow are empty promises, with Pizza Express doing their best to deflect blame and protect their team rather than acknowledging the mistake. Is it too much to ask to be treated equally and fairly?

Quality and Management is outstanding

Came on boxing day, and the 2 course was great. Chicken with pesto and dough balls are very good. Pizza was alright but had only 2 mini cubes of meat. Service was slow and the atmosphere horrible as too many kids shouting crying.

Impressive speed of service. Although the restaurant was busy, the food was served faster then what we expected & it was also very tasty. Great service.This place become definitely one of my favourite places to visit .

Very poor quality, it seems like a frozen pizza. Really disappointed.

Booked a table for 5.30. We were a little early but were sat down straight away, which was a good start. However we were jammed in a bit - both of us had coats knocked off back of chairs as it was so crammed. Our order was taken quite quickly and drinks came in a normal time frame from friendly staff. Unfortunately 30 minutes later still no food (literally 2 pizzas. Nothing else). I mentioned it to a waiter who made some generic excuse about being busy. 10 minutes later still no sign, so we left. Even if it had arrived imminently we would have had to really rush it to get to our event on time. Very disappointing indeed.

Visited again a year later (this week 12.12.2024) Great service as always. Thank you, Justine and Abdul. Me and my friend has a great experience :-) x Great place, great service. Seated quickly, served quickly. Received food quickly and me and mum were able to take our time. Place was lively. Service was on point. Place was well organised clean and tidy. Had a wonderful evening at Wembley Park Pizza Express, food was fantastic and the restaurant had a lovely peaceful ambience. We were served by Eduardo who was very helpful, polite, patient and a 5* staff member. Will defo be visiting again!

Luckily I was only visiting London but if i go back I certainly wont be using them again, the delivery driver was horrible, rude and abusive and clearly didn't read the delivery instructions. No reply from the restaurant in regards to this either.

As always, excellent pizza and lovely Merlot, very reasonable, especially with rewards from the app. Our server Rasit (I hope the spelling is correct!), was fantastic, and remembered us and our preferences from a couple of weeks ago . Looking forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks 🍷🍕

Had a fantastic experience at Pizza Express! The food was delicious as always, but what really made our visit special was our amazing server, Eduardo. He greeted us with a warm smile and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Eduardo’s friendly demeanor and excellent service truly elevated our dining experience. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so welcome and valued as a customer. We’ll definitely be back, not just for the great pizza but also for the wonderful service!

We dine here quite often and most of the times really enjoy the food and the service. Kate is simply amazing and extremely hard working. It was a pleasure to be looked after by her. Very prompt service and courteous. The Christmas decor looked very beautiful and the new menu was interesting as well

This is the best pizza restaurant in Wembley! I have had a great experience this Monday at Wembley Pizza Express. Alina the waitress was super fast with all the service and recommendation. I have had such a tasty pizza- thanks to the talented chef and spent my time there is such a lovely atmosphere. Quick service, tasty pizza, lovely dessert, quick payment. Justeat, On Saturday 5th October at 6:07pm I ordered the large classic celebration bundle and a margherita pizza from pizza express with an expected delivery of 6:45pm - 7:05pm. At 7:33pm I called pizza express after my app had said that my order had still not been picked up for delivery. The man informed me that my order was ready and a driver was supposed to arrive at 6:30pm for pick up but there were no riders to pick up my order. He said that there were many other orders waiting to be picked up too. My order finally changed on the app and said it was delivered however no food arrived and I have been left with nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable. It is understandable to be slightly delayed but to say it’s delivered 2 and a half hours later and no food arriving is not right especially when the app claims delivery will be 25-45 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with justeat and I am unlikely to return again. I hope to hear back regarding what will be done about preventing this in future and compensation for my meal including my £20 credit.

It is a very popular place so expect your food to be served a bit later. Staff are very accommodating so it was a plus. Food is fine, just a bit pricey, but of course you have to pay for services.

I have been there twice. In all fairness the food is good however the service is terrible. Each time it takes ages for the staff to come over and take orders, including getting a bill etc. frustratingly I found that the staff were providing the services at ‘varied’ standards towards people’s races, again, on multiple occasions. You should really work on it, such a disgrace.

I paid £40 for a delivery of stone cold food. Disgraceful.

We (and a few other groups) were turned away at the door as they said they didn’t have enough staff, even though half the restaurant was empty.

