Horrible service, The manager is not paying attention, he is walking around and doesn’t paying attention to customers. We had horrible experience here and never coming back. He didn’t even apologize about not paying attention so we decided to leave instead of ordering and spending quality time here.

Good place for a cheap vegan pizza that's okay, slight bitter after taste. Can't beat £6.95 though!

Very poor service, really low-quality food, and mean staff that leaves much to be desired. Although it wasn’t busy, we were seated almost in the passage, nearby biggest chaos and noise from the kitchen etc. The waiters seemed to have been hired the day before, lacking experience, passion, and empathy, and were very unpleasant. The bill included a tip, even though there were two options on the bill: with or without a tip. Unfortunately, the waiter charged us so quickly that we didn’t have a chance to opt for the lower amount without a tip, which was optional. There was zero communication, zero questions if the food was ok, zero interest. The bill was quite high, relatively too much for the quality of the food, which was worse than what you’d get from a food stall at any station. I visit many restaurants, both very expensive and cheap, but this one should be avoided.

This is our local Franco Manca restaurant, we come here often and we certainly like it. The food is good, the place is nice and the staff, Giovanni in particular, are all very welcoming.

Delicious pizza and food very nice environment! I am very fussy about good quality pizza and can assure that with wood-fired oven the pizza is perfect! There is also an organic Wine from Italy of exquisite quality - Simona and her staff are very friendly Highly recommended!

We aren’t living in London that long and we were missing good pizza, Franco Manco’s is THE place, me and my fiancé had my parents over, we wandered in and were amazed. The food was fantastic and service was impeccable. Number 6 was a must. Great service from our waiter Jack, an absolute gentleman and very helpful with dietary needs. We will be back again.

Good consistent quality pizza that we all like from Franco Manca. The only reason it gets 4 out of 5 is that the size of the pizza is smaller than other locations. Otherwise, the quality is good and the service was fine. It wasn’t busy at noon / 1 pm on a Sunday.

Syd was a great server. The gluten free base is second to none. Amazing. The topping selection is better than the typical chain pizza gaff. This place is good. A lot of giggly hipsters though, might be the location.

If anything is more effective than getting monthly Ozempic shots when it comes to weight loss, it’s buying a property around Primrose Hill. The place is decent for the neighborhood, I guess, since everything at the restaurants and cafes around the Regent’s Park tastes like void mayo.

I can say with full confidence that it was an absolutely remarkable experience. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant until the last slice of pizza, everything was perfect. The services are impeccable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very well-trained. We were greeted with smiles.

We were overcharged for our meal and were not treated very politely when we tried to solve the problem with the staff member. Not visiting again.

My stomach killed me after it the pizza isn't cooked properly I had diarrhoea.....apologies for the word but its not OK to feel that sick the pasta doesn't settle long enough and they cook it so that's why the sore stomach

I'm visiting London from Canada and staying in my favourite part of the city - Belsize Park. It's lovely and green and out of the fray of Central London...and full of great restaurants and coffee places. The perfect place to return to at the end of a day. I'm a happy solo traveler. I've been to the Marco Franca twice in the last six days. They serve very good pizza...some of the best I've ever had. And yes - the sour dough crusts are stellar. I left after my first visit perfectly happy and with absolutely no complaints...great food, good beer, great service. I was back there for the second time last evening. Again, the pizza was great and so was the wine this time. But the service...not so much. They had a very busy patio, but I asked for a table inside because I'm sun/heat sensitive because of medications I'm on...and I'm a fan of AC. As far as I could tell I was the only customer inside the restaurant. I had to flag someone down to take my order, and then again when I was ready to leave and wanted my bill. Particularly when I was asking for/waiting for my bill I was made to feel as though I was nuisance...not the impression you want to create for your customers. Yes, you had a busy patio. And I was not on the patio. But, you can do waaay better - you did the first time I was there. Just something for you to think about going forward.

Just left Franco Manco. I never had such a horrible customer service experience before. I sat down at a table outside. The waitress camr outside more than 5 times, took orders and served all other tables except for mine. I kept waiving at her and I saw she saw me and ignored me on purpose. It was a blinde young girl. After waiting 15 mintes in the heat thirsty waiting to at elast get a drink I was infuraited when I saw that she saw me and turned her head the other way to get back to the store. I sat at Pizza Express 1 min away and was served immediately. Shame on you. I will never visit again

The cocktails are pathetically served in a small tumbler and are flat. Service is bland and apathetic. Staff don’t check in and many customers have to approach them for items that they’ve forgotten to serve. I like Franco Manca but this particular restaurant really lets the brand down.

Was just there for a drink with my wife. I'm appalled. We were greeted offhandly. Not even a question of where we would like to sit. There were 2 staff members on the floor serving ONE table... We sat down, hoping we would get some service. After 15 minutes, no one had spoken to us or even communicated what was going on. We eventually got up and left. Time and date of visit (10 May - 14:10).

WHY THE EXORBITANT PRICE HIKE!?!? Year after year! Please don’t say due to the increase in food prices…it’s not a “relative” price hike. Sorry but no justification for it….sadly we are boycotting same with our friends and family:/ it’s just not OK

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Franca Manca in Belsize Park and received outstanding service from Dario. While visiting the Royal Free Hospital and attending to my wife who had just given birth, Dario's exceptional service stood out. Despite the stressful circumstances, Dario's calm and reassuring demeanor made me feel at ease. His attentiveness and warmth made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Having been to several Franca Manca locations, I can confidently say that Dario's service was the best I've experienced.

