Has quiet a variety of shops to choose/shop from

It's OK some big name shops but limited products.

Ballymena is one of the best shopping towns in (NI) and fair hill is one of it Gems

Coming from someone who used to go here every week, this shipping centre is the definition of "fell off" Half of the shops are closed and the other half have their prices artificially raised to cover ever-increasing rent costs. It used to be that you could spend an entire day here and always have some shop to check out or café to get some food, but because the owners keep rising rent prices this is no longer possible

Felt a bit neglected considering the car park is attached.

This shopping centre is quite good, for food there is sorrento the wildflower bakery subway and Burger King. The marks and Spencer’s is large. The next and newlook and riverisland are good sizes. New shops have opened over the past while such as salt rock and the newly done up riverisland. There still seems to be work being done such as the new large primark opening and the new jack and jones

My favourite shopping centre in Ballymena. Its clean, modern, spacious and has a good selection of shops.

Nice variety of shops, a bit dated but upgrade appears to be on the way.

Don’t bother visiting this place they don’t even have a tk maxx and the people look like the actors in the hills have eyes!

One of the best shopping centres around, with friendly helpful staff.

The parking app is a bit of a rip off costing you 50p extra than paying with cash. And don't sign up for the text messages it invites you to, they forget to tell you that they will charge for those too 🧐

The one star relates ENTIRELY to their new ANPR camera ticketless car park. Utter shambles. Insufficient payment machines equating to ridiculous queues. Stupid.

There are very few things to do in this shopping centre

Like a lot of centres it has some shops closed but it is bright and cheery.

Had a great time in Fairhill Shopping centre & Town centre

Was a decent shopping centre. New number plate recognition parking system is so awful and creates queues to pay even when the fairhill isn't busy, Will be an absolute nightmare at Christmas! Would be a good system if it actually worked, puts me off going here.

Great place to shop but the new parking system is a waste of time as doesn't accept coins only card payments which isn't handy for elderly people

It was all a bit 'empty' and very few people around. I wouldn't be in any rush back

Nothing in here to purchase. Shops are not good, usual shops that you'll find everywhere else in the UK.

Worst experience ever, it was an emergency and I had to charge my phone in order to get home and soon after I plugged it into one of the outlets upstairs in the food court, this cleaner comes and says I can't have it charging despite my friend doing it numerous times in the past and nothing happened to him, after 20 minutes a strange man came and touched my literal charger, he had the audacity to unplug it himself, I almost had an anxiety attack as I struggle with it daily and this experience worsened it, I can't help but think it was targeted and I left very scared.

Good centre easy to park in with a good selection of different shops. Easy access to the town centre for further shopping experience and a good selection of places to eat.

Small shopping centre in Ballymena

Good choice of shops and cafes. Always clean and tidy. Cafe Sorrento is a great coffee shop and cafe, would thoroughly recommend it.

I prefer the Tower Centre but they do have quite a few great shops in the Fairhill. Loads of great retail shops, places 2 eat & plenty of both on the streets between the 2 centres too.

Very nice shopping centre with good range of shops and eating places. The centre has big stores like Debenhams, Next, Evans along with phone shops, cafes etc Update 15/08/22 alas nearly half the centre is now empty and looking really sad.

Always clean and easy to get around we mostly go to M&S in Fairhill

Bank Holiday on my visit here, they were charging for the car park and the only shop open was M&S. 😡🤬

Great place to spend a couple of hours

Was good once, now because of rate rises by greedy landlords and the council it's just a skeleton of itself. It may be the biggest shopping centre in Ballymena but that's about the only thing going for it.

It used to be the place to go with a great choice of shops now it's not. Most of the best shops are closed now.

Only two decent shops in the Fairhill shopping Centre and most of them are closed on a Sunday while other shops have closed down.

I hear this place is to be knocked to the ground for housing. Many units empty. Marks and Spencer still there and a large Next store.

Fairhill is good for Marks and Spensers, this is the only reason I call into it. Over the years the shopping centre has been hit by decline and lots of closures. Hopefully some day it will return to its former glory.

Sadly many favourite shops have closed ,but those that remain are well stocked and welcoming

While its nice inside it has fell from grace. Used to have alot more selection of shops that are now gone or empty units.

Awful. Full of people without masks and no social distancing. One of thr worst places I have seen since the pandemic started. Staff completely disinterested in protecting customers.

There's a Superdry there and some coffee shops.

Amazing place plenty of shops and some places to eat all the staff are fantastic and very helpful. I hadn't been in Ballymena for a long time. I won't be leaving it as long next time

Good store for choice, plenty on offer for adults and children. Spacious, helpful and lots of sizes, unlike some other stores. Well run, outfitted and supplied. Split levels so his and her shopping. Plenty of changing rooms. Very good store, one of the best river islands I've visited.

Not many stores I'd shop at here so personally not somewhere I'd rush to but the parking, selection of stores and tidiness of the centre is excellent

The management of the center and individual stores/eateries must do more to ensure Covid rules are followed .today's visit spoiled by non mask wearing individuals who just don't care especially in Mand S coffee area where people hang over the barrier between the coffee shop and the store - they talked and laughed without wearing masks and paid no respect to those seated at coffee or what ever - GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER AND DON'T BE SHEEPISH ABOUT ASKING PEOPLE TO OBEY THE ADVICE/RULES THUS SPOILING IT FOR OTHERS THAT DO FOLLOW THE ADVICE !!!!!!!!!!!
