Franco Manca the only real ITALIAN pizzeria in Edinburgh, every time I come back to the city I can't help but stop and eat a pizza here. This time to further improve our experience there was Giampiero, who in addition to being an excellent waiter recommended an exceptional tiramisu made by them and at the end prepared us two amazing coffees. As always highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this place! It’s not easy to find pizza that fits my dietary needs, but they delivered perfectly—gluten-free, no cheese, and still full of flavor. The staff was warm and accommodating, making the experience even better. Also, don’t miss their homemade lemonade—refreshing and delicious! Highly recommended for anyone with specific dietary preferences.

Great place for a pizza or Italian salad. We enter with no reservations and no problem to be seated. We ordered some salads and a pizza. We ended with coffee and tiramisu and cheese cake. Staff was extremely friendly and gave some useful advice for the different pizzas and desserts If you visit Endinburgh, good place to take a bite

The pizzas were very very good. The dough is incredible. Our waiter Giampiero was exceptional, always attentive to anything we needed. Don't hesitate to order the tiramisu, it's one of the best I've ever had.

If you like pizza, I cannot recommend this place enough. The pizza is delicious, and gentle on the stomach, compared to your typical pizza, which is full of gluten and weird cooking oils. Pizza hear is not only tasty and satisfying to consume, but also easy on your body. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. The environment is energetic and inviting. It is also a very child-friend establishment.

Delicious sourdough pizza restaurant in Stockbridge. We had the chicken bites, meat special and vege special and they were all delicious. We also got 3 dips, scotch bonnet chili and pesto are our favourites. Service was fast and staff were attentive. Easy relaxed atmosphere for couples and families. Will come back to try more pizzas.

We had a very dinner in Franco Manca, it was close to the main station and good compromise with the food and the price. Excellent service from Giampiero who helped us a lot in choosing the right pizza along with good explanation about ingredients and the preparation! Franco Manca never disappoints. I had not been to this location before and it was excellent. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, it must have been under 10 minutes. Attentive waitress and delicious meals!

Decent quality pizza for a reasonable price just round the corner from Waverly station. It's not the biggest of places so the tables are tiny to fit more people in. Overall, I would recommend going if it's not too busy.

Remarkable food. While the crust of the pizza isn’t as crispy as somewhere like New York, the dough tastes amazing, the ingredients are fresh, and the mix of toppings are the most addicting mix of savory, sweet and spicy. Giampiero was the nicest server and definitely knowledgeable about the city.

Food was delicious and decently priced. Service was some of the worst I've had in edinburgh. The host was lovely but after being sat I sat for about 15 minutes with nobody greeting me and eventually had to flag someone down to order. I was never checked in on and had to flag for the bill as well.

Beautiful location and excellent Italian food. I recommend the cold cuts and vegetables platter (dried tomatoes, artichokes etc.) as well as burrata. The pizza is also excellent, it seems like you are in Italy, but in reality as soon as you leave you are in the centre of Edinburgh. Very friendly and professional staff

Went in as a group of 6 to which they kindly moved one of the tables to accommodate our group. We were happy to be greeted by Giampiero, who was very warm and friendly, and even offered a tiramisu on the house for a birthday. Pizza and focacia were great, would definitely recommend!

The food was very average, pizza with few ingredients and bottled beers for £5, expensive prices and like another previous reviewer, they charged us the tip without asking for £6 by card, certainly unprofessional.