The food is a standard pizza express which is good. The kitchen staff are friendly. What I didn't like is the server was just a little slow and not very efficient. Asked for the check the receipt was given then had to wait another 5 minutes or so for him to come and take the payment, it wasn't a busy period. The card machine isn't contactless.

food was not even warm it was like it was left to cool down. they did not slice the pizza properly either so as I went to get a slice it made an annoying mess and not presented properly

Came here for lunch with my wife and toddler son while we were shopping at LDO. Quite frankly really disappointed in the service while the food wasn’t bad the service was subpar. We placed our order with the waiter and then we proceeded to wait ages for our food. There were tables who were seated after us that got their food before we got our starters. On top of all of that when our food had finally arrived they had gotten my sons order wrong, the waiter brought him a ham pizza when we actually ordered a chicken pizza (not sure how you mix that up). When i mentioned it to the waiter he said no you ordered the ham, I’m pretty sure I know what I ordered for my son as ham is something we can’t eat. After having to explain to my toddler that he cant have his pizza while both mum and dad have their food in front of them and he will have to wait a little more. When the pizza came back out after 10mins there were mushrooms on it, not something I had ordered, luckily my little one isn’t that fussy and he was happy to be able to eat some food. No apologies no nothing from the waiter. It’s not like the restaurant was super busy that he was busy running around.

Updating review from 5* 2 years ago to this now. Can not tell you how disappointed we were to arrive at our usual after cinema restaurant. We waited at a front of a queue to be seated...when we were, we were almost seated on top of another table..all the diners had been squashed into the front of the restaurant. Started to look through menu, to then be told there would be AT LEAST a 30 minute wait for food. I was, as were our children, so disappointed and hungry. We went to TGIF instead.. . really tainted my view of Pizza Express.

Not happy with the desert part of my order. The Honeycombe cheesecake should have been delivered with a scoop of vanilla icecream as it would be if you went into the restaurant for a meal and ordered this. I feel cheated!

Disgusting! Not only was my order 45 minutes late but the pizza arrived COLD! Not even warm but cold pepperoni pizza! Disgusting and will not order from them again!

I came here today (Saturday) and was completely ignored by 2 waiters who made eye contact with me so had to find myself a table to sit. No one greeted me or offered a menu. This awful hospitality put me off ordering so I walked out 5 minutes later. Never experienced such rude service, I do not recommend this branch.

The service has always been absolutely stellar here. Staff are always lovely, cater to everything you need, and are so grateful to have you in their restaurant. Truly a fantastic example of amazing customer service, I will be coming here for years and years to come.

Usually I do not leave reviews but our serve was named Eduardo and he was so good I have to leave a review. He was able to remember our order without writing it down which was amazing, he was always smiling, asking us if we need anything and helped make the service 10/10. also when we all were splitting the bill he helped work out the math and stood there patiently whilst everyone was whipping out their cards, coins etc. overall Eduardo helped to make my visit very enjoyable and make a comfortable atmosphere. Hence I had a lovely time at pizza express

Very good "Roman" pizzas in this shopping center pizzeria, right next to Wembley Stadium. Very welcoming and smiling waitresses, even with our French accent... “Roman” pizzas to discover, with a thin and crunchy dough, the 2 that we tasted were very good.

Waited more than15 min for a waiter to take our order ,the manager keep telling us she will be with us in a couple of min, unacceptable.

Staff members were so lovely and kind to us. Plenty of compliments shared and outstandingly fast service. Food was delicious as always with TONS of new veggie and vegan options to try! This is located on the top floor of the LONDON DESIGNER OUTLET. There is a lift all the way up and escalators for accessibility. We visited the Wembley Pizza Express and our service and food was absolutely amazing. We came as a large group of about 40 on two different occasions and I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. They made sure everyone was happy and looked after and were extremely vigilant with the dietary requirements and allergies. I especially wan't to highlight Ana's service, she was so attentive and lovely. Food was also great!! Thanks Ana and team!

Kate has been one of the kindest server I’ve ever seen everytime I’ve been there. Extremely kind, helpful, and patient. Other than that, overall incredible food and staff.

Came here 4 weeks ago with my little boy before a green day concert. Just come back today with him before Bruce Springsteen and the waitress, Katie, remembered us. She is absolutely fantastic and we were made to feel so welcome and the food was amazing.