Love Franco manca! Pizza is great but service at this branch was very slow. They do have a seating area good for dogs too.

Totally burnt and bad taste pizza as you can see on the picture. Very disappointed of getting this piece of cardboard. Normally the taste is great as I have been a long time customer for Franco Manca. I had family gathering and it’s been one of the worst experiences for them and also for me. Tasteless and not the quality and experience. Feel I have been ripped. What it was supposed to be a great family experience has turned into a nightmare.

Dario and Ilaria were amazing. We had a booking for 20 people for a child’s birthday party and we had a great time. Dario was so friendly and attentive and patient with the kids and Ilaria also. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious! We felt at home and we will definitely be going back!

Franco Manco Belsize Park is my favourite spot for delicious pizza, great wine and a lovely atmosphere. The staff are wonderful too - courteous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Ordered on Uber eats and pizza arrived cold. Stale dough. Not much flavour. Terrible. Never ordering from here or Uber eats again.

Restaurant has a very nice industrial feel very clean. My server was very friendly, and the service was quick! I had the garlic bread as well as margarita pizza with added spicy salami. The garlic bread was just a pizza with slices of garlic and a bit of seasoning, not very flavorful but not bad either. The pizza was okay as well. The crust was nice but a little on the plain side. Restaurant and service were great food wasn't bad but wasn't great either.

Great to come with kids, they have enough space to run around and food served quickly,and it was delicious. We ordered 4 pizzas for 4 and 4 children and it was enough for us and for the kids. We came there when it was extremely rainy outside and the staff were extremely nice and helpful, they served us super quickly as the kids were really tired and hungry. So all in all, really great place to visit, especially with hungry kids :)

I ordered collection takeaway for a set time and arrived within a few minutes of that set time. The pizzas were prepaid and there waiting for me - great - so I was in and out in 15 seconds. Got home to find they were stone cold.

As a large group of 46 we enjoyed a great night. The food and service were great. The pizzas were amazing and Rodo who looked after our group provided a great service. We would definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit when in the area again.

If not for the lack of choice in the neighbourhood, I would never come back. Service was terrible. We got shown a table and no one can to give us the menu. After asking for the menu, I got a piece of paper that had been crunched up. Staff made mistakes with the order and we never got our sides. Very unpleasant experience to be honest.

This is my favourite pizza place in all of London. As a big pizza lover I have tried pizzas all over the town, but these guys are winning! The pizza is fresh from the stone oven, dough is perfectisimisimissimo, and the topings are also great. My favourite is meat special with salami milanese and burrata. Soooo, anyone around Camden, find your time to come to this place (inside or outside) you wont hesitate! Cheers to Ilaria, Franci, Dario and whole team! Best, Ctibi

Sassy service but decent food. Aubergine parmigiana was lush, the two pizzas spanned delightful and average. So overall a satisfying experience. Lovely outdoor terrace. Dog friendly.

Not a decent pizza at all. The pizza past was watery the ingredients were poor and not tasty. Not recommended.

Lovely pizza. Good service, and incredibly good value, without having to go through the usual app and voucher nonsense. It's easy to see why the place has become so popular. The relatively small menu will deter some (no pasta options) but that's not the point. It's all about the pizza. An overall very enjoyable experience.

As a local, this has always been consistently the best place to eat out informally for miles around. Not only are the pizzas expertly made (as is already well-known) but the staff too always seem to be a cut above in both efficiency and friendliness. Yesterday evening I visited for the first time in a while to find a new Manager recently installed. Illaria took our already good experience up to even another level: warm. attentive and genuinely on a mission to give us the best experience possible (we were on the lovely outdoor terrace.). Her winning mood was infectious and added to our enjoyment of being here. Somehow the food seemed to taste even better because of it!

Belsize Park Franco Manca should take a trip to Bermondsey branch to see how a pizza restaurant should be run. Pizza had sloppy, wet undercooked base, guy next to me sent his back (twice) then walked out without eating it. The Heavy Metal music playing at volume 10 sucked all the atmosphere out of the place, no one could hear anyone else talk. This is supposed to be a restaurant guys, not a night club!! Monitor the food quality too please.

It's an excellent place to eat. Cheap pizzas. It can improve a bit more the menu and have more options, especially for vegans. The tiramisu is one of the best in town.

What an amazing experience we had, thanks to Bruno and the team, if you do look for night out, good food and outstanding service, easygoing and chilled atmosphere , this is the place, food was just amazing, we had two pizzas, sharer while waiting and bottle of red. Left with full belly’s and happy, looking forward for the next time. And I finished my dinner with delicious limoncello, just felt right thing to do. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks again.

Food arrived pracrically stone cold, the pizza was uncut, how does a pizza arrive 30 minutes after ordering cold? I'm absolutely fine eating cold pizza, not after I just ordered it though, what's the deal?! And staff beig too lazy to slice it up, come on now? Food was nothing to write home about either to be honest. Considering this was my first time ordering from here, I won't be again.
