Great service. Would recommend the montepulciano wine! Great service and was extremely fast. Would highly recommend.

I had a great time today (as always) the food was great Aperol was strong and the Nduja so creamy and lemony. The whole staff was also great and very welcoming. Thank you Hiral and the rest of staff!

Visiting from Canada, I came here for lunch with a friend. Hiral, our server, was very prompt with taking our order. She was gracious and helpful at a busy time in the restaurant. I absolutely loved this place, the amazing sour dough just melted in my mouth just like an ice cream. I adore this places passion for the environment. Furthermore I believe that the staff there is extremely nice and respectable which is so fundamentally good for the further good of the community. In addition I would just like to say that I was utterly left flabbergasted by the amazing pizza that I ate, I mean it was just so delicious and amazing that I will definitely come back again. This was an amazing experience and to leave off I would just like to mention how nice the place is as a whole. When you walk in you just get hit with the lovely Italian atmosphere and very traditional patterns which just add to the vibe of when you are eating the pizza. I have gouged this place a 5 star and would give it more if that was an option. Just love this place so if you would like to go I urge you to come on down and try it out.

A regular here and simply love the pizzas. But the reason to write this is to compliment the staff, in particular a lady called Hiral. The service was excellent but this lady went way beyond what we would have expected. We had a colleague with special needs, which aren't obvious, with us and she was so patient, attentive, and supportive. We all thought it was eorth mentioning.

Fantastic pizza, fast and friendly service, very reasonably priced. The salad looked good as well, and the espressos were excellent. Have been a few times now, great consistency also.

We had a delicious meal at Franco Manca at St Paul's where in we had Garlic bread with mozzarella, margherita pizza and a traditional halloumi pizza. Great experience as always, came here to get a pizza with tiramisu with a friend from high school. Yaseen served us... he recognised I was watching a video from Dr Hubermann last time, and remembered about it!!

We had really good service from Gias and the food was good as well and came on time. The service was top notch. And the view added to the experience.

Per noi italiani è sempre difficile trovare all’estero una pizza che riesca a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, tuttavia la margherita cotta al forno a legna che abbiamo mangiato in questa catena londinese di pizzerie, perlomeno quella della sede di fronte la cattedrale di Saint Paul, è stata molto buona. Prezzo per 4 pizze, birra e acqua circa 50 sterline. Personale gentile.

This is authentic Italian style pizza in London. Our server, Yaseen, was great. We will definitely be going back again while we’re visiting London.

I ate here last night as I was staying nearby and really wanted to give this restaurant chain a go. The food was incredible and pretty reasonably priced, I had the tomato, chorizo & mozzarella cheese pizza which I believe was around £12 and worth every penny… I’d definitely recommend it; especially with the garlic dip!! We weren’t given a pizza cutter with our pizzas, both my friend and I commented on this and how much that would have helped so maybe that’s something the restaurant can introduce. For dessert I had the chocolate and hazelnut cake with ice cream, which again was very tasty! Based on the food alone I will definitely look to visit another of these restaurants; maybe a different one though as the tables were very cramped together here and some more space would have been nice.

Very rude and unfriendly manager who rushed us through our dinner despite the fact that the table he said was requested after us not being taken up for more than an hour after we were pushed off - he broke up our party and our table of 11 sat empty. He was very officious and although we have moved to the area we will definitely not be returning.

It was a bizarre meal we had here .. after a really excellent experience at the Victoria restaurant, we decided to eat at the the St Paul’s branch. All was good in the beginning we got our drinks ,ordered our pizzas and salads.. we waited what seemed like aged and the pizzas arrived.. not piping hot but edible.. no salad .. my son asked for some ketchup he like to dip the crust in ketchup.. No ketchup says the waiter even though there are three bottles sitting on the side with mustard. Ok not a problem.. still no salad though.. no waiter came near or by our table .. even me waving didn’t get anyone attention. .. we ate our pizzas still no salads.. we waited .. I will be honest by this point I’m a bit upset .. not the experience we had in Victoria.. after 10 minutes I get up to go to the toilet as I get to the door the manager runs out .. nearly knocking me over.. didn’t even acknowledge my existence.. now I’m really upset.. I sit back down to wait .. surely they must realise we’ve finished.. no 10 minutes later I get up ,we are talking 20 mins +in total .. waiter asks “do you want the bill I’ll bring it to you ” “yes please but aren’t you going to ask how was your meal .. everything ok “ I replied, the manager was standing there “no because we already know the answer and all I can say it’s not in my control” he goes to explain that he has 2 new team members that are still training .. sorry but appalling attitude he said things like “ he’s not going to apologise as he’s done nothing wrong and nor has his staff” “ if trained staff were sick he could control that situation but inexperienced staff are not in his control “ “ he told me I have nothing to complain about because I ate all the food” .. yes but not the salads as they didn’t come. He kept saying “ what do you want from me , what do you want for me “ like I was complaining for no reason as he already knew the service was poor … very poor. I explained that the experience in Victoria wasn’t just about the food .. friendly service , happy helpful staff who checked on us regularly and if we were ok.. that’s what we expected and it was severely lacking .. “how much how much “ like I was just complaining for a discount and “how much”is a question I don’t like answering.. I want to pay full price and haggling over the lack of service is not only rude but unacceptable in this day and age.. He gave us 20% but I think he missed the point and an incredible opportunity for his trainees to get honest feedback. What was right and what went wrong.. He used the phrase” you are not in my shoes in this situation so you cannot judge me or my staff”. What made him wrong was that he made a judgement on me without knowing me .. he made a generalisation with talking to me..” We have all been trainees at some point making mistakes is how we learn .. someone has to point out those mistakes or they keep on happening. I was an apprentice printer I lost count how many jobs I got wrong before I graduated .. my boss never got angry he explained and showed me my mistakes. I also had clients come in the factory to give feedback. So no I don’t know him but I can empathise with the situation. So no this isn’t a rant of poor service .. this is to learn from your mistakes and hopefully one day we’ll go back and I’ll write an amazing g review. But for now I don’t blame the trainees I blame poor management and a manger who made a bad situation much much worse.. So get on a train and visit the Victoria branch and order the ragú pizza it’s incredible

I loved the atmosphere and all the great food. It was an amazing experience and the pizzas here were just wonderful! I definitely recommend this place and I think it’s a place you should stop by! Amazing service too by the way❤️

Bites (burrata/ nduja and aubergine parmigiana) on pizza bread and pizzas were really tasty, also desserts. Gias and Yaseem looked after us and they were super friendly. Made nice connection with our 9 year old son after Liverpool win at Wembley. Not expensive.

The quality is very high and the price very competitive. I was served by Yaseem and the girls, very friendly staff. The restaurant is often packed and you may need to wait without a booking. So be patient and kind as well.
